Abstract

Indonesian Language Proficiency Test is a means to measure a person's proficiency in spoken and written Indonesian. UKBI consists of five sections, namely Section I (Listening), Section II (Responding to Rules), and Section III (Reading) in the form of multiple-choice, as well as Section IV (Writing) in the form of written presentations and Section V (Speaking) in the form of oral presentations. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, UKBI cannot be held offline and in bulk in one place. UKBI Adaptive is a test to measure the language proficiency of Indonesian speakers, which is a new thing for students at SMA MTA Surakarta. Thus it needs to be socialized and tested. This study aimed to determine the mastery of the Indonesian language of class XI students at SMA MTA Surakarta. Descriptive and quantitative methods were used in the research. The results showed that most of the participants scored between 500-700, which means their abilities were in the special and very superior categories. Thus, it can be said that UKBI is a test tool that can be used to measure the mastery of the Indonesian language and the use of good and correct Indonesian by students

Abstract

Information technology, advancing rapidly in the 21st century, has a significant effect on all aspects of life. This research is a classroom action research designed to implement the google doc integrated project-based learning model to produce learning media products using research and development methods. This study aimed to determine the use of an e-portfolio based on Google doc Integrated Project-Based Learning in the Learning Media Course. Abstract

Face-to-face Learning (PTM) for basic education students has its challenges in its implementation, especially the case of the spread of the COVID-19 virus at the level of basic education, which is quite high. The involvement of parents plays a very important role in preparing elementary school children's adaptation to face PTM. This study aims to describe the involvement of parents of COVID-19 survivors in preparing for the adaptation of elementary school children to face-to-face learning by looking at the form of involvement and the factors that influence it. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that three research subjects showed involvement at home by providing education about the dangers of the COVID-19 virus by linking previous experiences, paying attention to aspects of family health, and communicating more intensely with children. Involvement in schools is demonstrated by attending parent meetings, providing advice to schools regarding PTM preparation, ensuring school readiness by visiting schools directly, and communicating with schools. The influencing factor is the belief of parents based on the experience of contracting COVID-19, such as excessive worry, understanding of the role of parents, and the belief that they can help children. Another factor is the perception of parents from the surrounding environment, such as from schools in the form of special regulations for the implementation of PTM, the infrastructure supporting health protocols, providing vaccination socialization, and support from teachers and parents of fellow survivors

Abstract

This study aims to describe anxiety toward hoax news at millennial mom. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The data collection technique used the instrument developed by Spielberger (1983) State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) Form Y-1 with 24 samples. Data analysis method used is descriptive statistic using Rasch Model. The results of this study illustrate most of samples (i.e 58%) had low score of anxiety and the others (i.e 42%) had high score of anxiety. The anxiety also illustrate based on the status of marriage, education status, number of children, education level of children, employment status, number of active social media accounts, age of social media, and duration in daily usage of social media

Abstract

A shoe rack is one of the household products as a place to put shoes or sandals to make it looks neat and not scattered. But there are still a lot of people who do not put it back with many reasons. One of the most selected reason based on the survey that conducted by the writer is because of the laziness to bow down and lift their shoes back to the rack. For this reason, this research aims to design of a shoe rack was carried out using several methods. The methods that used in this research are observation, survey, image board, weighted matrix, and prototyping. Started from observation on several houses that have shoe racks and observing their use, then shared an online survey to several respondents regarding the use of shoe racks, and then created shoe rack’s design concepts by making an image board, chose the final design from several alternative designs by using weighted matrix method, and finally created a product dummy with a scale of 1:5. Weighted matrix method was chosen because it can determine the alternative designs by prioritizing important aspects of the designed product, so that it will give a good result of a shoe rack for the users

Abstract

Tulisan ini berusaha untuk menunjukkan, bahwa setiap dinamika ilmu pengetahuan amat berhubungan secara kompleks interdependensi dengan dinamika sosial politik dimana i1mu pengetahuan itu hidup dan berkembang. Sejak kelahirannya pada tahun 1948 tumbuh kembangnya pada era 70-an dan detail kritik pada era 90-an hingga sekarang dinamika dan perkembangan ilmu komunikasi tentu tak lepas dari aspek-aspek wacana dan kuasa yang melingkupinya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Total Reward Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Variabel Kepuasaan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Sekretariat Pengadilan Pajak. Objek dari penelitian ini sebanyak 104 orang pegawai Sekretariat Pengadilan Pajak. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (3) Total Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (4) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (5) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (6) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (7) Total Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (8) Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Total Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (9) Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Total Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama sama terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja dan (10) Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Total Reward dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Budaya organisasi; lingkungan kerja, total reward; kepuasan kerja; kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The problems and research objectives taken include reviewing and analyzing the meaning of gambling and betting carried out by a Limited Liability Company as a line of business that is contrary to the concept of a Limited Liability Company established by an agreement, reviewing and analyzing the classification arrangement of gambling and betting related to the Limited Liability Company's line of business. Contradicts the principle of legal certainty and examines and analyzes the principle of legal certainty as a guideline for future arrangements for the establishment of a Limited Liability Company that runs the gambling and betting business.The research method used is legal research. The problem approach used in this research is the statute approach, the conceptual approach and the case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study conclude First, that the use of the gambling and betting business sector by the Limited Liability Company is based on the obligation to include business activities in the deed of establishment in the article of intent and purpose. However, the meaning of gambling which means a game of chance by risking a certain amount of money whose outcome is not certain is contrary to the objective requirements in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which is the basis for the establishment of a Limited Liability Company established under an agreement. Second, the regulation of the gambling and betting business sector in Article 303 bis of the Civil Code and Central Statistics Agency Regulation No. 2 of 2020 concerning the Standard Classification of Indonesian Business Fields (KBLI) is contrary to the principle of legal certainty because it does not pay attention to the special provisions governing gambling and betting, namely Law no. 7 of 1974 jo. Government Regulation No. 9 of 1984 concerning Gambling Control and does not reflect the values ​​of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Third, future arrangements for the gambling and betting business sector must pay attention to 3 (three) legal objectives, namely justice, benefit and legal certainty by eliminating the gambling business sector. and betting in the KBLI and there must be regulation on the determination of the existing business fields in the KBLI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel pada Penelitian ini adalah Laporan Target dan Realisasi APBD Kabupaten dan Kota di Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat untuk Tahun Anggaran 2016 sampai 2020 untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemungutan pajak, peningkatan pendapatan daerah, dan tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah, sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan kas daerah menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 28 orang Kepala Bidang Pendapatan mewakili setiap daerahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pemungutan pajak dan pengelolaan kas daerah terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah serta dampaknya terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. Teknis analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas pemungutan pajak dan pengelolaan kas daerah berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah, selain itu variabel efektivitas pemungutan pajak dan pengelolaan kas daerah berpengaruh baik simultan maupun parsial terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah, kemudian variabel efektivitas pemungutan pajak, pengelolaan kas daerah, dan peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh simultan terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah.

Abstract

The family as the smallest organizational unit has not been spared the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only health problems are affected but also financial problems. Therefore, it is important to manage and plan finances carefully and precisely so that the family's economic resilience is maintained. Management is basically the process of utilizing a number of organizational resources to achieve certain goals through the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. Finance in a family is one of the main foundations for building a calm and happy household. The purpose of this study is to discuss how to implement financial management in the family during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is a qualitative descriptive research. Then to analyze the data using the data that has been obtained in the form of previous research, then the data is analyzed in the sasi category and interpreted using the perspective of using documentary analysis. The result of this study is that family financial management is very important for the welfare of each individual and family in everyday life. Islamic financial management is the management of by determining priorities and household budgets.
