Abstract

Rancang Bangun E-Commerce Kemitraan Blaster Farm yang di Lubuk Basung dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pemilik usaha dan mitra untuk mempromosikan serta penjualan produk, kemudahan kepada pembeli untuk membeli produk lobster tanpa langsung datang ke lokasi penjualan dan melalui media sosial yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Maka dirancanglah sistem e-commerce yang bertujuan untuk memberikan wadah bagi mitra untuk mempromosikan penjualan dan memudahkan pelanggan untuk melakukan proses pencarian produk, pemesanan dan transaksi secara online. E-commerce ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan bahasa pemograman PHP serta memakai framework codeigniter, dan Database Management System yang dipakai adalah MySQL. Rancang bangun e-commerce ini akan menghasilkan sistem kemitraan blaster farm berbasis website dan menginformasikan terkait mitra, produk lobster dan harga yang dijual di setiap mitra kemitraan blaster farm. Sistem e-commerce bisa melakukan transaksi secara online dengan metode pembayaran transfer rekening.

Abstract

This research is that teachers have a noble duty as educators. However, some conditions can threaten the implementation of the teacher's duties and role, so teacher motivation and performance must always be improved by the school principal with appropriate and good strategies. There are three research objectives, namely: to analyze the principal's strategy in increasing teacher motivation, to analyze the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance, and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal in increasing teacher motivation and performance in SD Negeri 001 and SD Negeri 011 North Sangatta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, research at SD Negeri 001 and SD Negeri 011 Sangatta Utara. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation, as informants are the school principal and teachers. Data was analyzed using the Miles Huberman model with data collection, condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show (1). The principal's strategy in increasing teacher motivation is: The strategy is to use efforts to remind teachers that teaching is a noble job, teachers must not complain, teachers must establish good relationships with all teachers, and create a pleasant environment and conditions. Another strategy is to motivate the form of recognition and appreciation, focus on work-life balance, and teachers must maintain a positive spirit. as well as knowing the environment and character, and maximizing all activities carried out by the teacher. (2). The principal's strategy for improving teacher performance is that the principal's strategy for improving teacher performance focuses on work-life balance, not be afraid of innovation, being very active in motivating teachers, adequate allowances, always providing opportunities for self-development, teachers developing themselves, improving teacher professionalism, Forming collaborative teams through learning communities, Involving all parties. That the principal communicates well and that cooperation in every activity is carried out well. Even if there are problems, they can be resolved with good communication.

Abstract

The research background is the development of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, which, if seen from the influence of digital learning resources and student learning styles, shows how much influence they have on student learning outcomes, the aim of this research is: Analyzing digital learning resources, Analyzing student learning styles and Analyzing learning outcomes and Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of digital learning resources on PAI learning outcomes of students, Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of learning styles on PAI learning outcomes of students and Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of digital learning resources and learning styles on PAI. This type of research uses quantitative research, the location of this research is at two SMKN 1 Samarinda and SMKN 4 Samarinda, with the number of respondents being 145 students at two SMKN 1 and SMKN 4 Samarinda, all of them are class XI students, data analysis uses descriptive statistical data analysis (analysis mean/average), Regression analysis with t test and F test, data analysis process using the SPSS version 24 application. The results of research on finding (1). The influence of digital learning resources on PAI learning outcomes is 29.40%. and the Sig value is 0.024 <0.05 and the first hypothesis is concluded to be accepted. (2). The magnitude of the influence of learning style on PAI learning outcomes is 49.50%, the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. The second hypothesis is accepted and (3) The magnitude of the influence of digital learning sources and learning styles on PAI learning outcomes is 51.30%. The Sig value for the influence of X1 and X2 on Y is 0.000 < 0.05 The third hypothesis is accepted. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sumber belajar digital terhadap hasil belajar PAI, mengetahui besarnya pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sumber belajar digital dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, tempat penelitian ini adalah pada dua SMKN 1 Samarinda dan SMKN 4 Samarinda, dengan jumlah responden adalah 145 siswa pada dua SMKN 1 dan SMKN 4 Samarinda, semuanya siswa kelas XI, analisa data menggunakan analisis data statistic deskritif (analisis mean/rata-rata) dan analisis Regresi dengan uji t dan uji F, proses analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian tentang menemukan (1). Besar pengaruh sumber belajar digital terhadap hasil belajar PAI sebesar 29,40%. dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,024 < 0,05 dan hipotesis kesatu disimpulkan diterima. (2). Besarnya pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI sebesar 49,50% nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hipotesis kedua diterima dan (3) Besarnya pengaruh sumber belajar digital dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI adalah sebesar 51,30%. Nilai Sig untuk pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 Hipotesis ketiga diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di pesantren dengan menggunakan metodologi Waterfall, sebuah pendekatan sistematis yang melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi. Sistem ini dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, dan JavaScript, serta basis data MySQL, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses penerimaan peserta didik baru. Dalam mendukung proses pendaftaran, digunakan Framework Bootstrap dan pustaka tambahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi proses penerimaan peserta didik baru di pesantren, tetapi juga menunjukkan fleksibilitas untuk diterapkan di berbagai konteks pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

The Regency Sanitation Strategy (RSS) document represents the government's initiative to address the consequences of market failure resulting from insufficient sanitation services, that lead to environmental pollution and a decline in public health. This failure has hindered the attainment of the universal access target (100-0-100), characterized by shortcomings in environmental quality, health, and community welfare in Bener Meriah Regency. This study aims to assess the application of planning theory in formulating RSS documents in Bener Meriah Regency. The research employed methods such as document review, interviews, stakeholder mapping, and qualitative descriptive analysis of interview findings. The outcomes include identifying stakeholders, planning approaches, the role of planners, and uncovering weaknesses and ethical issues in the planning process. Conclusions drawn from the discussion are: 1) Six key actors are involved in preparing the RSS document; 2) Various approaches, including mixed scanning, comprehensive rationale, advocacy planning, and collaborative planning, are employed in the RSS preparation process in Bener Meriah; 3) All planning roles play a part in the RSS preparation process; and 4) Weaknesses in the document preparation process encompass inadequate data quality, unrealistic aspects of funding and human resources, and limited engagement of external stakeholders.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain an overview or information about how school principal management is implemented and its influence in increasing the interest of class This research uses management theory from G.R. Terry as a theoretical tool to see how the principal's strategic management is applied regarding the problem of the lack of interest of class XII students to continue to college. This research uses a qualitative method where the researcher aims to get an in-depth picture of the research problem using observation, interviews and study of school documents. The results of the research showed the decreasing interest of class XII to continue their study at SMA Al Qona’ah Baleendah is responded by the principal by making some strategies to increase their interest. The strategizes are expected could increase the interest of class XII students to continue their study at the higher level

Abstract

The principal's management ability is the most important factor in order to improve the quality and progress of the school. With the management, it is hoped that the principal can increase the motivation of teacher performance. Motivation of teacher performance certainly requires a strong role of the principal in planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the principal's management regarding planning, organizing, directing and control. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the principal's management regarding planning, organizing, directing and controlling so as to increase the motivation of teacher performance in schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The source of this research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of research data is carried out through by Steps: (1) Collecting data, (2) Reducing data, (3) Exposure of data, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results of the study are: 1) The ability of the principal's management in planning teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu; 2) The principal's management ability in organizing teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu according to procedures; 3) The principal's management ability in directing teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu has been running well; and 4) The ability of the principal's management in controlling or supervising to increase teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu by monitoring and evaluating. From the overall management of the principal, it can be stated that the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu Purwakarta Regency has been able to increase the motivation of teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is consistency between the supervision of school principals and educational objectives at the Nusawungu State Vocational High School, Cilacap district. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological method with the subjects and data sources involved, namely the school principal, deputy principals, vocational heads and teachers. From the research results, it was found that teaching supervision carried out by school principals, deputy principals and vocational heads was carried out in three stages, namely (1) planning by making a supervision schedule, each supervisor and teacher who would be supervised knew the schedule, (2) implementation, at this stage each supervisor supervises several teachers, (3) evaluation, at this stage each supervisor and teacher has obtained supervision notes as evaluation material. Based on the research results, it is known that there is consistency between the principal's supervision and the institution's objectives at the Nusawungu State Vocational High School, Cilacap district.

Abstract

Abstract: Climate change increases the risk of coastal tidal flooding. This is also influenced by increasing land subsidence and shoreline changes due to rapid industrialization development which ultimately affects the community, especially fishermen. With many coastal communities in Indonesia exposed to the danger of tidal flooding, adaptation measures are needed. Therefore, this study aims to identify the adaptation patterns of fishing communities to tidal floods with a case study of Bedono Village, Demak District and Penjaringan Kel., North Jakarta. The study results show that both areas have a high vulnerability to tidal flooding, but based on the physical and socio-economic conditions of the area, the impacts and handling are different. As a result of major abrasion in Bedono, the land was significantly affected, resulting in the rampant clearing of mangrove land into ponds due to the shift from agrarian work and the increase in fishermen. Adaptation efforts are mostly non-structural. On the other hand, with land subsidence in North Jakarta due to reclamation and rapid industry, the few fishermen in the area are increasingly threatened because there are not many livelihood options other than becoming laborers. Structural adaptation efforts, with their advantages and disadvantages, community-based structural and non-structural adaptations can be evaluated, improved, and local characteristics are more considered in order to minimize the risk of tidal flooding while maintaining the welfare of fishing communities. In addition, both regions can improve cooperative ties, especially between the government and fishing communities to increase community income and alternative professions. Keywords: tidal flooding, fishing communities, coastal communities, climate change, community-based adaptation Abstrak: Perubahan iklim meningkatkan risiko banjir rob pesisir. Ini dipengaruhi pula meningkatnya penurunan tanah dan perubahan garis pantai akibat pesatnya pembangunan industrialisasi yang akhirnya berdampak pada masyarakatnya, khususnya nelayan. Dengan banyaknya masyarakat pesisir di Indonesia yang terpapar bahaya rob, maka dibutuhkan tindakan adaptasi akan hal tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola adaptasi masyarakat nelayan terhadap banjir dob dengan studi kasus Desa Bedono, Kab. Demak dan Kel. Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kedua daerah memiliki kerawanan yang tinggi akan banjir rob, namun berdasarkan kondisi fisik dan sosial ekonomi kawasan, dampak dan penanganannya berbeda. Akibat abrasi besar di Bedono, lahan terdampak signifikan, sehingga maraknya pembukaan lahan mangrove menjadi tambak karena peralihan pekerjaan yang sebelumnya agraris dan meningkatnya nelayan. Upaya adaptasi lebih banyak bersifat non-struktural. Di sisi lain, dengan penurunan tanah di Jakarta Utara akibat reklamasi dan industri yang pesat, akhirnya nelayan yang jumlahnya sedikit di kawasan tersebut semakin terancam karena tak banyak pilihan mata pencaharian selain menjadi buruh. Upaya adaptasi bersifat struktural, dengan adanya kelebihan kekurangannya, adaptasi struktural maupun non-struktural yang berbasis masyarakat dapat dievaluasi, ditingkatkan, dan karakteristik lokal lebih dipertimbangkan agar dapat meminimalisir risiko banjir rob dengan tetap mempertahankan kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan. Selain itu, kedua daerah dapat meningkatkan ikatan kerjasama, khususnya antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat nelayan untuk peningkatan penghasilan masyarakat dan alternatif profesi. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II sekolah dasar di Blora serta kurangnya penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan penggunaan media audio visual dalam proses pembelajaran di era recovery learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audio visual dan kemampuan membaca pada proses pembelajaran di era recovery learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian ex-post facto. Data yang dibutuhkan diperoleh menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa angket. Sasaran pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN Plumbon dan kelas II SDN Punggursugih. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif penggunaan media audio visual dan kemampuan membaca terhadap pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di era recovery learning.
