Abstract

This study entitled "CONSUMER PERCEPTION OF WARDAH COSMETIC PRODUCTS" at the residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of Wardah cosmetic products. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data analysis in this study was carried out by analyzing according to Miles and Huberman, namely reducing data, presenting data and withdrawing verification. The results showed that the residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village had a good perception of Wardah's cosmetic products. With the existence of halal certification, it strengthens the perception of individuals, especially Muslims. Not only from the halal certification, but because of the suitability of the skin type. Wardah's product quality is recognized as good because it is made from safe ingredients that have been tested by BPOM. Residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village give positive perceptions of Wardah cosmetic products. But it comes back to individuals if they fit they will buy it. In accordance with Kotler's theory (2005) states that consumers have a perception of Wardah's products and are ready to make purchases or exchange between money and a promise to pay with the ownership rights of an item.

Abstract

This study aims to explain whether or not there is evidence of differences in abnormal return, trading volume activity, and security return variability of companies listed in the LQ45 index on the IDX before and after the November 2020 recession announcement. This study uses quantitative research approach. The LQ45 index is the research population used in this study. Meanwhile, to determine the research sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is a data analysis technique used. Based on the results of the research, the abnormal return indicator gives a change with sig. 0.012. Trading volume activity changes with sig. 0.000. Security return variability provides changes with the value of sig. 0.026. So it can be concluded that in the event of an announcement of a recession there is a capital market reaction to companies listed in the LQ45 index.

Abstract

Knowledge of stock investment can encourage someone to have a positive attitude so that it fosters student interest in investing. Students are also still wondering whether the investment is a halal transaction or not. The purpose of this study is to find out how the perspective of students in investing in stocks according to the Islamic view to foster interest investing in the IDX, Umsida. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Informants in this study is students. The results of this study indicate that students who have invested in students have 3 symptoms, namely elements of knowledge, will and feelings. Meanwhile, students who have not invested already have one of the symptoms of 3 elements. The student's perspective in growing interest in investing according to the Islamic view is to increase knowledge about investment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who lack academic self-efficacy in undergoing the process of academic activities at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the academic self-efficacy of the students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The variable contained in this study is academic self-efficacy. This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo using students for the Academic Year 2020-2021 as many as 320 student subjects taken using the proportional sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used an academic self-efficacy scale with a Likert-scaled model. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis with categorization techniques. The results of data analysis showed that most of the students' academic self-efficacy levels were in the medium category (71%), a few were in the low category (16%), but a small portion had high self-efficacy (13%),. The study programs that have are Management study programs with an average score of 70.70, and Law study programs are 70.43. While the highest aspect is generality with an average value of 26.45, magnitude 25.13, strength aspect 18.48.

Abstract

Online games that have a battle royal genre nowadays are very much the inantantnya. One of them is Free Fire which has been downloaded by more than 100 million people. The high number indicates that a person's high interest in playing online games can have a negative impact on one of them. For that, there is an app that can detect how much fun a person has in playing Free Fire games. By utilizing the fuzzy logic method tsukamoto allows it to detect the level of addiction of a person which is an android-based application. By utilizing the data owned by each player as an input variable that will produce output in the form of an addiction level percentage. Utilization of fuzzy tsukamoto method is expected to provide the right conclusions and in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of ability of group A children in Kindergarten Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 6 Candi in recognizing the symbol of numbers. Based on a preliminary study in Kindergarten Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 6 Temple found that 70.59% of 17 Kindergarten A children were still wrong in recognizing good symbols when asked to say by sorting number cards, dancing lines according to the number of drawings, counting many marbles and pasting numbers right. These problems are caused by the introduction of non-matching number symbols, and non-concrete learning media (using worksheets). The solution provided is the introduction of the number symbol by playing snakes and ladders with steps to recognize the symbol number. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) that uses Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subject of the action was the children of group A "Kindergarten Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 6 Candi, totaling 17 children, each with 13 boys and 4 girls. In this study using three stages, namely pre cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The results of this study that have been carried out to improve the ability to recognize child group A symbols in Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 6 Kindergarten Temple show that the ability to recognize child number symbols from pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II has increased. In the pre-cycle completeness the overall value of group A was 29.41%, the first cycle completeness the overall value of group A was 52.94%, and in the second cycle the completeness value of group A was 82.35%. This proves that there is an increase in the ability to recognize child number symbols after a study using a snake ladder game in learning material.

Abstract

Based on the observations of researchers at PG Mutiara Cita Hati Sidoarjo, they found a problem in PG TK Mutiara Cita Hati Sidoarjo, namely the difficulty of children aged 3-4 years in knowing numbers. Whereas out of 16 children aged 3 - 4 years (PG), there are 10 children who do not know numbers well. The process of counting, namely adjusting between what is spoken and the number / results of the objects collected and counted is still not correct. This situation occurs because the learning is not in accordance with the learning theory. To be able to solve the problems listed above, the researchers made a game that can improve children's ability to recognize the symbol of numbers. Through this game, it can make it easier for children to understand and absorb lessons because the atmosphere is fun. In this study, it can be concluded that the application of the numerical dice manipulative game can improve the ability to recognize number symbols. This is indicated by an increase in the ability to count concepts in each cycle. Before the action and pre-cycle was 33.33%, 60% first cycle and 93.33% cycle II. In the stage of recognizing the symbol of numbers, all stages are carried out using the application of the number dice manipulative game

Abstract

The Problem solving skills are skills that must be possessed by students to solve a problem correctly and correctly in the learning process. Students with high achievement do not necessarily have high problem solving skills either. This study aims to describe students' problem-solving skills in simple aircraft material based on class rankings. This research method uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research location was conducted at SMP Avisena Jabon, Kedungcangkring Sidoarjo. The data collection techniques used were tests, interviews, and documentation that had been tested for validity. The results showed that the problem solving skills possessed by students ranked 1 on all indicators were included in the very high category, problem solving skills possessed by students ranked 2 on all indicators were included in the high category, and problem solving skills possessed by students ranked 3 on all indicators included in the high category.

Abstract

Sidoarjo is one area that deserves to be put forward. The culture of batik and textile creation is interesting to explore further. With current technological developments, making data, information and matters related to information systems is very fast to be obtained and distributed to various layers of society, various circles, and various social layers. The purpose of this study was to find out how to design and build a website-based e-catalog as a medium of information for Batik Sari Kenongo. The research method used by the author in designing a website-based e-catalog as a collection of information media at Batik Sari Kenongo includes two methods, namely data collection methods and data collection methods. system development method. The result of this research with the existence of an e-catalog information system at Batik Sari Kenongo is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo and with the implementation of the e-catalog, it is expected to be able to attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo. The conclusion of this study is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo.
