Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Pawyatan Daha I Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linear berganda,koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara serentak terhadap kinerja guru.Berdasarkan uji t variabel motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Sedangkan dari koefisien determinasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja mampu memberikan kontribusi sebesar 74,6 % terhadap kinerja guru dan 25,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

The results showed that (1) marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Unirama Duta Niaga Kediri is a Stability Strategy (Stability) which emphasizes on not increasing product, market and company functions, more on effort to increase efficiency in order to increase performance and profit. This strategy is relatively low risk. (2) through the analysis of EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analisys Summary) obtained a total score of 3 and through the analysis of IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analyys Summary) obtained a total score of 2.95. So that value is inserted in SWOT Analysis showing the position of company PT. Unirama Duta Niaga Kediri in the first quadrant, the appropriate strategy is aggressive strategy or expansion strategy that means the company is in good condition and steady so it is possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve progress by maximizing internal and external strength of company in increasing sales volume and excellence (3) Based on the calculation of market share it seems that from year to year experienced an increase, market share achieved by the company, it can be specified that in 2012 market share achieved by the company from the overall sales of the industry amounted to 56.23, In 2013 by 57.91%, 2014 market shareproduction of 59.29%, 2015 market share of 59.67% and 2016 market share of 62.33%.

This research aimed to investigate the financial stress difference from Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT in the gender perspective. This research is explanation research by using independent sample t-test analysis technique. The population in this study amounted to 66 respondents, consisting of 6 permanent lecturers from 11 courses at Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT, while the sample selection technique used in this study was saturation sampling. Data collected using the Financial Stress Questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the male and female lecturers' financial stress (0,004<0.05), where the mean showed the female lecturers (85.1212) had higher financial stress than Male lecturers (79.1515).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mekar Karya Nugraha Kediri. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang, sampel yang diambil adalah karyawan PT Mekar Karya Nugraha Kediri sebanyak 55 orang. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan hasil dari peneliti menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan korelasi diketahui bahwa variabel budaya kerja (X2) lebih berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dibanding variabel kompensasi (X1). Sedangkan untuk analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan Y = 0,412 + 0,005X1 + 0,894X2 yang menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja lebih dominan karena nilai r = 0,894 atau 89,4% yang berarti besarnya korelasi mendekati 100%. Hasil analisis penelitian ini adalah budaya kerja lebih berpengaruh lebih dominan untuk itu perusahaan lebih meningkatkan lagi budaya kerja yang sudah ada sehingga menciptakan karyawan yang lebih berkualitas dan berpotensi sesuai bidang masing-masing

The aims of study were to obtain in-depth information about public relations (PR) strategies from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in implementing media relations. Media relations is the main key in public relations to convey and control information to the public. Public relations require the media in achieving its goals. The research method was qualitative descriptive. Data is taken from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy document. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has two media strategies namely the first POP (pre event, on event, post event). This strategy is carried out through a variety of interesting activities. Second is POSE (paid media, owned media, social media, endorsers). This strategy is quite effective in conveying information to the public about Indonesian tourism. From the implementation of the media, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy received various awards. This also has an impact on increasing the interest of tourists to Indonesia both from domestic and abroad.

Riset tentang Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman, yang dimilki dan dialami oleh perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mengetahui kondisi perusahaan yang sebenarnya. Atas dasar inilah peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana BRI Unit Pasar Pahing Kediri melakukan kegiatan pemasarannya (Sales Strategy-nya). Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan para Stakeholder dalam memutuskan suatu kebijakan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Hasil Analisa SWOT menunjukkan, kekuatan perusahaan berada pada Kuadran II (disarankan diversifikasi strategi). Melalui analisa SPSS dihasilkan, Sales Strategy berpengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan jumlah nasabah sebesar R = 0.732 atau 73.2%.

Abstrak This arrangement aims to find out the Implementation of Islamic store attributes and marketing mix from Islamic perspective at La-Tansa Gontor Department Store. Implementation of Islamic store attributes and marketing mix from the Islamic perspective in the store is highly recommended that Muslim business people still maintain the norms of religion in business and establish a business strategy in accordance with Islamic Shari'a. La-Tansa Gontor Departement Store is one business unit owned by Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School which aims to get the profit used for development and meet all the needs of Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. In addition, the establishment of La-Tansa Gontor aims for educational means for teachers of Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School and as a means of dakwah for the employees and the community. This arrangement raises the formulation of the problem: does La-Tansa Gontor Department Store have implemented Islamic Store Attributes and marketing mix from Islamic perspective? With a qualitative approach, data collection with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis technique with the aim to describe the data that researcher collect about Implementation of Islamic store attributes and marketing mix from Islamic perspective in La-Tansa Gontor Department Store.

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Program Pondok Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ABA Collection Tulungagung”. Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan sosok seorang pemimpin dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang bisa mengatur perusahaan dengan tepat. Selain itu, setiap perusahaan memiliki cara tersendiri dalam melatih dan mengembangkan kinerja karyawannya. Tujuan peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan program pondok kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan ABA Collection Tulungagung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling (sampel bertujuan). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistika. Dari analisis korelasi indikator variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan program pondok kerja, hasil koefisien korelasi r = 0,906 atau 90,6%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan program pondok kerja mempunyai pengaruh sangat kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Purwodadi Village is one of the villages in Tegalrejo District, Magelang Regency. The general problems faced include uneven infrastructure development due to limited development funds, poverty rates that tend to increase, lack of education and low capacity of the community, this is stated in the 2015-2020 RPJMDes. The analytical tools used are Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, External Factor Evaluation Matrix, Internal and External Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. The results show that the position of Taman Bunga Manohara is in quadrant V (hold and maintain). The three highest strategic priorities are: optimizing the resilience and uniqueness of Taman Bunga Manohara and strategic location to get the number of tourists of all ages which will have an impact on high income levels so as to improve the economy of the surrounding community, optimize strategic locations to obtain more tourist visits a lot, and increase the professionalism of managers evenly in order to improve the management system for the realization of Taman Bunga Manohara with a high level of visitation.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi hunian ulang di Hotel Narita Tulungagung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi hunian ulang. Angka Adjusted R square sebesar 0,909 menunjukkan bahwa bahwa 90,9 persen variabel intensi hunian ulang dapat dijelaskan melalui kedua variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya 9.1 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis korelasi mendapatkan nilai r = 0,954 atau 95,4% yang berarti besarnya korelasi mendekati 100%.
