Abstract

Energi yang biasanya berasal dari fosil yang keberadaannya semakin berkurang dan tidak dapat diperbaharui. Oleh karena itu banyak para ahli mencari cara untuk menciptakan energi baru/ alternatif, dan Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) merupakan salah satu. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakterisasi sifat listrik ekstrak dari bahan-bahan organik alam. Mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak  dari bahan-bahan organik alam terhadap peningkatan efisiensi sel surya berbasis Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Material FMIPA UNS. Uji absorbansi menggunakan Spectrophotometer UV Visible 1601 PC dan Uji arus dan tegangan (I-V) menggunakan kethlay. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa bahan pewarna alami dari ekstraksi bahan organik alam memiliki spektrum absorbansi kisaran 300-800 nm, ini yang menjadikan ekstraksi bahan organik alam perlu untuk di selidiki lagi sebagai bahan sensitizer DSSC.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan modul fisika berbasis saintifik untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, (2) mengetahui kelayakan modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis saintifik, (3) meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis belajar siswa setelah menggunakan modul fisika berbasis saintifik. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Reseach and Development. Model pengembangan modul yang digunakan adalah model 4-D (four D model) terdiri dari  Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan. Modul dinilai berdasarkan kelayakan materi, media, dan bahasa, serta uji coba (terbatas dan luas) kepada siswa, dan tahap penyebaran pada forum MGMP. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket analisis kebutuhan, lembar validasi modul, angket respon uji coba (terbatas dan luas), angket respon dessimnate dan tes berpikir kritis. Modul pembelajaran berbasis saintifik memiliki tahapan mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar dan mengkomunikasikan. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) modul fisika berbasis saintifik untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa memiliki ciri yaitu langkah pembelajaran pada modul disesuaikan dengan langkah pembelajaran berbasis saintifik dalam setiap tahapnya dan  memuat soal tes berpikir kritis (2) modul dikategorikan layak dengan hasil perhitungan (ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, guru, teman sejawat) yang menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 85 >Cut Off  84. Serta didukung dengan respon positif dari siswa dan hasil disseminate yang dilakukan pada forum MGMP yang mengkategorikan modul sangat baik, (3) keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa mengalami peningkatan terlihat dari nilai rata-rata setelah dan sesudah menggunakan modul yaitu 47,78% sampai 83,45% dan ditujukan juga dari hasil nilai rata-rata gain sebesar 0,7 dengan kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul fisika berbasis saintifik dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This research aims at; (1) describe the characteristics of the Physics module in material with ESQ for grade X SMA / MA. (2) get Physics module with ESQ for grade X SMA / MA who are eligible based on criteria. The method of this research using R & D with the reference of model 4-D (four D model) proposed by Thiagarajan, Semmel (1974). Model 4-D consists of definition, design, development and dissemination. The module is arranged with a load of emotional spiritual quotient (ESQ) which consists of developing knowledge, students can find a solution to their problems, provide a productive learning environment, creating a learning climate of physical and social for students, and engage students optimally in learning good emotional and spiritual. In addition, the module is also equipped with guided-inquiry stage as pillars in the module because it is a part of scientific approach that needs to be developed in 2013 curriculum. The module is assessed based on the feasibility of materials, media, and languages, as well as trials (limited and extensive) to students, and the deployment phase in MGMP. Data collection of the research used questionnaires and guidelines of analysis interview, validation sheet, questionnaire responses, the character values questionnaire, observation of character value, and disseminate questionnaire. The results of the study as follows: (1) physics module which contains six components of esq were well presented, expressed or implied, with guided-inquiry basis in it. (2) modules which are categorized as an adequateone with the calculation results (matter experts, media specialists, linguists, teachers, peers) that shows the average score of 86.0> cut-off 84.3. And supported by the positive response from students and disseminate results conducted on the MGMP forum categorizing as a good module. (3) the use of the module can empower the character value and knowledge of the student because > 75% can reach more than minimum score (KKM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal untuk mempelajari dan memahami proses pembuatan sel surya berbasis Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) menggunakan Ruthenium (N719). Lapisan fotoelektroda TiO2 menggunakan pasta TiO2 ukuran 21 nm yang dideposisi menggunakan teknik spin coating dan pewarna N719 sebagai dye sensitizer. Counter elektroda Platina dideposisi menggunakan teknik sputtering. Parameter proses yang mempengaruhi karakteristik listrik sel surya dianalisa dan diukur. Karakteristik kurva I-V sel surya diukur menggunakan Kethely dengan variasi intensitas yaitu 100 Watt/m2, 250 Watt/m2, 500 Watt/m2, 750 Watt/m2 dan 1000 Watt/m2.Prototipe sel yang terbaik menghasilkan effisiensi sebesar 0,15%.Uji absorbansi menggunakan Spectrophotometer UV Visible 1601 PC dan uji sifat kelistrikan menggunakan Elkahfi 100/Meter I-V. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pewarna organik sintesis ruthenium (N719) memiliki absorbansi yang kuat pada panjang gelombang 400-550 nm ini menjadikan dye ruthenium (N719) perlu untuk di selidiki sebagai bahan fotosensitizer DSSC.

Abstract

DSSC (Dye-sensitized solar cells) adalah suatu devais yang mampu mengubah energi matahari menjadi energi listrik dengan memanfaatkan dye ruthenium (N719) sebagai sensitizer. Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat elektroda kerja berbahan titanium dioksida (TiO2) ukuran nanopartikel berbentuk lapisan yang dideposisikan diatas gelas transparan konduktif FTO (fourine doped-tin oxide) dengan metode spin coating. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan solar simulator AM 1.5G (100 mW/cm2) diperoleh overall conversion efficiency mencapai 0,298% dengan tegangan open circuit (Voc) sebesar 460 mV, rapat arus short circuit (Jsc) sebesar 7,5 mA dengan fill factor (FF) 0,24.ABSTRACTDSSC (Dye-sensitized solar cells) is a firmware device capable of converting solar energy into electrical energy by utilizing a ruthenium dye (N719) as a sensitizer. In this research has been successfully made the working electrode is made of titanium dioxide ( TiO2) nanoparticles size shaped thin film is deposited on a transparent conductive glass FTO (fourine-doped tin oxide) by the spin coating method. From the test results using AM 1.5G solar simulator (100 mW / cm2) obtained overall conversion efficiency reached 0.298% with an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 460 mV, short circuit current density (Jsc) of 7.5 mA with a fill factor (FF ) 0.24.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui karakterisasi sifat kelistrikan material Dye Cellosia Argentum .Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Material FMIPA UNS. Uji absorbansi menggunakan Spectrophotometer UV Visible 1601 PC dan Uji arus dan tegangan (I-V) menggunakan kethlay. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa bahan pewarna alami dari ekstraksi bahan organik alam memiliki spektrum absorbansi kisaran 300-800 nm, yang mempunyai potensi sebagai DSSC.Kata kunci : DSSC, Organik Alam, Elektroda Lawan.

Abstract

This research aims to review the characteristic of the nature of electricity polymer material poly(3-hexylthiophene) P3HT against increasing efficiency solar cells based on dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC). The testing sample has done electricity P3HT el-kahfi 100/ I-V meter. The optical properties use spectrophotometer UV visible 1601 PC and characterizing IV DSSC use Keithley 2600 a type. The absorbance of P3HT polymer 1% has an absorption peak in the wavelength range of 300-650 nm. Thus the P3HT polymer material can absorb light in the visible wavelength range. The electrical properties of P3HT 1% indicate that the material has a response to light. In bright conditions, P3HT 1% shows a conductivity of 3.7x10-3Ω-1m-1 and in dark conditions 2.2x10-3Ω-1m-1. Meanwhile, Pt (Hexacloroplatinic IV) Platina as the opposing electrode can improve the performance of DSSC, which is because Pt (Hexacloroplatinic IV) functions as a catalyst to accelerate the redox reaction with electrolytes. The use of P3HT 1% can improve DSSC performance. DSSC using 1% P3HT and using Pt (Hexacloroplatinic IV) as the opposing electrode produced an efficiency value of 1.8x10-2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student responses to the implementation of online semesters in basic physics courses. The subjects of this study were first semester students as many as 28 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire of 5 statements answered via google form. Then the answers to the questionnaire were analyzed using a qualitative description, the data of which was written in a table. Based on the results of data analysis, the percentage of student responses to the online basic physics course semester is 83%. Based on the percentage, this shows that students give a positive response to the semester of basic physics courses.

Abstract

This research examines the physical and chemical properties of the potential contamination of condenser cooling water (heat water) at the 2x7 MW West Sumbawa Steam Power Plant. The results showed that the hot water had met the predetermined quality standards, namely a pH of 8.21, a temperature of 38.50C and a content of free chlorine (Cl2) of 0.03 mg / L. There was an increase in sea water temperature in a radius of 17 meters east and west by 80C from 280C to 360C. Direct discharge of hot water has the potential to pollute the marine prawn environment around the 2x7 MW West Sumbawa PLTU. From the results of the study, it was found that the temperature of the hot water had met the specified quality standard, which was 40oC, but direct disposal caused the sea water temperature to rise, exceeding the set sea water temperature quality standard of 320C and the temperature increase should not be more than 20C from the temperature. at first.The status of sea water quality due to the entry of hot water is determined using a pollution index. From the calculation results obtained PIj of 1.125 at the sample point Outfall 2, meaning that the sea water conditions at a radius of 17 meters are lightly polluted. As a form of control and prevention of pollution due to the entry of high temperature hot water, continuous monitoring is necessary and it is necessary to create a mixing pool between sea water and hot water before the heat is discharged into the sea.
