Abstract

The agribusiness system of Cilembu farming consist of procurement of production facilities subsystem, on farm subsystem, marketing subsystem, subsystem of post harvest and subsystem of support. In this agribusiness system there are problem such as in procurement of production facilities subsystem is limited business capital to purchase production facilities so that the input production such as fertilizer are not always available every season only can be purchased if the previous harvesting business capital has been paid or if they get loans from middleman as well as marketing channels are still long and not favorable to the farmers and the selling price of “ubi Cilembu” is still determined by the middleman therefore the role of union is needed to overcome these problems. So in this case the cooperative can play a role in the cultivation of land that unites the lands of farmers who had small fragmented into one in order to have a large area so that it can produce higher production. If in terms of the scale of production to the results, the sum of all coefficients each shows less than one result, so that the scale of Cilembu cassava production is included inelastis, this role of the cooperative is needed in an effort to increase the production of production in the presence of cooperatives, the cooperative can provide guidance or intensive counseling to the members for cultivation of Cilembu yam cultivation can be increased production results. All respondent “ubi Cilembu” farmers agree with the idea of establishing an union.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, ketatnya persaingan dunia usaha dan kondisi yang diakibatkan pandemi Covid-19 menuntut para pelaku usaha untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dengan memacu kreativitas serta inovasi agar dapat mempertahankan dan bahkan mampu meningkatkan usahanya. Salah satu teknologi yang mendukung perkembangan UMKM, terutama dalam mempromosikan suatu produk atau brand yang dapat menjangkau konsumennya secara tepat waktu, hemat biaya dan tepat sasaran, adalah penggunaan media elektronik yang dikenal dengan istilah pemasaran digital. Pemasaran digital membentuk jaringan online dengan penerapan teknologi digital seperti website, email, market place, social media, dan berbagai inovasi terbaru lainnya. Teknologi digital dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam kegiatan pemasaran sehingga pelaku UMKM bisa mendapatkan keuntungan dan mempertahankan konsumen. Untuk memperkuat UMKM terutama dalam hal pemasaran secara digital, perlu dipahami fondasinya dan salah satu fondasi tersebut adalah konten secara terus menerus. Untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang konten yang tepat maka dirancang program pelatihan bagi pelaku UMKM khususnya yang berada di sekitar kampus Ikopin yang terdaftar sebagai UMKM Jabar Juara. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan penyampaian teori yang dilanjutkan dengan praktek pembuatan konten dengan aplikasi yang dipilih yaitu Canva. Peserta berpartisipasi aktif dalam mengikuti pelatihan sehingga pada akhir sesi mereka mampu membuat sebuah konten promosi digital yang menarik.

Abstract

The existence of depreciation of cow's milk makes the cooperative must bear the costs of depreciation, because every depreciation of milk has become a purchase cost. Depreciation of cow's milk affects the business results achieved by the Mandiri Bayongbong KUD dairy business unit, the amount of depreciation reduces the volume of milk sales to IPS and the amount of business results generated by the dairy business unit. Depreciation can be overcome by carrying out quality control as an appropriate control mechanism towards improving quality. The method used in this research is the case study method, which is one of the descriptive research methods. Where used direct observation techniques (observation) of the object under study with the use of cause and effect diagrams, why analysis tables and pareto diagrams as research analysis aids. The sampling technique uses the strata method based on the ownership of cattle on a business scale with the number of productive female livestock. Then obtained the following sample values: n1 = 9 people, n2 = 9 and n3 = 17 people. The results showed that the amount of shrinkage of cow's milk was 3,736 liters or 0.77% due to poor quality milk, broken or damaged, left in a shelter or spilled / scattered when depositing milk in the TPK or IPS. After using the Pareto diagram, the factors that cause the most influential problems are the materials, equipment, methods, and enclosures.

Abstract

In an effort to encourage MSMEs, especially BUMDes Bhakti, the main village of Cilembu, it is necessary to develop a new business model, namely by utilizing opportunities by implementing the digital economy so that BUMDes business activities can operate properly and can follow business developments, so that the purpose of bumdes can be achieved, namely improving services to the community and empowering villages as autonomous regions with regard to productive efforts and improving business. emandirian and village capacity in strengthening the economy. This research aims to find out the potential and business barriers of BUMDes Bhakti Utama, knowing the efforts of BUMDes Bhakti Utama Cilembu in reviving bumdes business that is currently vacuum and to formulate a sharing economy and gig economy model so that the right business model is found for BUMDes, especially BUMDes Bhakti Utama that can be developed and operate in Cilembu Village so that it has a business development strategy that is in accordance with current conditions.  Thus, this study has a contribution, both in the development of theory and in the business practices of sharing economy and gig economy in efforts to empower the village economy. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis, which is presented in the form of drawings, tables and descriptions. This descriptive analysis method is processed based on elements of the Business Model Canvas and conducted an analysis of the potential and obstacles of businesses and then analyzed based on the sharing economy and gig economy approach to get the sharing economy and gig economy model. Furthermore, SWOT and PESTEL analysis is carried out to assess the extent to which new business models can be used so that alternative strategies / efforts can be formulated.

Abstract

Ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia usaha menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memiliki budaya organisasi yang baik agar dapat mempertahankan usaha yang sudah berjalan bahkan mampu mendongkrak usahanya untuk terus meningkat. Budaya organisasi yang baik tidak selalu harus diterapkan hanya pada perusahaan besar, namun usaha-usaha yang masih kecil yaitu pelaku UMKM harus menerapkannya dari awal sehingga suatu saat akan berkembang menjadi besar. Fenomena yang terjadi saat sekarang masih terdapat pelaku UMKM yang belum mengatur atau mengelola tempat kerjanya dengan baik; seperti peralatan kerja disimpan di sembarang tempat, tempat produksi yang kotor dan berantakan. Kondisi tersebut dapat dianggap oleh calon pembeli atau konsumen bahwa pelaku usaha tersebut tidak dapat menyediakan produk yang berkualitas; dengan demikian akan sulit bagi pelaku usaha tersebut memenangkan persaingan. Untuk itulah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat mengenal budaya organisasi yang baik disampaikan. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini dikenalkan budaya mutu dengan konsep 5 S/R (Seiri/Ringkas, Seiton/Rapi, Seiso/Resik, Seiketsu/Rawat, Shitsuke/Rajin) kepada pelaku UMKM. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan dengan mengenalkan budaya mutu 5S/R adalah agar peserta dapat memahami dan menerapkan konsep ini di lingkungan kerjanya. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diawali ice breaking, kemudian penyampaian materi, dan diselingi dengan games/permainan agar peserta tetap semangat dan tidak merasa jenuh. Seluruh peserta ternyata baru mengenal istilah 5 S/R. Pelatihan ini mendapatkan feedback atau respon yang baik yang ditunjukkan oleh antusiasme peserta di mana mereka aktif berpartisipasi dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan. Kegiatan lanjutan dapat berupa monitoring, evaluasi, konsultasi dan pendampingan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has fundamentally changed the way business is conducted in various sectors. In recent decades, digital technology has become a major force influencing business dynamics and providing new opportunities for entrepreneurs. Digital entrepreneurship, which involves the use of digital technologies to build new businesses, has become an increasingly interesting research subject in the fields of entrepreneurship and management studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate and deeply understand the role of digital technology in shaping new businesses in the context of digital entrepreneurship. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results arrive at a statement that digital entrepreneurship has a very important role in shaping the business landscape in the current digital era. Through the use of digital technology, entrepreneurs can create new opportunities, expand business reach, collect and analyse data, innovate, and establish effective collaborations. This phenomenon has also had a positive impact on social inclusion, enabling wider participation from previously marginalised individuals and groups.

Abstract

The things that are important and need to be considered in marketing the products to be sold are by analyzing market segmentation and understanding customer needs and wants. This is what Ice Cream Mixue does in Yogyakarta in formulating its marketing strategy in facing market share competition with its competitors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Market Segmentation and Customer Preferences on Customer Satisfaction of Ice Cream Mixue in Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The sample in this study were 65 customers who were Ice Cream Mixue connoisseurs who had bought and consumed it regularly which were taken randomly for outlets in the city of Yogyakarta which were spread across 5 branches.The results showed that market segmentation and customer preferences had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.456; 0.417 and a p-value of 0.001; 0.002 with a standard error of 5%. These results indicate that if market segmentation is formed correctly and customer preferences are met, it can affect the high customer satisfaction at ice cream mixue outlets in Yogyakarta.
