Abstract

One of the main industries is tourism. The number of islands in Indonesian waters is 17,508, according to information we found online. As a result, social media also have an impact on the tourism sector, particularly on how tourists access and use information about the destination for their travel planning activities. This presents important challenges for tourism marketers when it comes to swaying consumers' attitudes, perceptions, and intentions to use a product or service. According to earlier study, a lot of tourism-related sectors currently employ influencer marketing as a marketing tactic to advertise a particular tourist destination. Important Performance Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling are two quantitative methods used in this study to collect data. The samples consist of 217 respondents, who are between the ages of 18 and 35, Indonesians who enjoy travelling, backpacking, or going solo, and who are based in the areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Bandung. The goal of this study is to identify the marketing strategy when using micro-influencer marketing based on the indicators of consideration and preferences of micro-influencer marketing based on the credibility, trustworthiness, attitude of the influencer towards the content, and photography and videography that can significantly positively influence effects to the customer interest and visit intentions. As a result, this study also looks at possible marketing strategies for Singgah businesses or other businesspeople operating in this sector. The tourism industry is anticipated to benefit from this study.

Abstract

Projects are activities that are temporary in nature, have deadlines, budgets, resources and have product specifications to be produced. The case study of this research is the Matarbari Throat Ring Unit-2 fabrication project carried out by PT. Dui Esa Superior . The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause project delays, and to find out how long the duration and the optimal cost for the project are. The methods used are FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), CPM (Critical Path Method), and PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique). The results of direct field observations and interviews, as well as analysis and evaluation using the FTA, CPM and PERT methods, obtained 19 basic event factors causing project delays, namely labor shortages, workers lack of understanding of drawings, bad weather / rain , and others. There are 9 basic event combinations or minimum cut sets, namely (D1*D2*D3), (D4*D5), (C3), (D6), (E1*E2), (E3*E4*E5), (F1 ), (F2*F3*F4), (F5*G1*G2). The optimal duration of the Matarbari Throat Ring Unit-2 project is 57 days from the normal 61 days with a 69.15% chance. The total optimal cost of the Matarbari Throat Ring Unit-2 project with the optimal duration is Rp. 127,772,400.

Abstract

Multiple certificates, namely a plot of land that has more than one certificate, causing legal uncertainty for holders of land rights which is highly undesirable in land registration in Indonesia. The purpose of this study, among other things, is to find out and analyze the responsibility of the National Land Agency when it was discovered that there were multiple certificates based on Decree Number: 177/Pdt.G/2022/PN Tjk. The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. This case of multiple certificates can occur because the main certificate has not been mapped, so when an online check is carried out through an application it cannot be read, resulting in the re-creation of the certificate either partially or wholly on the same land by another party. If there are several certificates, the responsibility of the National Land Agency is to assist in mediation between certificate holders. If it cannot be resolved through mediation, the National Land Agency will help direct it to a settlement in the District Court or State Administrative Court because it is the State Administrative Court or District Court that can decide whether or not the certificate is cancelled.

Abstract

This paper reviews the signs or symbols on the Tiwah ritual of the Kaharingan adherent in the Central Kalimantan region, using a concept whis was initiated by Roland Barthes. The analytical model offered by Barthes is E - R - C. In the Tiwah ritual there are a variety of signs and interesting and useful significance if studied. From the results of the discussion was found that meaning of sign on Tiwah ritual was not single and final. From the results of the analysis using the E-R-C model, in Tiwah rituals found such as the connotative meaning of tanteluh or chicken eggs Ngaju Dayak language it means sacred and serves as an antidote to evil, while when compared to Javanese example eggs are interpreted as symbol of human origin or sangkan paraning dumadi. From this two findigs shows that meaning was dynamic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of neuroticism and occupational stress on suicide ideation with emotional focused coping as a mediator for Polri members who use firearms. Suicidal ideation is a psychiatric emergency caused by high stress and inappropriate coping strategies. Prolonged fatigue and work stress can increase the risk of suicide in police officers. Individual differences in personality traits can be a risk factor for the emergence of suicidal ideation. Emotional focused coping tends to be carried out by individuals if they feel that the problem situation they are facing cannot be changed by managing emotional responses and maintaining affective balance through behavior. This study used 4 psychological scales, namely the big five factor personality scale, the work stress scale, the suicide attribution scale, and the emotional focused coping scale. The subjects to be studied were 375 active members of the National Police who routinely carry firearms in carrying out their duties. Data analysis used in this study was the Linear Regression Model Mediation analysis technique (Path Analysis) using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program for Windows Release version 20. Based on the findings, neuroticism has a direct effect of -0.465 and an indirect effect direct effect of -0.123 on suicidal ideation among members of the National Police who own weapons, this indicates that neuroticism has an indirect effect on suicidal ideation. For Polri members who own firearms, work stress has a positive and statistically significant effect on suicide intentions, as well as a direct effect of 0.406 and an indirect effect regression coefficient of -0.076.

Abstract

Investment is one of the important factors in economic growth. Through investment, a country can obtain the capital and technology needed to develop its economy. Indonesia is one of the countries that has great potential to attract foreign investment. However, Indonesia also has a number of challenges in attracting investment, one of which is the "investment ghost". This study aims to provide an overview of how investment regulations in Indonesia have changed and evolved in an effort to overcome the "investment ghost". This study utilizes a qualitative research method. Data is collected through a literature study of various laws and regulations, scientific literature, and related documents. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that in overcoming investment ghosts, the government overcomes these problems with Law No. 25/2007 on Investment (UUPM). The UUPM adopts the principles of transparency, ease of doing business, and fair business competition. The UUPM also gives greater authority to local governments in organizing investment affairs, which is expected to speed up the investment licensing process and improve coordination between the central government and local governments. Therefore, the UUPM has succeeded in creating a more conducive and attractive investment climate for investors.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior at Sinergia Group Indonesia. This research was conducted because it saw the phenomenon of declining employee performance at Sinergia Group Indonesia. Employee performance can be influenced by factors such as personal factors, leadership factors, team factors, system factors, contextual/situational factors. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, because the entire population is used as a sample. This study used a sample of 40 people, using multiple linear regression techniques, path analysis and causal steps. The conclusions of this study are (1) the variable of motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) the variable of compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, (3) motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation variables have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational citizenship behavior variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) organizational citizenship behavior variables are able to fully mediate the influence between motivational variables on employee performance, (7) organizational citizenship variables behavior is able to fully mediate the influence between compensation variables on employee performance.
