<![CDATA[Media helps the learning process to meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria. This research is quantitative with the reliability test results of the smart card capability test of 10 items. Stated reliable r Alpha = 7.57. The results of the data obtained, it is known from the significance value of the calculation of the normality test is 0.01 from the results of the pretest data on 25 students and 0.71 from the results of the post-test data on 25 students. From these results, when viewed from the basis of decision making that the normality value> 0.05, it is concluded that the data is normally distributed. From the results of t arithmetic, it can be seen that H0 there is no difference in the experimental class and the control class on the use of smart cards in mathematics class 1. There is a difference in the experimental class in the experimental class and the first class on the use of smart card media. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to explore the competence and understand the principal's strategy in improving the quality of teacher competence at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo, the obstacles faced by the principal in improving the quality of teachers, as well as the principal's strategy in overcoming the obstacles which appear in efforts to improve the quality of teachers at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were determined purposively, they are the principal and teachers of SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. Reduction data, display data, and conclusion are the steps of data analysis. To check the validity of the data using source triangulation and discussion with the supervising lecturer. The results of the study prove that the principal's strategies in improving the quality of teacher competence at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo are: (1) further study of the S.2 professional degree, (2) activating teachers in increasing competence, (3) providing motivation, (4) maximizing the function of the school library, (5) conducting periodic supervision and (6) providing welfare benefits. The obstacles faced by principals in implementing strategies to improve the quality of teacher competence at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo are the lack of interest and awareness of teachers, insight into thinking which still tends to be exclusive, lack of teacher supervision activities and several other external factors. While the solutions to overcome the obstacles which appear include providing motivation and good treatment, involving teachers in scientific activities and increasing the implementation of teacher supervision.]]>

<![CDATA[The research used is descriptive qualitive research. Aims to knowing the value of dicipline character in grade 4a students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Technique data collection using interview techniques, observation, and documentation with analytical techniques data 1) data reduction 2) data presentation 3) drawing conclusions that are tested for the validity of the data by using sourch triangulation. The results showed that the application of students discipline character values had been realized through the rules and habits of students carried out at school with various activities in the form of 1) routine activities 2) spontaneous activities 3) conditioning activities and 4) exemplary activities. In these activities, grade 4A students’ can run implementation of the four aspects compiled by researchers.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out about the concept of Islamic Education Mohammad Natsir. This type of research uses library research, for the method used in this research is to use the method of analysis or analysis. The results of the study found that the concept of Mohammad Natsir that he wanted was an education that combined general education with religion. This continuity was proven by the integral concept of Mohammad Natsir which did not distinguish between eastern education and western education. Because Islam does not equate rights with falsehood. All rights can be received or from the west, and all that has a false nature will be removed even though it also comes from the east. Because Islam has never known fanaticism as long as it is beneficial to humans and does not violate the law of its religion, then this pattern is based on creating students who care about their spiritual and physical bodies. so as not to forget the creator. From these concepts and rationale as for their relevance in education to develop Islamic education curriculum at this time.]]>

<![CDATA[Education plays an important role for Indonesia. A good education will have a good influence on the next generation. But vice versa, if education is bad then of course this nation's generation will not have quality. Theoretically, this research can add to the treasury of new knowledge, especially regarding the implementation of Islamic religious education in inclusive classes. This type of research is qualitative research, which is a study that seeks to reveal the symptoms holistically. This means that this research is carried out directly in the field (research place). The teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education in inclusive classes sometimes does not run smoothly. The main obstacle when studying Islamic Religious Education is the physical ability and understanding of students in the ABK category which is different from students in general. So that students with the ABK category must get special assistance that will be carried out by special assistant teachers.]]>

<![CDATA[An educational institution is an institution that carries a person into an orderly and systematic flow of thought. In this sense, education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills that are treated by the people of the nation and state. Guidance and counseling management is a student service starting from the acceptance of new students, the development of student coaching both personal, social, learning and career services. Researchers used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The researcher attended the school through observation, conducting interviews and documentation in order to analyze the application of guidance and counseling service management to improve student self-efficacy and learning motivation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman during the covid 19 pandemic. The data obtained were then analyzed and concluded. The results showed that the implementation of guidance and counseling service management to improve student self-efficacy and learning motivation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman during the covid 19 pandemic was carried out through several stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. Then the results of the researchers are that with guidance and counseling services students experience an increase in self-efficacy and learning motivation after the service and guidance process is carried out.]]>

<![CDATA[Developing the cooperative ability of preschoolers is an important milestone for a child's social development process. Experiences at school become a place for students to discuss agreements with groups of children or their peers. Based on the research there are 70% of the students are still not capable in terms of social skills so that this research aims to increase the ability of cooperation in students. The approach used in this research is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in three stages, namely Pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II in order to obtain results in accordance with the assessment. At the Pre-cycle stage, the average score obtained by students was 42%, while at the Cycle I stage an average score was increased by 63%, which means that the average value is still not in accordance with the achievement target of the assessment, so the research is continued in the Cycle stage. II, after the Cycle II stage, the average value increased significantly, which was 87%. This can be seen from the comparison at each stage of the cycle during the research carried out. From the results obtained there is an increase which proves that through the Whirlwind Game can improve the ability of cooperation in children.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the difficulties of elementary school students in writing poetry and to describe the factors of the difficulties of elementary school students in writing poetry. This study describes descriptively the difficulties of students in writing poetry. The method of data collection in the core research is carried out by means of a literature study method that has been studied and analyzed by the researchers themselves. The results obtained from this study are that students have difficulty determining the title/idea or theme in writing poetry, students have difficulty making rhythmic words, students have difficulty making imaginative sentences, students have difficulty making diction words or sentences. Meanwhile, the factors that make it difficult for students to write poetry are external factors, namely the teacher has not used innovative learning strategies, approaches, models and methods, and, the teacher has not used innovative learning media.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional support and psychological well-being in students. This research method is quantitative with a correlational approach. The variables in this study are emotional support as the independent variable and psychological well-being as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Grati with a sample of 333 students who were taken by the sampling method used was probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. namely the sampling technique by providing equal opportunities for each element. Data analysis was performed by Pearson product moment correlation analysis using SPSS 23 for windows program. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between emotional support and psychological well-being for students at SMKN 1 Grati. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.562 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. With an effective contribution of 31.6%, which means that emotional support affects the level of psychological well-being of students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the values of character education in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih and its relevance for strengthening the character of elementary school students. The data of this research is the story of Bawang Merah Bawang Putih which was obtained from the fairy tale book by Runna Aulia and Ghais Ramadhani. The data collection technique used is documentation. This stage of the data analysis technique is carried out by data condensation. Presentation of data, as well as conclusions and verification of research results. The results of this study are 5 character values contained in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih, such as the value of the character of hard work, the value of the character of discipline, the value of the character of responsibility, the value of the character of social care, the value of the character of curiosity. This study also found 5 character values that exist in strengthening character education, such as the value of telligiosity, nationalism, integrity, independence and mutual cooperation. The characters in this fairy tale can also be used as learning content at school. there are good examples so that students can find good learning to be applied to everyday life such as the school environment, community and family environment.]]>
