Abstract

Religious differences are often being the cause or source of a dispution. Evidently from some occurred events, such as the Bali Bombing 1 and 2, rebellion at Poso, and the others. These events have implications for a negative view of Islam. In case Islam already has a jargon rahmatan lil alamin. And to display the image of rahmatan lil alamin santri Mahad Aly Sukorejo Situbondo discuss some issues about the practice of Muslim tolerance to non-Muslims contained in bulletin Tanwirul Afkar. This study focuses on two things, santri Mahad Aly Situbondo opinion about the practice of tolerance and their istinbath method in digging the law. In conclusion, they prefer the opinions of weak minority clerics in order to practice tolerant attitudes. Whereas in exploring the law they are based on the Quran, hadith, and other arguments in addition to the opinions of the Fiqh scholars.

Abstract

Loyal customers are very important to the enterprisesbecause of the cost to acquire new customers is more expensivethan keeping old customers. Variable in this research is thequality of service, price, and customer satisfaction that isassumed to be able to increase the positive impact against theloyalty of consumers. This research is associative research tofind out the relationship between two or more variables. Thepopulation in this research is the consumer CV Nur Angkasa JL.KH. Hasan, RT 03 RW., 2, Tegalarum-Sempu, Banyuwangi. Thesample in this research are consumer CV. Nur Angkasa as muchas 148 consumers. Data analysis in this research was done in adescriptive. The research results proved that the quality ofservice and price have give a positive and significant effectagainst the satisfaction and loyalty of customers. Customersatisfaction have give a positive influence not significantly tocustomer loyalty.

Abstract

Religious education is delivered at the school level, in order to impart the basics of faith and devotion to God Almighty, the learners who aim to embody human piety and noble character, as well as generating an honest man, fair, ethical, ethical, mutual appreciates, discipline, harmonious and productive, both personal and social. Character education is very urgent need to be studied. It has long been understood that a Government condition is determined by the character of the people. The founders of this nation was repeatedly emphasized that the successful or failure of an experiment of the country will be determined by the values of character education attached to the personality of the inhabitants of the land. Abstract

This article is half of my last research ideas, on our long term anexiety of Pesantren and Tolerance Values. This research arose from several facts which indicated that Islamic College had deep cultural values to accept social plurality as their system of beliefs. Even if, not all Islamic Colleges could implement them. This article, specially, will discribe what PP. Tebuireng, Jombang, implemented to make their students, become tolerance people. Based on their five pillars, foundations or Islamic Colleges identity. The article also will introduce what the writer call as “Tolerance Exhibition”, which is only be one of specific identity in its teritory. Like a scientific writing, phenomenological and rational choices theory are become theoritical framework to explain how this founding can be implemented generally in each Islamic College. In the end, this paper will conclude that PP. Tebuireng may become a role model to implement tolerance education, even institutionally or practically by its teachers and stakeholders.

Abstract

On Friday, February 25, 2021 PC NU Banyuwangi held a discussion event NU academics by inviting Rector of IAI Ibrahimy Genteng, Rector of IAI Darussalam Blokagung Karangdoro and Chairman of STAI Darul Ulum Sumberberas. The discussion decided the establishment of PTNU Banyuwangi Communication Forum as a forum for friendship of NU academics. This forum places the top level of management in its structure. Kh. Ahmad Munib Syafa'at, L.c., M.EI. (Rector of IAIDA) was appointed as the leader of the forum. This forum sets out the vision of "consolidated NU academics for the benefit of jam'iyah and NU Banyuwangi citizens, with the mission of becoming a reference forum for every issue both internal NU and external NU. The forum also sets out the working program: (a) regular thematic discussions (switching campuses) every month; (b) the lecturers are assisted to accompany institutions and banom and structures under PCNU, especially madrasahs under LP Ma'arif; (c) collaborative research on themes related to the existence of NU. Given the new age of this forum, its existence needs to be optimized, although some campuses have partially performed their role in community development, both individually and institutionally. This article (a) will review the optimalisasai process of PTNU in Banyuwangi, especially those incorporated in the PTNU Banyuwangi Communication Forum; (b) the prospect of its role for community development in the management perspective.

Abstract

Keunggulan suatu bangsa tidak lagi ditandai dengan melimpahnya kekayaan alam, melainkan pada keunggulan sumber daya manusianya. Pendidikan yang bermutu merupakan salah satu penentu tersedianya SDM yang unggul. Mutu pendidikan tercapai apabila masukan, proses, keluaran, guru, sarana dan prasarana serta biaya sudah memenuhi setandar dengan baik. Namun dari beberapa komponen tersebut yang lebih berperan adalah guru yang profesional.Menurut penelitian para ahli, sekolah tidak akan menjadi baik dengan sendirinya tanpa pengelolaan yang baik, sedangkan pengelolaan sekolah yang baik mempersyaratkan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah yang efektif. Abstract

Thematic learning approach has been put in place inSD/MI for about 7 years, but until now has not revealed realresults. Though starting in 2014/2015 approach to lessonslearning in SD/MI will turn into thematic integrative. To optimizethe application of this learning model, then needed a studyregarding the implementation of thematic learning in the yearsbefore. On the basis of this is the researchers trying to unravelhow the psychological condition of the master class under theSD/MI in implementing thematic study covering variableattitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, andlower class teacher intensi SD/MI, this research uses aquantitative approach to the type of korelasional. The datacollected with a questionnaire with the number of respondents115 master class under the SD/MI who teaches at SDN/MIN seMalang. The data obtained are then analyzed using descriptivestatistics, correlation pearson product moment, one-wayANOVA, and multiple regression. Based on the known analysistools that are only partial variable positive influence attitudestowards intensi. While simultaneously third variable has apositive influence towards intensi, with the most dominant factoris attitude. Both of these research results are indeed a bitcontradictory. This is because according to the theory ofplanned behavior, the third application to be free variables inone unit, meaning that it can not be separated from one another

Abstract

This research article discusses the opportunities and challenges of Muhammadiyah education in the 4.0 Era. In this research researchers used a qualitative approach with the type of research libraries. The sources used are research journals, articles, books and other related information that can support data from this research. The results of the study are Muhammadiyah education has many chances to be able to compete because 1. It carries Tajdid movement or renewal, 2. In the direction of Indonesia and UUD 1945, 3. Relevant to the demands of the times, 4. It has a strong network both nationally and internationally. The strongest challenge faced by Muhammadiyah is the technology that is the fundamental core of the changes in the disruption era in the 4.0 industry.

Abstract

Rapid technology nowadays in addition to give a positive effect, but also give negative effects namely the easy spread of news hoax. Qur'an as Scripture gives a nice I'itibar in the context of Hadith al-ifki. This article tries to understand the verses in the Qur'an an-Nur: 11-20 in the context of the understanding of the hoax in the history of early Islam. An understanding of these verses is carried out with thematic assisted history-a history that lays out the history of Hadith ifki kebahasan understanding at once from the verses. The results of the analysis of the verses produce that news hoax spread through agent spreaders from people near that do not have complete information. On the other hand, there's always a hoax news kibrahu or intellectual actors regulating the dissemination of news hoax. More than that, the hoax can be ditangkal if the community can play an active role in the participatory cultures through always spread prejudice both to fellow Muslims, produce positive news to berana said no to to spreading the hoax. spreaders hoaxes will get Adzab from Almighty God is good in the world and in the hereafter. Hadith ifki described in these verses is the manifestation of compassion and rahmad Allah to mankind. Allah almighty also accept the repentance of those who want to repent for not spreading the hoax.

Abstract

School-based management is an educational management concept that provides autonomy for a school in organizing the continuity of education according to the needs of the school context. By applying a case study, this study was conducted to reveal the implementation of school-based management, along with its supporting and inhibiting factors, at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, Curup, Bengkulu. All potential parties at school that could provide the expected data were involved purposively as the subjects. Data garnered from them were solicited using interviews and observations, which were then triangulated and analyzed using an interactive model. The interactive model worked in four components, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The findings showed that SMP Negeri 1 had implemented school-based management functions properly, including planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the aspects of human resource management, student management, facilities and infrastructure management, financial management, curriculum and learning management, and management of school and community relations. Supporting factors for the implementation of school-based management included the participation of committees, parents, community at school, complete teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor was that some students still did not obey the school rules.
