<![CDATA[In the economic system, the role of State-Owned Enterprises is as an implementer of public services, distribution of resources that control the lives of many people, as pioneers/pioneers in the business sector that are not yet desirable by the private sector and as a source of state revenue. This role can be realized if the State-Owned Enterprise in its objectives can implement the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) well. But in reality, it is often difficult to face challenges faced by State-Owned Enterprises managers in implementing good governance. The intervention of State-Owned Enterprises business management with a political-bureaucratic approach that is no different from other government agencies. And at worst there are still a series of corruption cases carried out by the leadership of State-Owned Enterprises to seek personal gain. This is certainly a contradiction with State-Owned Enterprise's governance which is always published. Existing GCG implementation policies are deemed ineffective because they are not adhered to. This illustrates that business governance in ` State-Owned Enterprises itself has not been going well. Improvement in the application of good corporate governance (GCG) must be carried out immediately and the improvement of the GCG ecosystem of the State-Owned Enterprise itself must receive the attention of the government. Synergy is needed with the government's commitment to forcing State-Owned Enterprises to implement GCG in a transparent and accountable manner, with a high level of professionalism and effectiveness. <![CDATA[This article aims to identify common practices in Indonesian e-commerce regarding terms of use and privacy policies. Website visit rankings from Alexa and Similarweb were used to identify the 10 most commonly visited e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Then, placement, length, and content structure of the terms of service and privacy policies of these websites were compared. Findings suggest that the information provided by these documents is sufficient and legally compliant, although some of the websites appear to disregard their importance. The actual contents of these documents were not analyzed and are thus open for further study. The information provided in this article may give merchants intending to open e-commerce stores in Indonesia some insight into how the protection of consumers’ personal data leads to better service. This paper also proposes a simple framework for assessing the extent to which an e-commerce website successfully ensures that consumers agree and consent to its terms of use without burdening them with lengthy and obscure legal documents. <![CDATA[The concept of Islamic Economics emphasizes that market Trading and pricing need to be regulated to uphold market balance and economic justice in view of interests of those involved in the market. This study aims to analyze the Islamic Economy’s observance in accordance with Islamic sharia in the traditional markets, the number of merchant populations used as samples was 138 people, the research method uses qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques by observation and structured interviews. The results showed that traders in the traditional market of Manis Kosambi Cikakak Village had practiced trade with Islamic Business Ethics. The Practice of Islamic Economy in the Traditional Market of Brebes Regency had been carried out by most traders almost 84.8%. The system of commerce with the islamic economy is rooted in and habutual practices with islamic business ethics, doing bussiness by selling clean products, honesty, openness, fair, and by backing out of riba, or loan shark has been accustomed by traditional merchants of Brebes Regency in Manis Kosambi market Cikakak Village of Brebes Regency Keywords: Islamic Economic Traditional Market]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at proving that the use of using Skimming and Scanning techniques are effective in improving reading comprehension of grade-eleven students of SMA Negeri 1 Tana Toraja. The method used in this research was true-experimental design random assignment pretest-posttest control group. The samples of this research were selected from the population of grade-eleven students of SMA Negeri 1 Tana Toraja by using random sampling technique. The instruments of data collection were observation checklist, questionnaire items and tests. The data were analyzed by using t-test statistical and descriptive methods. Based on the analysis, the result score of experimental class is 80.27 and control class is 67.02. By applying level of significance 0.05 and degree of freedom (df) 48, the t-counted value (4.3) is greater than t-table value (2013). Furthermore, based on the result of effectiveness indicators showed the score is 83% it means that the techniques are effective. In other words, applying skimming and scanning techniques are effective in improving students reading comprehension of the grade eleven students of SMA Negeri 1 Tana Toraja. <![CDATA[Generation Z is a generation with unique characteristics that makes them differ from their predecessor. With Generation Z entering the workplace, there are currently three generations (Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z) that must work together and coordinate within the company. However, Generation Z is known to be a “job hopper” generation. They like to switch between jobs for a certain reason. This behavior is surely associated with the concept of organizational commitment. Furthermore, both variables (motivation and satisfaction in work) presumed to have a great impact on organizational commitment. Therefore, the aim of this study is to observe on how to enhance Generation Z’s organizational commitment through job satisfaction and work motivation. This observation is to explain on what Generation Z expects and values the most in the workplace and how employers can meet those expectations. <![CDATA[The main reason for compiling this journal is to find out the application of good work motivation to increase employee productivity salam Indonesia travel. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Information collection procedures utilized in this study are the strategy of perception, interviews, and documentation considers. Information examination procedures in this study include the steps of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study found that the Motivation must be applied because it is one of the most important components in supporting the efficiency of worker productivity, without motivation, an employee will lose enthusiasm for work. The leader of Salam Indonesia Travel in increasing employee motivation using methods that are appropriate to the situation of the company and employees. Because every employee has different behaviors and actions at work, so the provision of motivation must be different as well. Highly motivated individuals mean that these people have a compelling reason to get the job done as the company wants. Conversely, when individuals have low motivation, they cannot work well together to achieve the desired performance efficiency of the company.]]>

<![CDATA[The industry is one sector that has an important role in the development of a country. One of them is an industry in Indonesia, and its products that are in great demand are consumer goods with specifications of food products and household goods. An assessment of a company's financial level can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements. The financial statements used are the balance sheet and income statement from 2015 to 2019. To find out whether the company's financial condition is in good condition, various analyzes can be performed. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial situation is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study is to assess the company's performance by using the financial ratio analysis of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted by conducting documentation techniques with data obtained from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Then analyzed using financial statement analysis consisting of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. The analytical method used is a descriptive analysis using the measurement of liquidity ratios and profitability. Based on the calculation of ratio analysis from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, the liquidity ratio has increased every year so that the company's condition can be categorized quite well. Whereas, based on profitability ratios, it shows an increasing number from year to year so that it can be said the state of the company is in a good position.]]>
