Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

The food service industry has received many challenges in the current era of disruption of the industrial revolution 4.0. Given the urgency of increasing the Motivation and Organizational Commitment in one of the restaurants in Jatinangor, the title of this study is "Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Waroeng Spesial Sambal, Jatinangor". This research belongs to the category of associative causal research using a quantitative approach. The results showed: 1. Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable; 2. Organizational Commitment partially has no effect and isn?t significant on the Employee Satisfaction variable; 3. Motivation and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

The hospital industry is need time solely the provision of services, but the hospital industry has become the realm of commercial. The high demand for hospital services and the new regulation on the establishment of hospital raise the attractiveness?s hospital. This research to verify the influence of market attractiveness, value creation with uniqueness of resources on competitive advantage of private general hospitals in the West Java, both partially and simultaneously and its impact on hoshospital performance. The findings reveal that the market attractiveness, value creation with uniqueness of resources affect the competitive advantage simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially, among these three variables, the value creation does not affect the competitive advantage. Additionally, through a competitive advantage, the market attractiveness, the value creation, also the uniqueness of the resources affect the performance. We suggest that the private general hospitals in West Java optimize value creation, create uniqueness of resources, enhance competitive advantage also gain better performance. We recommend further research for involving other variables, such as leadership style or organization behavior, in order to strengthen the influence of market attractiveness, uniqueness of resources on competitive advantage also performance of the private general hospitals in West Java.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Justice Procedural Participatory and Trade Union Support to Job Satisfaction of employees at UD. Putra TS Majalengka. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that Participatory Procedural Justice and Trade Union Support have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction,so that population in this research is UD Putra TS Super Market Majalengka taken as respondents that amounted to 100 people. The research method used survey method with descriptive approach verifikatif. The analysis tools used in this study are classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test for partial test using t test and simultaneous test using F test. The results showed that participative procedural justice and union support had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction which means better procedural paticifative justice in the employees and the better the union support to employees will increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Influence of Market Segmentation on Sales Micro Small Enterprises fashion Product Level Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung, background of this research is based on the Enterprises?s have not been maximal in selling their product even though there are big market opportunities in Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung. This study using a quantitative approach with the type of descriptive research. The analitycal methodology used simple linear regression, the analitycal test used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test. The tool used for testing this research is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) V. 20. The results,researchers suggest that products marketed to reach all market segments can be done by adjusting prices, product innovation and maximizing instant purchases by consumers so as to increaset sales Fashion product of Micro Small Enterprises?s Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung.

Abstract

The agribusiness system of Cilembu farming consist of procurement of production facilities subsystem, on farm subsystem, marketing subsystem, subsystem of post harvest and subsystem of support. In this agribusiness system there are problem such as in procurement of production facilities subsystem is limited business capital to purchase production facilities so that the input production such as fertilizer are not always available every season only can be purchased if the previous harvesting business capital has been paid or if they get loans from middleman as well as marketing channels are still long and not favorable to the farmers and the selling price of “ubi Cilembu” is still determined by the middleman therefore the role of union is needed to overcome these problems. So in this case the cooperative can play a role in the cultivation of land that unites the lands of farmers who had small fragmented into one in order to have a large area so that it can produce higher production. If in terms of the scale of production to the results, the sum of all coefficients each shows less than one result, so that the scale of Cilembu cassava production is included inelastis, this role of the cooperative is needed in an effort to increase the production of production in the presence of cooperatives, the cooperative can provide guidance or intensive counseling to the members for cultivation of Cilembu yam cultivation can be increased production results. All respondent “ubi Cilembu” farmers agree with the idea of establishing an union.

Abstract

Various motorcycle manufacturers competing to meet the needs of the market, carrying a variety of company’s motorcycle trying to serve two-wheeler market by offering a wide range of product variants. Basic scientific work is to introduce the influence of Valentino Rossi as a Atlet Moto GP endorser and brand image on purchasing decisions Yamaha NMAX in Bandung. The scientific work focuses on the study of Bandung through data analysis technique multiple linear regression inclusion of samples obtained were 108 respondents using purposive sampling. Data to answer with the help of SPSS program proves Atlet Moto GP endorser and the brand image simultaneously influence on purchasing decisions Yamaha NMAX in Bandung.

Abstract

The implementation of occupational safety and health carried out by all employees must be oriented to completion of work. This study was designed to describe work safety and work safety at PT. Indonesian Railways. Data collection techniques used in this research are conducting field studies by direct monitoring, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is an interactive analysis that begins with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion conclusions obtained about the facts that occur in the field. Research results Obtained from that, the implementation of occupational safety and health programs at PT. Indonesian Railways was not carried out due to lack of facilities and the minimal number of participants participating in the training.

Abstract

This study is to analyze the focus of the problem: Pricing Policy at PT. Atrindo Asia Global Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the pricing policy, constraints and pricing policy solutions at PT. Atrindo Asia Global Bandung. This study uses a Qualitative Method with an independent variable: Price. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, which is a data source sampling technique with certain considerations. Informants are: Marketing Staff, Service Supervisor. Data analysis using the model of Miles and Huberman with the steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion. The method used to test the validity of the data is the triangulation technique. Based on observations, interviews and data analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of the pricing policy at PT. Atrindo Asia Global Bandung, which sets prices based on satisfaction based pricing, relationship pricing, efficiency pricing, cost based pricing, competition based pricing and demand based pricing. Problems that arise are forgetting or not including all the components of the costs incurred, often setting prices too low. The solution is expected to use a mathematical calculation of the costs incurred so that the costs to be incurred are more systematically arranged Implementation of pricing policies at PT. Atrindo Asia Global is expected to be implemented well so that it is able to achieve the company's targets

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest and quality of service to visit level in the library IPDN Jatinangor. The result of the research shows that the interest and the quality of service have partial and simultaneous effect on visit level in the library of IPDN Jatinangor. Where, member interest variable and service quality together have influence equal to 51,80% to visit level of library of IPDN Jatinangor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Marketing Mix Strategy on Product Competitiveness. In this research, the results show that the Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Distribution Strategy and Promotion Strategy if implemented well, the Product Competitiveness will experience a significant increase. The resulting product model must be in accordance with market desires, the product brand must be easily read and remembered by consumers, the size of the product is made standard by including on the Production Brand, Providing raw materials that are always available at competitive prices and quality and Choosing the right media in product promotion so the strategy used can be more effective in increasing product competitiveness.
