Abstract

In the current digital era, online exams are becoming an increasingly popular alternative for measuring students' learning achievements, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic forced education and training institutions to switch to a distance learning system. This research aims to design a web-based tutoring information system at PT. Narapatih Inspiratama uses the Waterfall method. This system is designed to increase efficiency in the exam assessment and management process by reducing the need for physical space, operational costs, and providing flexibility for exam takers who cannot be physically present. The design results show that this system can facilitate supervisors in providing material and exams online, as well as providing alternative exams for participants who have problems attending class. With this system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality and efficiency of tutoring at PT. Narapatih Inspiratama

Abstract

This research aims to develop an energy monitoring system for electricity usage in smart buildings using the Internet of Things (IoT). Smart buildings represent a concept where information and communication technologies are utilized to manage energy resources, including electricity consumption efficiently. This system indirectly assists humans by ensuring precise and controlled monitoring. The methodology in this research involves the development of an integrated sensor system connected to IoT devices to monitor electricity consumption in real time. These sensors will be strategically placed at key points within the building, such as the main electrical panels and critical electronic devices, to measure and transmit energy consumption data to the IoT platform.

Abstract

In the era of rapidly evolving information technology, information security has become increasingly crucial. Threats to data and information are becoming more diverse and complex, making information security preparedness the key to protecting an organization's critical assets. XYZ City, with its commitment to optimizing the use of information technology, recognizes the importance of information security. Therefore, the Information and Communication Technology Office (Diskominfo) of XYZ City conducted an assessment using the Information Security Index (KAMI) to measure, analyze, and improve the maturity of information security in its organization. The results of the KAMI assessment indicate that XYZ City has achieved a good evaluation result. While there are some areas that show good performance, such as Risk Management and Technology and Information Security, there are still areas that need to be strengthened.

Abstract

The development of toddlers is a critical phase in human life that requires careful attention and monitoring. One of the efforts that can be done for parents is to monitor the health condition of mothers and babies regularly and to the Integrated Service Post or commonly known as Posyandu. Parents who have difficulty monitoring and understanding their child's development appropriately. At the age of toddlers, children experience rapid physical and cognitive growth, forming the basis for their future health and well-being. Posyandu Ekadyasa Tangerang, posyandu cadres admitted that they often get obstacles in searching for data, recording data, to mistakes in entering data that is done manually, with manual data recording causes difficulties if books or note paper are damaged or lost, so that cadres experience difficulties in checking data again. This data collection is needed to understand babies who are under the Anthropometric standard of nutritional assessment. The calculation uses anthropometry and Zscore calculations, observing the nutritional tolerance part in toddlers, from the above problems the author aims to develop a monitoring system that can provide appropriate advice and recommendations to parents or health workers based on the results of nutritional monitoring of toddlers by using the application of the forwad chaning method with the development method used is XP

Abstract

Currently, computer-based technology is needed in the development of business and industry to speed up and simplify work, especially fast and accurate information. In addition, the information processing process is also important to make the information more useful. The phenomenon that exists in this era of globalization is that there are still many people who are less effective in using computer-based information technology, one of which is the Langkat DPRD. The attendance mechanism in DPRD Langkat that is applied now can be said to be less efficient and effective, where everything is still done manually starting from data collection and calculation of attendance hours, outgoing hours, up to absent information, this has an impact on the time that is long enough in the process of calculating the recapitulation of attendance from DPRD Langkat members, as well as the form of attendance reports designed in the form of hardcopy which can lead to errors in data recording, making it difficult to search for data and can be feared to lose attendance data. The attendance system for members of the Langkat DPRD is an information system designed to process attendance data for members of the Langkat DPRD, namely meeting data, DPRD member data, and attendance data. This system was built using the waterfall method with the PHP programming language and using the Mysql database. The results of this system are expected to help the relevant institutions in managing the attendance of members of DPRD Langkat, so that computerized data will be stored in a centralized database and the performance of the attendance data collection system of DPRD Langkat members will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The XYZ City Government has conducted an assessment using the KAMI Index, revealing that the governance aspect is weaker compared to other areas. Given this issue, a risk assessment was conducted to provide recommendations for the City of XYZ to improve its information security. The risk assessment was carried out using the NIST SP 800-30 framework, designed as a guideline for evaluating risk management. There are five risk categories: Very Low, Low, Moderate, High, and Very High. Based on the assessment using NIST 800-30, several critical areas for improvement were identified: Policy with a High level of risk, Data and Information with a Very High level of risk, Information Security Education with a Moderate level of risk, Accountability with a High level of risk, Implemented Programs with a High level of risk, Legal Aspects with a High level of risk, BCP and DRP Implementation with a High level of risk, Information Security Standards and Performance with a Moderate level of risk, and Information Security Management with a High level of risk.

Abstract

The swift progression of information technology has profoundly influenced diverse sectors such as government, private enterprises, and education. This research delves into the utilization of information technology within the housing sector, pinpointing the issues of inefficiency inherent in the conventional method of requesting uninhabitable homes in Aceh Tengah, Indonesia.The existing manual system employed by the Aceh Tengah Housing and Settlement Agency frequently leads to delays, loss of data, and inefficiencies. To address these shortcomings, this study suggests the creation of an online system that enhances the efficiency of the submission process. The goals of this study involve the digitization of the request submission process for uninhabitable residences, thereby increasing convenience for residents, Centralizing data storage to enhance data reliability and diminish the likelihood of loss or damage, and Improving both the accuracy and efficiency of data reporting and analysis. Through the introduction of an online platform, the Aceh Tengah Housing and Settlement Agency seeks to offer a service that is more efficient, transparent, and responsive to its residents, with the ultimate aim of enhancing the quality of housing and living conditions within the area.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important aspect that determines the success of a business, including restaurants. In order to improve service quality, a system is needed that is able to analyze customer satisfaction levels effectively. This research aims to implement the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in a decision-making system to evaluate and analyze customer satisfaction at Padang Restaurants. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to provide assessments based on predetermined criteria and weights so that each value of the sum of the weights of the results obtained will be the final decision. This system uses several main criteria, such as food quality, cleanliness, service, price and atmosphere of the place. Input data in the form of customer assessments against each criterion is processed using the SAW method to produce satisfaction level ratings. The research results show that this system is able to provide accurate analysis results and assist restaurant management in making strategic decisions to improve service. Thus, implementing the SAW method in customer satisfaction analysis can be an effective solution in supporting quality management in the culinary industry. The final result was that the highest score was obtained from customer III with a value of 1, customer 2 with a value of 0.84 and customer III obtained a value of 0.7025.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, the presence of an efficient information system is very important to support company operations. The web-based employee attendance information system at Sprint Digital Printing is designed to make it easier to record and monitor employee attendance in real-time. The development of this system uses the Agile method, which allows flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs during the development process. The Agile method was chosen because of its iterative characteristics, so that any changes or adjustments can be accommodated immediately without disrupting the entire project. This attendance information system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages for database management, with the Codeigniter framework. This system provides features such as attendance recording, performance reports, and automatic notifications, all of which can be accessed via the web platform. By implementing this system, operational efficiency increases, reduces manual errors in recording attendance, and makes it easier for management to evaluate employee performance. The results of this development show that a web-based attendance information system can increase productivity and accuracy of attendance data at Sprint Digital Printing.

Abstract

Student learning achievement is very important because learning achievement is one of the illustrations of the level of success of activities during the lesson. One of the goals in the learning process is to achieve an achievement in learning. Learning achievement is the learning result obtained by students after following the teaching and learning process carried out by the teacher. The role of parents is very important in guiding their children in motivating them to study hard. In order for their learning achievement to be good, parents need to devote all their guidance to their children. The Principal of Nurul Iman Senior High School (SMA) Palembang said that Nurul Iman Senior High School has approximately 300 science and social science students from grades 1 to 3. Each student has their own abilities in the way they receive the knowledge they get at school and there are many students who excel as seen from students whose UAS scores, Extracurricular, Attitude Scores, Attendance. Some show that parents with sufficient educational backgrounds are very concerned about their children's education, but in other conditions parents are indifferent or even do not know the problems of their children's education, especially at Nurul Iman Senior High School Palembang. The diversity of backgrounds and parental attention is a separate problem for children, especially the role of parents in guiding children during the educational process at SMA Nurul Iman Palembang. The problem that often arises at SMA Nurul Iman is that many still prioritize productive subject competencies over adaptive and normative subjects. Many SMA Nurul Iman students are good at producing work according to their competencies but they are weak in adaptive and normative subjects. For example, there are many extracurricular students but they are weak in Mathematics which is one of the requirements for graduation. Therefore, attention is needed by educational units to be able to organize learning that can overcome this problem.
