<![CDATA[This paper reviewed literature about the background of the policy on Hari Santri Nasional (HSN). Historical and political approach emphasis on historical data as well as political factors that affect its, were sought to acquire a comprehensive understanding. This study described the presidential decree about the HSN was based on the implementation of the normative values of justice in Islam political. The policy response of HSN as an integral part of public policy innovation is the moment of awakening "kaum sarungan ", especially when their education is exposed to the impact of globalization. Innovation of public policy conceptually viewed as a change of viewpoints over the existing problems so as to bring up the solution. The scope of conceptual innovation are emergence paradigm, ideas, thoughts and new breakthroughs that were previously unimaginable.]]>

<![CDATA[Bediuzzaman Said Nursi (1877-1960) was an Islamic revivalist who lived in the last period of the Ottoman caliphate in Turkey. He emerged with his book "Risale-i Nur" trying to save the faith of Muslims by revealing the miracle of Qur'an. The primarly purpose of the Risale-i Nur is the revitalization of the faith of the ordinary believers, along with moral renewal. The methodology employed in this paper is qualitative. The main corpus used is Nursi?s book of Risale-i Nur. The findings of this article reveal that the concept of education according to Said Nursi?s view is an integration of three main elements which combine religious sciences (alulum al-diniyyah) with modern cosmic science (al-ulum al-kauniyyah alhaditsah) and the values of sufism doctrine. Nursi stated that religious knowledge was the light for heart while modern science was the light of the mind. The combination of both will guide to the truth and minimize bigotry. The main curriculum of learning should study the main topics contained in the Risale-i Nur. This concept combines three holistic aspects: spirituality which come from religious schools (medrese), intelectuality which come from the scientific schools (mekteb) and morality that come from the sufistic schools (tekke).]]>

<![CDATA[Each of teachers andpractitioners should have to be ableto develop a learning tool. Instructional media is part of a learningtool. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the ability ofprimary school teachers in the use of instructional media; (2) theexperience of primary school teachers in the use of instructionalmedia; and (3)the problems faced by teachers in the use ofinstructional media. This study used a qualitative approach withcase study. The results showed that: (1) not all teachers are ableand willing to make learning media to support any teaching andlearning activities; (2) at the time of using instructional media,students be more enthusiastic and interested to participate inlearning, but teachers are reluctant to use instructional media inthe teaching and learning process; and (3) to teach usinginstructional media, teachers feel it is rather difficult to use mediafor classroom management.]]>

<![CDATA[Decision making is the process of selecting a number of alternatives. Decision-making is of significant importance for the development level of the school. Appropriate decision will result in a change to the school for the better, but instead a less precise decision will adversely affect the school. This research is a field of research that is descriptive qualitative. Techniques in the determination of research subjects that I use is a sampling technique aims (purposive sampling). The decision making process in improving the quality of school education in SMA Al Hikmah Muncar done through consensus. Participatory decision-making, but does not involve the entire personnel of the school, because there is a separate management team in it, namely (principal, curriculum, student affairs, community relations, facilities and infrastructure, and Administration). Decision-making is done through measures that is long enough by identifying the problems and see the potential that exists, brainstorming (raises several alternatives) and take appropriate anternatif to implement and evaluate.]]>

<![CDATA[In this study was discussed to how teaching reading is one of the important skills in English that should be taught by teachers to students. In this case a teacher should be creative and innovative to make learning reading more enjoyable and the students are interested and motivated to learn it. One of them is by applying interesting strategies that are suitable for teaching reading. So, in this study the author discusses about two strategies, there are save the last word for me and double-entry journal strategies. Both of them are strategies that helps students more understand about the text read by using a small paper (note taking) which consists of two columns to make students more critical in comment it on important points in the text. This strategy is not only able to make students interested and motivated for reading lessons, but students are also able to better understand the contents of a text story, while students are able to understand the general structure (generic structure) of the text. Thus, in learning reading is not boring for students.]]>

<![CDATA[The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning in primary schools are planned and practicedby the teacher. Nevertheless, the rate remains the quality of thelearning of the students. The quality of students' learningassessed based on fulfillment of the comfort element oflearning, learning fun and meaningful learning. Conveniencestudent learning can be realized with a class that is clean; classlighting was good; Comfortable room temperature (around 25º-28ºC); and ergonomic seating arrangement; the use ofinstrumental music; Low noise level class; classroom discipline;and structuring the learning community (student-teacher-parent)who support the learning process. Enjoy learning can berealized with the use of scientific approach, learning throughdistraction humor, and group learning method. Meaningfullearning can be realized through organizing theme, content andlearning materials are solid; preparation of teaching materialsthat are practical and attractive; use a scientific approach; useposter simple sentences; teachers' teaching skills; and theapplication of authentic assessment.]]>

<![CDATA[The study of the representation of power in mass media focused on the study of the online magazine detik.com. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the representation of language in the study of power magazine detik.com issue December and January there are four forms in the representation of power. These forms are (1) the representation of power through the elements of language, language diversity (2), (3) the style of the language, and (4) follow-up said. These forms of speech in the form of four very diverse depending on the content and the type of news. Representation of the dominant powers of the language used in the December issue of detik.com magazine and January is the representation of the languages of power through the language style. The style of language that is often used to represent or public authority that is the style of the language of the Hyperbola, eufeminis, and repressive. The language style of all three of the most dominating language style is hyperbole and repressive. Not only based on the contents of the text but discourse based on titles already reflected clear that detik.com magazine is a magazine that was fond of using the language style hyperbole. To facilitate understanding and a false assertion about hemp following analysis of the child depicted in the form of a chart.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian is constitutionally as the state of Pancasila and not as a religious state, but the state is able to accommodate a number of religious norms in the formation of legislation. Indonesia, as the largest Muslim country in the world with a diversity of ethnic, religious and ethnic groups, has chosen the plural of legal system. This situation provides an opportunity to source a specific law affects the formation and preparation of the norms of national law. Islamic law has long been used in the community, even before the colonial period, has significant effect in certain customary law in society. This paper describes the existence of Islamic Law in the plurality of national law amidst the process of the tug of political struggle of national law in reform era. This discussion is focused on the following; first, the prospect legal institution of Islamic law in Indonesia; second, the resistance and constraint in course of legal institution of Islamic law in Indonesia. This paper was as a result of library research using legal normative status, historical, and sociological point of view.]]>
