Abstract

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract

An interesting phenomenon occurs in the implementation of education, especially when new students are accepted. People seem to have understood which schools are appropriate to send their sons/daughter to, for them the criteria for schools that have a good image are schools that succeed in satisfying educational service users (users). The research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati which in fact includes a newly established school that is able to compete with other schools in the surrounding environment. The focus of this research is; 1). What is the marketing strategy at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati, 2). What are the strengths of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati as a new educational institution to market educational institutions. This research includes qualitative research. The results of this study are: (1). Education services at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati prioritize efforts to fulfill customer expectations and satisfaction, (2). Marketing Strategy in improving the image of the school. However, an effective strategy at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati is to build an image of service satisfaction through word of mouth and by using the power of the Muhammadiyah Sedati Branch Manager (3). The impact of the marketing strategy and its implications for imaging at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati are as follows; a). High customer loyalty of education service users (public understanding). b). Public confidence is getting stronger (public confidence), c). The existence of community support (public support), d). Establishing effective cooperation between schools and parents (public corporation)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal consequences if a marriage is carried out using a fake divorce certificate. And also And also to find out the legal sanctions imposed on someone who is getting married by using a fake divorce certificate. The method used is normatife juridicl with a statutory approach. Marriage using a fake divorce certificate does not only cover the area of civil law but also criminal law, which imposes sanctions on the perpetrator and the party who participates in the forgery. The conclusion from this research is that marital status using a fake divorce certificate can be canceled. Then the parties have their status as before the marriage. And parties involved in committing the crime of counterfeiting are punished by up to eight years in prison

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe writing skills in learning activities from home during the covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo and to describe the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing learning activities from home during the COVID-19 pandemic in elementary schools. Negri Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo, Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Haberman model. The results showed that peer tutors in learning activities from home during the covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo were seen in the learning planning, implementation, and assessment of learning that had an effect on students who would further improve their learning. The results also showed that the obstacles faced by teachers in learning activities from home during the covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo were signal problems and parents who paid less attention to their children's tasks because they were busy working.

Abstract

Teaching strategy is a sequence of activities that systematic, general patterns of teacher activities that include about the sequence of learning activities, the order of achieving the goals that have been specified.The objective of the research are: (1) to identify the strategies used by the English teacher in teaching speaking . (2) To find out the problems faced by the English teacher in teaching strategy on speaking .The research methodology in this research is a descriptive-qualitative design. The subject of the research is the teacher of class at the seventh grade of Junior High School, in here only one teacher and the students it is consist of 31 students that one class only.the strategies in teaching speaking that are: use the Individual work, based on activities on easy language, give instruction or training in discussion skills, and keep students to speak the target language. The techniques of collecting the data in this research are: doing interview with English teacher. This technique of data analysis which used in this research was interactive model of analysis, the model of data analysis from Miles and Huberman. That are: colleting the data, reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusion. In this study used data triangulation, source and theory. This research finding that the teaching strategies used the teacher in speaking class of full day class at seventh grade in SMP Hangtuah 5 Candi . The first meeting, the teacher in teaching speaking skill used three strategies that are: used keep students to speak the target language, base the activities on easy language, and the teacher used the Individual work.

Abstract

The research method used is qualitative by using a descriptive approach to describe the phenomena that occur in this institution. SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman was made the object of research because it has implemented financial management well, marked by the rapid fulfillment of learning facilities and the dynamics of ongoing school activities. From the results of the study, it is known that: 1) the management of educational financial management, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman has utilized information technology, utilized bank service products, and financial management software. the implementation of financial management is in accordance with the stages, starting from: a) planning for preparing activities, planning budgets, and determining sources of financial revenues; b) the organization includes the school principal, treasurer, reception treasurer staff, expenditure treasurer staff, BOS treasurer, BPOPP treasurer, wakasek as the executor of the activity; c) the implementation of activities has been carried out in accordance with the program of activities that have been planned, while the realization of the budget against the budget planning is carried out less than 100% due to arrears in tuition fees and student activity funds that have not been paid 100% by the parents of students; d) financial management control is carried out by i) Principals to school treasurers and budget users, ii) Government to principals regarding the use of BOS and BPOPP funds, iii) Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah to Principals regarding supervision and guidance on financial management sourced from parents students, and; e) accountability for budget use is carried out by i) treasurer and activity implementers to school principals, ii) school principals to the government related to the use of BOS and BPOPP funds, and school principals to Muhammadiyah organizations related to funds sourced from students' parents. Abstract

The number of BPJS Employment participants in Sidoarjo Regency experienced a significant decline, especially for non-formal workers in 2018-2019. This condition is inseparable from the policy of implementing employment. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research was carried out at the BPJS Employment Office of the Sidoarjo Branch. The focus of this research includes: 1) Implementation of BPJS Employment Policy in Sidoarjo Regency, 2) inhibiting and supporting factors of BPJS Employment Policy Implementation in Sidoarjo Regency. The data of this research are primary and secondary data collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The informants of this research include employees of BPJS Employment in Sidoarjo Regency, and BPJS Employment Participants. Data analysis used Milles and Hubberman qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study state that 1) BPJS Employment in Sidoarjo Regency in implementing policies has paid attention to the dimensions of policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. a) Communication, namely in carrying out policy implementation using communication internally and externally smoothly, clearly, and consistently; (b) resources, namely in carrying out policy implementation, competent human resources, quality information, and adequate facilities are supported; (c) disposition, namely in running.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the phenomenon of aggressiveness that emerged in SDN Kludan. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and aggressiveness in grade VI SDN Kludan students. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between emotional regulation and aggressiveness in elementary students. The variables of this study were emotion regulation as the independent variable and aggressiveness as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 120 students. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation statistical technique with the help of SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results of the analysis show a correlation coefficient of -0.763 with a significance value of - .001 <0.05. It is concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, that is, there is a negative relationship between emotional regulation and aggressiveness. meaning that the higher the emotional regulation, the lower the aggressiveness, and vice versa, the lower the emotional regulation, the higher the aggressiveness. Abstract

In the context of regional autonomy, each region is given full authority to regulate its own region by making policies that are oriented towards regional original income (PAD). One of the potential policies is waste retribution. To follow up on this, the Sidoarjo Regency Government issued Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2012 concerning Waste Management and Retribution for Waste/Cleaning Services. There is still miscommunication at the implementing level of the policy implementer level with the retribution obligors. Without any form of communication between the implementer and the mandatory waste retribution in Sidoarjo Regency, there are obstacles such as socialization, the community has not realized the obligation to pay the cleaning levy. The problem of low public understanding of the waste retribution policy is one of the factors for not achieving the revenue target of this policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of research on the effectiveness of illustrated story media in improving the speaking skills of elementary school students. The background of this research is to describe and want to know the effectiveness of illustrated story media to teach speaking skills to students in elementary schools. This research uses literature study research. The data obtained by the research are journals, reports, articles, and relevant documents that are in accordance with the problems studied. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted by the researchers, a result was obtained, namely the illustrated story media is an effective medium to teach speaking skills possessed by students in elementary schools. With the media picture story, students can improve their speaking skills.
