Abstract

Along with the times, computer technology has increasingly developed its use and is widely used in various fields such as in the fields of health, automotive, economics, education and so on. The rapid development of technology provides many conveniences in solving problems and satisfying work demands for human life. One of the uses of information technology has been implemented in schools. The Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) is an organization at the school level in Indonesia, starting from junior high school (SMP) and high school (SMA). The Student Council is taken care of and managed by students who are selected to become the Student Council committee. Currently, to accept new student council members, it is only determined by the student council president and several teachers. The assessment process tends to be subjective, so it is not fair. To solve these problems, a decision support system can be applied. with the current development of information technology this research will develop a system that can determine the acceptance of new student council members and apply decision support system techniques using the TOPSIS and SAW algorithms. The research objectives put forward in solving the problem are as follows. Determination of acceptance of OSIS members using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. Designing an application for accepting OSIS members using the TOPSIS and SAW methods using the PHP programming language system and MySQL database.

Abstract

Driving while drowsy is identified as a significant risk factor in traffic accidents, yet awareness of this risk is often lower compared to other hazards. Phenomena such as microsleep have been shown to increase the risk of inattention and accidents on the road. This study proposes a novel approach utilizing Deep Learning, specifically YOLOv8, to detect and address the risk of driver drowsiness. To train the model, the researchers employed a secondary dataset consisting of 3708 images, partitioned into 80% for model training and 20% for validation. Multiple models were compared during the training process, and the results indicated that the YOLOv8 model outperformed previous models, achieving a recall value of 0.95261, precision of 0.94655, F1-SCORE of 0.9496, and mAP of 0.98055. This research contributes to the development of more effective drowsiness detection systems using Deep Learning approaches, with promising evaluation results.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rafhely Futsal Bypass, especially in the administration section, which aims to simplify the scheduling process so that it is optimal, make it easier for customers in the field rental process, make it easier for customers to make field payments. This research uses field research methods, library research, while the development method in this research is made using the waterfall method, which provides a general picture of the requirements for the software that you want to make so that it can be seen in detail in terms of what the input, process or output are like. The process and stages of waterfall and system development, it is hoped that after identifying user needs, the software created can be accepted by users. The information system designed is web-based, using the PHP programming language with Codeigniter 4 and MySQL database. This research produces a futsal field rental information system so that this data management system can help the administration process rental data, make it easier for customers to make payments, and present reports to management that are processed systematically, quickly, accurately, up to date, and practically to avoid errors in data management, so that problems with the Rafhely Futsal Bypass can be resolved.

Abstract

Police in the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) have a function that serves complaints from people who are involved in criminal acts, namely reports of fraud, robbery, embezzlement, robbery, loss of valuables, and so on. Due to complaints from the public at this time, the community needs fast service at the SPKT section. Because SPKT is the spearhead of the police service in providing services to the community to improve and facilitate the services needed by software. At the West Padang Police, if the community makes a complaint or request to the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center), officers still use a conventional or un-computerized system the weakness of this system is that it is very possible that during the process there is an error in recording, inaccurate reports made, delays in finding the required data STTLP (Police Report Receipt), the officer must rewrite the book for archiving, then if the public makes a second request the officer must rewrite the applicant's data because it takes a long time to search for data.

Abstract

Educational games are designed to enable users to learn through engaging and enjoyable experiences. This motivates users to participate and allows for more effective learning. The game is developed as a Role-playing game (RPG), utilizing the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC), and UML as an analysis tool, with black-box testing used for testing. Research findings have shown that games are an intriguing method used as an interactive learning medium. With educational elements, especially character education, students feel joy in learning while playing, embedding educational values into children's characters at home, school, and their surrounding environment. Games are created to be as close as possible to students, making them more relevant to students' everyday lives, and making it easier to practice character education taught within the game. The game developed in English can assist students in learning English while playing. From conducted tests, students express enjoyment in using the game and can assist in their memorization of English vocabulary.

Abstract

Water quality is a key factor in maintaining a healthy river ecosystem and supporting the life of aquatic organisms. The measurement of Dissolved Oxygen (DO) content in water is one of the crucial parameters that assess the level of dissolved oxygen, directly influencing the life of aquatic organisms. This study aims to predict the Dissolved Oxygen (DO) content in the Citarum River Irrigation Area by employing Support Vector Regression (SVR) analysis and Decision Tree Regressor. The predictive model was developed by analyzing the relationship between other water quality parameters such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), and temperature. The analysis results indicate that the accuracy score of the Decision Tree Regressor analysis is superior to that of the Support Vector Regression (SVR) analysis.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a child's growth is disrupted, one of which is characterized by the child's growth being abnormally tall, so that it is lower than children his age. Genetic factors have a very small influence on stunting cases compared to environmental factors and health services. In the Tarab River area itself, the biggest factors causing stunting in children are poor nutrition, economics and latrines. In this study the author tried to group stunting cases in the Sungai Tarab II community health center using the k-medoids method, the variables used were age, economic status, latrine conditions and complete or incomplete immunization. The results of research using the k-medoids method which carried out manual calculations obtained 2 clusters, namely cluster 1 and cluster 2 and the results could be obtained in iteration 1 where the difference was 1.112854. As for cluster 1, children are categorized as not being in the stunting category, while cluster 2 children are categorized as stunting.

Abstract

Biofarmaka (medicinal plants) in Indonesia play a crucial role in the pharmaceutical industry's development, providing natural resources for drug research, and supporting the utilization of traditional herbal remedies for public health. This research aims to analyze the development of biofarmaka plant production in Indonesia through predictions. This is essential for strategic planning, resource management, and future pharmaceutical industry development, ensuring an adequate supply of raw materials and supporting sustainable growth in the bio-pharmaceutical sector. The research dataset comprises biofarmaka plant production data in Indonesia by plant type, from 2018 to 2022, obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The research employs the Resilient algorithm, a machine learning technique. Architectural models used include 3-5-1, 3-10-1, 3-15-1, and 3-20-1. Among the four models, the 3-5-1 model is selected as the best due to its higher accuracy of 100%, and a lower Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.0023021, indicating the successful application of the Resilient algorithm in predicting the development of biofarmaka plant production in Indonesia.

Abstract

Based on the previous authors, it was concluded that the Department of Industry, Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Riau Province had limitations in collecting data on the status of MSMEs that had attended training or had not attended training, making the government's training incomplete and not on target. Efforts have been made to develop an information system that can verify MSME data using optical character recognition to record MSMEs that are spread across Riau Province has a lack of features so that the government can manage all products uploaded by MSME actors and MSME actors can register with a registered NIK. Application of Services and Data Collection for UMKM in Riau Province This further research includes developing features according to the analysis to the Disperindagkop UKM. The conclusion from the results of the development of this information system has successfully developed a feature where MSME actors cannot register with the same NIK, there is a feature so that the admin can manage all products that have been uploaded by MSME actors, product data collection where currently there is a product category that is produced by MSMEs and the categories of each type of service prepared so that it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to operate the information system.

Abstract

Spring sources play a crucial role in meeting clean water needs, especially for the operational sustainability of the Talago Depot. Selection of optimal spring sources is a strategic aspect in ensuring adequate water quality and availability. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist Talago Depot in selecting the best spring source. A Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving capabilities and communication capabilities for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. There are many problems that can be used as research in a decision support system, one of which is determining the best spring source. In this research, a decision making system will be designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the selected alternative must have the closest distance to the positive ideal solution and the furthest distance to the negative ideal solution. It is hoped that this research can make a practical contribution to the efficiency of decision making regarding the selection of spring sources at the Talago Depot. With this SPK, it is hoped that Depot Talago can make more informed and measurable decisions, increase operational sustainability, and have a positive impact on clean water services to the surrounding community. The results obtained from this research are data on the best spring sources.
