Abstract

After crossing a century of movement, Muhammadiyah has grown very rapidly. Muhammadiyah is one of the Islamic mass organizations whose existence is evenly distributed in almost all parts of Indonesia. There is hardly a single district/city in the country that is not entered by Muhammadiyah. In the early days of the establishment of Muhammadiyah, the Tablighi Council was an organizational field that was first established by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan to facilitate the focus and reach of da'wah. Now the challenges of the Tablighi Council are increasingly complex because more and more Muhammadiyah citizens must receive spiritual flush and formation in beribaddah. To provide services to Muslims in general and Muhammadiyah citizens in particular, the Tablig Council developed a da'wah strategy. The strategy was prepared at the Central Leadership Level which is the highest leader in Muhammadiyah. Then the results are applied at all levels of Muhammadiyah starting from the level of Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders (at the village level), Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders (at the sub-district level), Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders (at the district level), Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders (at the provincial level), to the level of Muhammadiyah Central Leaders. It is also used as a guide in the Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) environment which includes Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Orphanages, Banking, and other AUMs managed by Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to have a better understanding of the differences between Islamic and conventional banking as well as the relevance of Islamic banking principles in the current global economic context. The research method used is qualitative method, this study is descriptive analytic, this is to describe and analyze the system of Islamic financial institutions with the system of conventional financial institutions. Results: Sharia banks serve as a means to accumulate public savings and develop them. The point is that Sharia Bank is an institution that functions to invest public funds in accordance with Islamic recommendations effectively, productively and for the benefit of Muslims. The main objective of Sharia Bank, which is to unite Muslims, restore the strength, role, and position of Islam on this earth can be achieved. Conventional Banks are established to obtain maximum material benefits, while Islamic Banks are established to provide material and spiritual welfare. This material and spiritual welfare is obtained through halal funds collection and distribution. This means that Sharia Bank will not distribute funds to liquor factories or other businesses that cannot be guaranteed that the results come from halal activities. Therefore, it can be said that the concept of profit in conventional banks is more inclined, focusing on the angle of material profits, while the concept of profit in Islamic banks must pay attention to profits from the worldly and ukhrawi (hereafter) angles.

Abstract

This dissertation aims to find out how far the role of the da'wah of Sufism in improving the quality of faith of the Indonesian people, especially the Betawi people. Where the Betawi people experience moral decadence, the erosion of identity associated with the decline in religious values. And with its geographical location, namely the Metropolitan City, the Betawi community is infected with a hedonistic and materialistic lifestyle. It is hoped that this da'wah of Sufism can fortify the ummah from moral depravity and become a means of fostering human relations with its Lord, and fellow communities around it, as well as forming believers with noble character who are loved by Allah and His Messenger. The method used in this study is to use the theory used in this research is to use the theory of the sociology of knowledge, while the approach is to da'wah-sufism in the Betawi community in Indonesia. The hypothesis to be achieved in the dissertation puts forward humanist da'wah thinking. The sociology of knowledge is a theory, while on the other hand the sociology of knowledge is a sociological-historical research method. As a theory, the sociology of knowledge takes two forms, namely: first, a purely empirical investigation through the exposure and structural analysis of how social interactions in fact influence thought. Second, epistemological research that focuses on how social relations and thought affect the issue of validity. In other words, as a theory for purely empirical inquiry, the sociology of knowledge examines the living forces and actual attitudes that underlie theoretical attitudes. Strength is not seen as a mere individual thing, but rather on the collective goals of a group that underlies individual thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of peace decisions in civil case disputes according to PERMA No. 1 of 2008. As well as to find out the legal consequences that arise if a peace agreement in a civil case dispute is violated by one or both parties because of a bad faith. The research was conducted at the Makassar District Court and the Makassar Religious Court. The method used in this study is sociological juridical, namely by studying various legal provisions relating to the effectiveness of peace agreement decisions in civil case disputes according to PERMA No. 1 of 2008 as the latest regulation governing the Mediation process in Court. In the results of the study, it is known that the files of the peace agreement, have not been seen uniformly in the mention of terms. PERMA No. 1 of 2008 has provided a more comprehensive, more detailed arrangement with respect to the mcdiation process in court. It is also possible for mediation to be pursued at the level of appeal or cassation. This PERMA also has shortcomings such as conflicting articles. Article 2 (paragraph 1) states that PERMA only applies to cases that are processed in court, while Article 23 (paragraph 1) states that it is permissible to bring the results of a peace agreement passed outside the court to obtain a peace deed. Even though this authority has not become the authority of the court.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism can be seen from its role in carrying out tasks, namely developing the potential of students with heterogeneous backgrounds, both basic abilities, social, economic and cultural. Today's teacher professionalism is still included in the "semi" or "quasi" professional category because their work, such as teaching, is not fully given autonomy rights in practice. Professionalism in relation to the right to autonomy for a teacher in carrying out his main duties as an educator and teacher includes the ability to plan, implement and evaluate learning. Meanwhile, without mastering various basic knowledge about science, about students, about the society and culture in which the school operates, learning theory, various learning models, and various evaluation models, it is difficult for teachers to easily adapt to the new demands of implementing national education keep changing. As for achieving the real category of teacher professionalism, teacher positions must require further education and special training, namely at least having a Bachelor's degree and continuing with specialized education in their field which currently can be pursued in teacher professional education (PPG).

Abstract

Ministerial Regulation number 175 of 2015 about Technical Specification Normal Speed Trains with Self-Propelling, the hardness rate of the train wheels must be lower than the hardness of the rail road. Trains operating at speeds of are considered as normal speed trains. Based on field observations, generally the flange is wear faster. In cases where flanges are wear out, the wheel’s flange must be to restored to its proper condition as long as the wheel diameter is still possible. This research was carried out by processing data using the Trend Linear and using the excel to get the results of a comparison of which wheels are faster to wear out on flange for each wheel in one train arrangement and which route causes wear out faster. Based on the data obtained, the Yogyakarta – Kutoarjo route traversed by An Electric-Diesel Locomotive Prambanan Express (Prameks) causes wear on flange than the Yogyakarta – Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) route traversed by An Electric-Diesel Locomotive YIA and on the Solo – Wonogiri route traversed by An Electric-Diesel Locomotive Batara Kresna due to the total length of the mileage. and the longest total arc length of the two compared Lines. Meanwhile, the Solo – Wonogiri route traversed by An Electric-Diesel Locomotive Batara Kresna is ranked second in the cause of flange due to the smallest bend radius of the two compared lines. As well as the ranking of the last traffic that causes flange is the Yogyakarta - YIA.
