Abstract

Bengkulu is a province in Indonesia which is in the southern part of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a number of interesting natural tourist attractions and is often a favorite destination for tourists. There are many tourist attractions in Bengkulu, ranging from natural attractions, zoos, mountains and others. In this research, the author tries to determine which tourist attractions are the favorite or best tourist attractions that are visited by local residents and residents from outside the Bengkulu area. In this research the author used the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method with data collection using a Likert Scale approach. The criteria used in this research are 6 criteria consisting of View (C1), Cleanliness (C2), Security (C3), Comfort (C4), Facilities (C5) and Access (C6). From the data processing that has been carried out, the result is that the tourism that is considered to be the best tourism in Bengkulu is Long Beach tourism with the highest preference value, namely 0.82.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a global health problem that affects the quality of life and life expectancy of patients. Diabetes risk prediction can help in disease prevention and management. This study aims to optimize ensemble classification for diabetes risk prediction using a Genetic Algorithm (Optimize Selection). The Ensemble methods used are Bagging, Random Forest, and AdaBoost. The genetic algorithm is applied for Ensemble model hyperparameter optimization. The data used is the Pima Indians Diabetes dataset which consists of 768 samples with 8 features. Experimental results show that Ensemble Classification optimized with the Genetic Algorithm (Optimize Selection) produces quite good performance. The accuracy of the Genetic Algorithm (Optimize Selection) + Ensemble Bagging Classification Algorithm got a result of 97.14%, the Genetic Algorithm (Optimize Selection) + Random Forest Ensemble Classification Algorithm got a result of 98.57%, and the Genetic Algorithm (Optimize Selection) + AdaBoost Ensemble Classification Algorithm got a result of 99.87%. %, These results indicate that this approach can be an effective solution in diabetes risk prediction.

Abstract

Stunting is a disease related to malnutrition and results in a lack of growth in toddlers, especially in growing children's height that is not in accordance with their age. Based on observations made by the author at the North Cimahi Health Centre, there are many stunting toddlers, especially in the Cibabat Cimahi North - Cimahi village area. This study aims to optimise the clustering of stunting data using the K-Means algorithm with the elbow method in Cibabat Cimahi Utara Village, the stunting toddler data used is 320. elbow method is used to determine the best number of clusters.  The results of this study indicate that the best cluster from the results of the elbow method is 4: Cluster_0 as many as 98 children under five, Cluster_1 as many as 89 children under five, Cluster_2 as many as 70 children under five, Cluster_3 as many as 63 children under five. Performance value obtained based on average avg. within centroid distance_Cluster_0 as much as 8.844, Cluster_1 as much as 9.793, Cluster_2 as much as 9.818, Cluster_3 as much as 17.726 and Davies Bouldin Index results as much as 0.151. The results of this study can be used as a basis for formulating better policies and suppressing stunting rates in the Cibabat Cimahi Utara Village area

Abstract

The spread of tomatoes in Indonesia began from the Philippines and other Asian countries in the 18th century. Initially, the tomatoes first cultivated by the Inca and Aztec tribes were small-fruited and had low productivity. This is clearly different from the current conditions. Tomatoes produced now can weigh up to 0.4 kg each fruit or 8 kg each plant. In addition to their high quality and yield, tomato plants can also adapt to various agro-climatic conditions, from lowland, midland, to highland areas. There are even seeds that are resistant to certain pests and diseases. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method to provide recommendations for tomato seeds. The SMART method allows the evaluation of seed alternatives based on various relevant criteria. The research results show that the SMART method is effective in helping farmers choose seeds that suit their specific conditions, improving agricultural efficiency and yields. The recommendation of good tomato seeds is based on five criteria: land recommendation, harvest age, yield potential, weight potential, and disease resistance. System testing results show that the recommended good and quality tomato seed is Gandhi F1, with an accuracy rate of 81.7%.

Abstract

AMIK Kosgoro memiliki sebuah program beasiswa yang ditujukan untuk membantu mahasiswa yang berprestasi dalam meringankan beban ekonomi saat menempuh masa studi. Pemilihan calon penerima beasiswa dilakukan dengan memilih dan membandingan data mahasiswa. Untuk memudahkan pemilihan calon penerima beasiswa dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini akan memudahkan dan membantu proses pemilihan agar lebih cepat dan lebih efisien. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode EDAS, dimana metode ini menggunakan formula atau rumusan yang nantinya akan menggunakan nilai normalisasi terbobot dan  jarak  solusi positif dan solusi negatif. Dengan hasil perhitungan tertinggi yaitu nilai 1, alternatif 1 menjadi alternatif terbaik dan disarankan menjadi calon penerima beasiswa di Kosgoro.

Abstract

Bangsring Village is a coastal area adjacent to the Bali Strait. This area has significant fishing potential and natural beauty, including underwater and beach scenery. However, all this beauty is only known to local tourists. To address this, a website called Smart Fisheries Village (SFV) Bangsring was created to serve as a promotional and informational medium for visitors. The website provides a wealth of information, ranging from fisheries education, tourism education, accommodation, culinary options, to travel. This research focuses on the UI/UX design of the tourism education section using the Design Thinking method, which includes the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The research resulted in a UI/UX design that meets user needs. It can be concluded that tourists find it easier to obtain information, which can enhance the promotion of tourism that may not have been well-known before.

Abstract

Determining employee salary increases is an important aspect of human resource management that influences employee motivation and productivity. This process is often complex and requires accurate evaluation of multiple criteria. This research aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) for determining employee salary increases using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The MOORA method was chosen because of its ability to handle various criteria and provide objective results. This system is designed to help managers make faster and more precise decisions by considering various factors such as length of service, attendance and competency. The implementation of this system is expected to increase transparency and accuracy in the process of assessing employee salary increases, as well as reducing the potential for bias and subjectivity. Test results show that this system is effective in providing reliable recommendations for employee salary increase decisions. Thus, this MOORA-based decision support system can be a useful tool for companies in managing human resources more efficiently and fairly.

Abstract

Currently, the development of E-commerce in Indonesia has significantly increased, evidenced by the high volume of sales conducted both directly and indirectly. To enhance sales outcomes, producers must provide services that ensure customer satisfaction, thereby generating profits. Customer satisfaction needs careful attention to maintain competitiveness in the market. The criteria for improving customer satisfaction consist of four variables: 1. Product Quality, 2. Service Quality, 3. Product Price, and 4. Product Accessibility. The research issue identified by the researcher is the lack of understanding among sellers in addressing these criteria, resulting in inconsistent purchase intensity. The objective of this study is to assist sellers in enhancing satisfaction criteria to foster continuous customer purchases and sustain seller viability, ultimately boosting sales results. The method employed is the Sugeno method, involving four stages: fuzzification, inference engine, application and implication functions, and finally, defuzzification, using AND operators and MAX calculations. This study can serve as a decision-making system to improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The student lecture software installation service is an essential facility that supports the smooth running of lectures by helping students install the necessary software on their personal laptops. Although this service is crucial, the manual process is often inefficient and poorly documented. This study aims to design an Android application to enhance the quality of the student lecture software installation service, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The research methods included interviews and questionnaires with students, lab assistants, and laboratory staff, followed by prototype application development and testing using ISO 9126 standards. The main findings show that the developed application meets ISO 9126 standards in terms of usability, efficiency, functionality, and reliability. This success indicates that the application can provide a fast, accurate, and up-to-date solution for presenting software installation service information via smartphone devices for each lab assistant or laboratory staff. The unique contribution of this study is the integration of mobile technology into the software installation service process, which was previously conducted manually, thereby improving efficiency and process documentation. In conclusion, this application not only meets the needs of students but also enhances the operational effectiveness of laboratories, with positive implications for the future development of technology-based educational services.
