In Islam it is not very good and has an effect in the future. Therefore, both in essence and in use, alcoholic beverages are qat'i forbidden in the Qur'an and the sunnah of the Prophet SAW. Therefore beer and so on can be considered haram. That's why it can't be touched at all. The study of Fiqh Siyasah covers aspects of regulating the relationship between citizens and citizens, the relationship between citizens and state institutions, and the relationship between state institutions and state institutions. This study aims to review Fiqh Siyasah on the implementation of Mayor Regulation no. 12 of 2011 concerning Levies for Permits for Selling Alcoholic Drinks in Medan City. Using a descriptive method, the results of this study indicate that the Fiqh Siyasah review of the implementation of Mayor Regulation No. 12 of 2011 concerning the retribution for permits for selling alcoholic beverages Medan City, which has not been carried out in accordance with Fiqh Siyasah because Islam itself forbids alcoholic beverages because there are more bad things that caused by consuming alcoholic beverages rather than the good.

The phenomenon of graduates who are by their specialization while studying at institutions or schools or universities often occurs that is different from the jobs they get in the outside environment or the company where they work. Many even cannot get jobs because they are not by their education. The author aims to carry out this research to identify and describe how institutions integrate education through media and OBE (outcome-based education) to create appropriate graduates according to the crisis communication strategy. Data collection uses descriptive-qualitative methods based on Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT), and data are collected through documents in the form of workplace phenomena related to media and technology integration. The results of this study indicate that the education provider uses a crisis communication strategy in the implementation of education associated with the integration of media and technology. Conclusion of the process of educational institutions using crisis communication strategies through transparency, crisis teams, social media integration, psychological support and evaluation in learning in higher education institutions.

The disinfected illness or PTM is the chronic illness which is disinfected one to another. Globally, 70% of the death in the world caused by PTM. The SPM target states that every Indonesian citizen aged 15-59 years will receive health screening according to standards, while the percentage of PTM screening aged ≥ 15 years in the city of Medan in 2020 is 15%. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between tool's support and the participation of non-working mothers at Posbindu PTM in Medan City. This type of quantitative research with survey methods. Cross-sectional study design. The total population is 21,485 people, the total sample is 100 people. Data were analyzed by Rank Spearmen correlation. The results of the Rank Spearman test obtained a value of P=0.029 (P <0.05) meaning that there is a significant relationship between tool's support and the participation of non-working mothers in Posbindu PTM in Medan City. Participation of non-working mothers can be increased by socializing posbindu, increasing supporting facilities and infrastructure, increasing the ability to establish partnerships.

The objectives of the research were (1) to produce interactive learning media based on Adobe Animate Creative Cloud for Social Studies class IV at Amaliyah Sunggal Private Elementary School, the sub-theme of the beauty of the cultural diversity of my country which was developed to be suitable for use as learning media, (2) to produce the use of Adobe-based interactive learning media. Animate creative cloud on social studies subjects in class IV Amaliyah Sunggal Private Elementary School on the sub-theme of the beauty of the diversity of my country which was developed effectively to improve learning outcomes. The research method uses research and development. Subjects were material expert validators, media experts, instructional media design experts, linguists, teachers and twenty five students. Product development is evaluated using a questionnaire. The results of the evaluation of the test subjects were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The development model used in this study is the Thiagarajan model, known as the Four-D (4-D Model). The results showed that social studies interactive learning media based on Adobe Animate Creative Cloud in class IV Amaliyah Sunggal Private Elementary School was appropriate and effective for improving student learning outcomes in learning the theme of the beauty of the diversity of my country.

The purpose of this study was to determine positive and negative reinforcement on students' passing skills and self-confidence. The design used in this study is a 2x2 factorial. The 96 students who met the requirements were divided into four groups using the matching pairing technique so that each group had 24 samples. The results of this study are: 1. In this study it was found that Fh = 8.82 and Ft at dk (3.24) = 3.10, from this calculation it can be concluded that Fh > Ft means that there is a significant difference between reinforcement ) positive and negative reinforcement of basic volleyball technical skills. 2. In this study it was found that Fh = 188.41 and Ft at dk (3.24) = 3.10, from these calculations it can be concluded that Fh > Ft. it can be concluded that there is an interaction between reinforcement and confidence in the basic technical skills of volleyball. 3. Calculation of the tukey test in the study with a comparison of A1B1 and A2B1, it is obtained that Qh = 23.19 and Qt (2:48) = 3.20. So it can be concluded that Qh > Qt. This means that there is a significant difference between positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement on the basic volleyball game technical skills for students with high self-confidence. 4. The calculation of the tukey test in the study with a comparison of A2B2 and A2B2, it is obtained that Qh = 15.60 and Qt (2:48) = 3.20. So it can be concluded that Qh > Qt. This means that there is a significant difference between positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement on the basic volleyball game technical skills for students with low self-esteem.

This research was carried out regarding the of Pancasila and civic education factuality subject outcomes or also called as PPKn is low, especially in class VII students due to the selection of inappropriate learning strategies. By choosing the right learning strategy, it is hoped that it will be able to provide understanding and interest in students so that learning motivation arises. This research to explain : 1) differences in PPKn subject outcomes for groups of students who were taught using inquiry and expository learning strategies, 2) differences in PPKn subject outcomes for groups of students who had high and low learning motivation, and 3). learning motivation in influencing PPKn subject outcomes. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Pulau Rakyat with a sample of class VII. The method used in this study is an experimental research method. The research design uses a 2x2 factorial design. There were two classes in this study, namely the experimental class with students in class VII-1 and the control class with students in class VII-4. The data collected are PPKn subject outcomes data and class VII students' learning motivation data. The results showed that 1) there was an influence of learning strategies in influencing PPKn subject outcomes with F count 58.775, 2) There was an influence of learning motivation in influencing PPKn subject outcomes with F count 92.04, and 3) there were interactions in learning strategies and learning motivation in affect learning outcomes PPKn with F count 4.09.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is one of the most common health problems in society that causes various health problems. This disease is caused by the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito which transmits the dengue virus. Deli Serdang Regency is the district with the highest Dengue Haemoragic Fever (DHF) coverage with a coverage of 1,336 cases. The highest coverage was in Tanjung Morawa sub-district with 154 cases, as well as making Tanjung Morawa Health Center the highest DHF coverage with 92 cases. This think about points to decide the factors that influence community participation in the implementation of the Dengue Fever prevention program at Tanjung Morawa Community Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. This investigate may be a quantitative explanatory overview investigate with a cross sectional design. The sample used was 270 people with the sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that the related variable was a source of information (p=0.027) with community participation in the implementation of DHF prevention. While knowledge (p=0.705), attitude (p=0.057), role of stakeholders (p=0.787) are variables that are not related to community participation in the implementation of DHF prevention. Suggestions for this research are that health workers at Tanjung Morawa Health Center can increase the positive reaction of the community to prevent DHF, by conducting home visits to provide clear education about DHF prevention programs, providing periodic larvae inspection visits and inviting every household to have One JUMANTIK every household to prevent and eradicate both mosquito breeding sites and the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, provide information to the public in the form of counseling about 3Mplus, and how to prevent DHF, and urge the public to participate and report if any neighbors or families are infected with DHF.

Based on data from the Humbang Hasundutan Regency Health Office in 2019 there were 53,004 cases of hypertension and of the total sufferers only 33 percent used health services. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the utilization of health services at Public Health Center for hypertension sufferers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This research is a quantitative analytic survey research with a cross sectional design. The sample used was 110 people with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that the related variables were Knowledge (p=0.005), Ownership of Health Insurance (p=0.001) and Need for Services (p=0.001) with Utilization of Health Services at Health Centers for Hypertension Patients in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Suggestions for this study are that health workers are expected to be able to go into the field or to the community directly to conduct counseling and outreach to the community that is more intensive regarding information about non-communicable diseases (PTM), especially in this case hypertension, so that people know more about disease prevention and control hypertension. So that people have more good knowledge to improve public health status. Public Health Center is expected to become a health facility that can help and improve health services both in terms of providing services to people with hypertension and in terms of infrastructure and drug availability, so that people can more easily understand the flow and procedures for utilizing health services.

Information about labor migration plays an important role in planning and implementing socio-economic development policies in each region and for the whole country. This study used data from Vietnam Household Living Standards Survey 2018, 2016 and 2014 conducted by the General Statistics Office of Vietnam to analyze labor migration trends based on demographic characteristics and regional features. Statistical results show that the percentage of labor migrants tended to increase in the period 2014-2018. The results show that demographic factors such as ethnicity, age, gender, marital status, and education had a strong relationship with labor migration flows. In addition, there was a positive correlation between regional characteristics such as unemployment and underemployment and labor migration. By understanding the demographic and regional characteristics that influence specific groups of migrant workers, policymakers can establish target policies to effectively control labor migration flows

Agrotourism Kawitwangi utilizes natural and agricultural resources for tourist areas, in its development efforts are carried out by strategizing through SWOT analysis followed by Hirarkhi Process Analysis. From the results of the main strategy compiled road map of the stages of agrotourism development, the results of the research showed the main strategy are a) Designing a more effective promotion program by utilizing information technology, especially social media , b) Creating quality tourism products and benefiting the surrounding community through the development of natural tourism in accordance with the government's road map in tourism development in Kawitwangi c) Conducting training activities working with the government to improve service, marketing, management and community utilization d) Cooperate with relevant agencies to be able to facilitate special transportation that facilitates visitors or the public to tourist sites, and maximize road access to tourist attractions e) Involving the Community in Protecting and preserving the environment around tourist attractions. While the development road map with strategic stages d, e, b, ,a dan c. Recomemded are on policy and financial support from the government as well as local community participation for economic growth and empowerment of tourist sites.
