Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic pregnant women had to cope with the unknown and unprecedented challenges the coronavirus health crisis created. The Greek state and the biomedical discourse classified pregnant women as vulnerable due to the increased risk of severe illness and mortality rate of pregnant women infected by the coronavirus, depriving them of any kind of agency. However, the fear of slow violence of potential COVID-19 infection to the fetus’s health and the health of pregnant women led them, and particularly, the participants in this research, to act agentively as self risk-managers and to proceed to the adoption of several measures in order to alleviate this fear and to safeguard their own and their fetus’s health. These measures consisted of self-regulated preventive measures, mitigation strategies, and the COVID-19 vaccine uptake or refusal. These findings constituted the voice of the interviewees and their experience of being pregnant during the COVID-19 pandemic. They were the outcome of the conduct of eighteen online formal semi-structured in-depth online interviews and netnography. The research lasted three months, from 10 February 2022 to 10 May 2022, and was conducted in framework of the thesis: The experience of pregnancy in the COVID-19 period in Greece at the Master Course: Cultural Anthropology-Sustainable Citizenship of Utrecht University.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to reveal the musicality of Gamelan Gong Kebyar Mepacek as the identity of North Bali's traditional music. Many researchers have carried out numerous research studies on Gong Kebyar. However, there has not been a single study on the musicality of Gong Kebyar Mepacek's gamelan, which has caused this gamelan to become the hallmark of North Bali's traditional music. How is Gamelan Gong Kebyar Mepacek's musicality measured?. What is the influence of the musicality of Gamelan Gong Kebyar Mepacek on the traditional Balinese music being played? This research was conducted using qualitative methods from the perspective of ethnomusicology. All data that has been collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies is analyzed using ethnomusical theory. The results of the study show that the musicality of Gamelan Gong Kebyar Mepacek has shorter pitch repertoire, a faster closing technique, a faster gending tempo, and a louder gamelan sound compared to Gong Kebyar gamelan in general. To measure the pitch of the Gong Kebyar mepacek gamelan tuner, a tuner was used in the Studio One 5 digital audio workstation (DAW) application. The effect of this mepacek gamelan model on the traditional music played can be seen in the tempo, which is the maximum speed that can be achieved by the musicians playing the gamelan. This means that by pacing the gamelan blades, the drummers do not need to wait long to close the gamelan chords.

Abstract

One of the problems in the analysis of Hydro politics relations in the international river system is that the same factors can create a diverse range of conflict or cooperation, and even the same variable may play a different role in relation to other variables in each coastal country. Therefore, it is necessary to know the variables and the role that each variable plays in formulating a model for analyzing opportunities and risks for countries that share a watershed with other countries. One of the fundamental measures in the analysis of Hydro politics relations in the transboundary river system is to know the variables. Which play a role in the importance of transboundary waters for countries. Harirud water enters Iran from Afghanistan, and the location of its catchment area in the arid and semi-arid region of the world has made them dependent on Harirud water to meet their water needs. Afghanistan's development programs have caused a decrease in Harirud water entering Iran in such a way that it can create a challenge to Iran's security. Therefore, the question of the research is, what are the variables and indicators influencing the strategic importance of Harirud for Afghanistan, and what is its effect on Iran? For this purpose, 68 identification indicators and data were analyzed using the Delphi method and structural analysis method with Micmac software. In this research, 35 experts were selected, of which 25 participated in completing the Delphi questionnaires and 10 participated in completing the questionnaire of the mutual effects analysis matrix, and the answers of 8 of them were used to complete the matrix. is placed Based on the findings of the research, indicators of the importance of Harirud for national security, security of water resources, and implementation of economic development programs for Afghanistan are considered strategic indicators.

Abstract

The legalization of citizenship documents is not only an administrative matter in countries whose administrative systems exist throughout the world. Philosophically, the purpose of legalization is to protect and create legal certainty for every user. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the political role of criminal law about the apostille and which citizenship documents are part of the apostille. Because Indonesia's international interaction policy resulted in the ratification of many national conventions, including the Congress on the Elimination of Legalization of Foreign Public Documents. The use of all documents is the right and obligation of each person to comply with all applicable regulations in different countries. The use of documents and their evidentiary system regulated in the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 6 of 2022 is a national policy that provides legal protection and certainty to all users and those who have the authority to legalize citizen documents. The practices offered are administrative and public (criminal) rights. The emergence of a criminal justice policy regarding the authentication of citizenship documents that applies in 121 countries is urgently needed to protect, for example, parties or bodies authorized to carry out authentication. One of the state institutions authorized to legalize civil documents is a notary. Based on the Notary Law, the position of Notary is called an official who has the authority to handle special requests from the public related to Notaries. It should be noted that documents that can be used both domestically and abroad must be legalized by 5 (five) authorities, namely the Document Authority, the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the destination country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the destination country.

Abstract

The birth of the dual banking system in Indonesia was marked by the establishment of Indonesia's first sharia commercial bank, Bank Muamalat. The first amendments to the Religious Courts Act of 1989 were seen as a response to dispute resolution, but the advent of the law did not immediately open an opportunity for dispute resolution, due to the National Sharia Council and banking fatwas. Indonesian regulations continue to treat disputes in the sharia banking industry as arbitrators, and Law No. 21 of 2008 on Sharia Banking Regulation is another legislative instrument that provides channels for Islamic banking disputes through litigation and out-of-court proceedings. This study was conducted normatively, using different legal materials depending on the issue. The study found that forms of Islamic banking consist of profit products and social and religious products. For charitable sharia banking products, disputes with bank customers can be resolved by national sharia arbitration courts and judicial institutions, whereas social and religious sharia banking products can only be resolved by religious courts or district courts. At the discretion of the judge according to the contract. In the case of disputes between banks and customers, the arbitration board only has the power to decide the dispute and not to enforce the law, but in sharia banks, disputes in litigation, religious courts and district courts have jurisdiction for dispute resolution. Have the right Enforcement where principal or the losing party does not act voluntarily to decide or enforce and/or where the auction leads to legal proceedings.
