Abstract

Self-awareness is an aspect of personal self that is closely related to self-description, self-evaluation, self-esteem, self-regulation, self-efficacy, self-emotion, and self-recognition. Self-awareness is considered important for someone to have because it is more likely to be able to act normatively. The way that is considered effective to increase students' self-awareness is through the learning process at school. Through the learning process can make it easier for students to understand the content conveyed by the teacher. In addition, the provision of material in accordance with the theme being taught can show the quality of interaction, learning and especially the achievement of the expected individual development. In this case, what is interesting for teachers at schools to do is to be able to increase children's self-awareness from an early age about the potential they have both inside and outside themselves or their environment as capital to develop their potential. So far, early childhood education schools (PAUD) do not yet have a curriculum and operational guidelines that are prepared and implemented in accordance with regional conditions and student needs. As for minimizing these problems, it is necessary to develop a curriculum in the form of modules that are suitable for student needs and can be used by teachers as a reference in providing teaching materials. Especially in this case the module developed is intended for students who are on the Indonesian coast by internalizing Indonesian maritime culture.

Abstract

Kecemasan akademik memiliki pengaruh pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Masalah dalam belajar yang dialami peserta didik merupakan masalah yang penting dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari orang tua maupun guru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dilaksakannya cara untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada siswa yaitu salah satunya melakukan konseling dengan teknik rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) yang dilakukan oleh guru bk. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh konseling REBT terhadap kecemasan akademik pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 11 Mataram tahun pelajaran 2021/2022?. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konseling Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy Terhadap Kecemasan Akademik Siswa Kelas XI Di SMAN 11 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one group pre-test dan post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 siswa dengan 5 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian yang memiliki kecemasan akademik tinggi. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive random sampling. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh REBT terhadap kecemasan akademik pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 11 Mataram tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Maka hasil penelitian ini dinyatakan Signifikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa terkait dengan perilaku perundungan atau bullying. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dalam bentuk sosialisasi informasi bagi siswa di sekolah. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan guru dapat menyampaikan informasi terkait dengan cara meminimalisir perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah terhadap para siswa. Adapun peserta di dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjumlah 150 orang siswa yang terdiri dari berbagai kelas dan jurusan yang ada di SMK Negeri 3 Mataram. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dari siswa, di mana sebanyak 10 orang siswa mengajukan pertanyaan terkait dengan materi perundungan dan 3 orang guru mengajukan pertanyaan tentang bagaimana peran para guru atau sekolah di dalam membantu siswa untuk mengurangi perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah. Dari pertanyaan yang diajukan tersebut terjadi interaksi aktif antara narasumber dengan peserta yang diselingi dengan permainan dan games untuk menghangatkan suasana. Providing Information Services as an Effort to Prevent Bullying Behavior in Students in Schools Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is to increase students' knowledge and understanding related to bullying or bullying behavior. This community service activity is carried out by providing counseling in the form of information dissemination for students at school. Through this activity, it is hoped that teachers can convey information related to how to minimize bullying that occurs in schools against students. The participants in this community service activity amounted to 150 students consisting of various classes and majors at SMK Negeri 3 Mataram. The results of this community service show active participation from students, where as many as 10 students ask questions related to bullying material and 3 teachers ask questions about how the role of teachers or schools in helping students to reduce bullying that occurs in schools. From the questions asked, there was an active interaction between the resource persons and the participants, interspersed with games and games to warm the atmosphere.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this community service is to equip PAUD teachers in dealing with children with special needs. The target of this training is to provide 40 PAUD teachers from various PAUD institutions in DKI Jakarta province, students with special needs who really need special attention and treatment. Learning and treatment for classes with children with special needs are different from ordinary classes, so it requires teachers who are able to master classes, students, learning and special handlers. The hope of this activity is that with the knowledge they have about children with special needs, it is hoped that PAUD teachers will be able to provide maximum services according to the specificities of children to achieve optimal development.AbstrakTujuan pengabdian ini untuk membekali guru PAUD dalam menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus. Sasaran pelatihan ini diberikan pada guru-guru PAUD dari berbagai lembaga PAUD di propinsi DKI Jakarta sebanyak 40 guru, dengan siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang sangat memerlukan perhatian dan perlakukan yang khusus. Pembelajaran dan perlakuan bagi kelas yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus berbeda dengan kelas biasa sehingga memerlukan guru yang mampu untuk menguasai kelas, siswa, pembelajaran serta penangan yang bersifat khusus. Harapan dari kegiatan ini  yaitu dengan pengetahuan yang dimiliki tentang anak berkebutuhn khusus  diharapkan guru PAUD mampu melakukan pelayanan yang maksimal disesuaikan dengan kekhususan anak untuk mencapai perkembangan yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of group counseling on increasing the empathy of prospective counselor students. The research method uses  an experimental one-group pretest-posttest control design. The subjects in this study were guidance and counselling students at the Mandalika University of Education, and classified as having low empathy criteria. Data collection was carried out using an empathy questionnaire. Data analysis used the one-way ANOVA statistical test. The results of this study indicate that group counselling affects increasing the empathy of guidance and counselling students at the Mandalika University of Education. Besides  there are differences in the level of empathy between male and female students, where female students have higher empathy than male students.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a personality who dares to take risks to get financing through existing opportunities by acting as an inventor and playing a role in creating economic growth. Based on the description of student perceptions regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship course learning methods to increase interest, and motivation, and foster student business skills. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of student perceptions regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship course learning methods to increase interest, and motivation, and foster student business skills in the Mandalika Education University Management Study Program. This study uses a qualitative research descriptive approach that uses the online survey method and the literature method as its data collection method. The results found that the perception of education students (learning methods) of entrepreneurship courses is considered effective for increasing interest, and motivation, increasing student business skills through practical activities (Maranatha Entrepreneurship Day), entrepreneurship seminars, and surveys to customers, and developing entrepreneurial learning methods (soft skills) and (live skills) can strengthen entrepreneurial interest and make entrepreneurship a promising career choice.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism can be seen from its role in carrying out tasks, namely developing the potential of students with heterogeneous backgrounds, both basic abilities, social, economic and cultural. Today's teacher professionalism is still included in the "semi" or "quasi" professional category because their work, such as teaching, is not fully given autonomy rights in practice. Professionalism in relation to the right to autonomy for a teacher in carrying out his main duties as an educator and teacher includes the ability to plan, implement and evaluate learning. Meanwhile, without mastering various basic knowledge about science, about students, about the society and culture in which the school operates, learning theory, various learning models, and various evaluation models, it is difficult for teachers to easily adapt to the new demands of implementing national education keep changing. As for achieving the real category of teacher professionalism, teacher positions must require further education and special training, namely at least having a Bachelor's degree and continuing with specialized education in their field which currently can be pursued in teacher professional education (PPG).

AbstractThis study aims to describe Describing Leadership in the Tri Hita Karana Perspective. The method used in literature studies is library research. Abstract

Teaching and learning activities for early childhood students currently do not support increasing the character values of graduates, and the emphasis is still on learning whose output leads to competency according to standards. Using character-charged maritime textbooks is a solution to assist teachers in facilitating the application of character values in marine learning. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of character-focused marine textbooks on students’ moral development. The method of research is quasi-experimental, with a pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique is convenience sampling. Two classes use the method, B1 for experimental purposes (with 80 students) and B2 for comparison (with 80 students). Independent T-tests were used in data analysis to compare differences in students’ average scores in the experimental and control groups before the intervention. N-Gain was used to compare the character growth of control and intervention students. The study’s findings indicate that students’ character values significantly influence adoption of morally edifying maritime textbooks. This shows increased student character values, namely responsibility, honesty, discipline, love and affection, caring, courage, independence, and hard work, after being taught using character-charged maritime textbooks. Thus, it can be concluded that character-charged maritime textbooks can significantly increase students’ character values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of counseling cognitive behavior therapy cognitive restructuring techniques in minimizing students' academic anxiety in science subjects. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were students of class XI at SMAN 3 Mataram who indicated they had a high level of academic anxiety based on the results of pre-test measurements using the adoption instrument from the Achievement Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ). The data analysis technique uses the one away Anova statistical test. The results of this study indicate that group counseling cognitive behavior therapy cognitive restructuring techniques are effective in minimizing students' academic anxiety in science subjects
