Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify how collaborative learning relates to using the CIRC model in Islamic religious education. Because the teacher-centric course process is still the result of problem identification in this study, this study shows the impact on learning outcomes when using the Case Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) subject model. This type of survey is a qualitative descriptive survey. Then by determining the desired sample, objective tests (pre-test and post-test) were used with a population of 273 and 30 samples to measure student learning outcomes. Techniques for validating data on sources, adequacy of evaluation, and participation in surveys. The results of this study indicate that the application of the CIRC model for collaborative subjects is effective and has a positive impact on student achievement, such as group collaboration, activities, reactions in discussions, writing notes, and expressing opinions in discussions. Abstract

As with the marriage system in Indonesia, which adheres to a monogamous system, there is also another system, namely the polygamous system where a husband may have more than one, two, three or more wives. The scholars differ on the provisions and laws of polygamy. Among them there are those who approve of polygamy and there are also those who prohibit polygamy, except out of necessity (as rukhshah) under certain conditions. What is certain is that Islamic law does not prohibit polygamy absolutely (haram) and also does not recommend absolutely (mandatory). Some opinions state that the principle of justice in polygamy is not just quantitative justice, such as giving material or rotating time between wives, but includes qualitative justice, namely love which is the foundation of domestic life. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of the fair concept of polygamy according to Islamic law and also to find out how to apply polygamy correctly according to Islamic law today. Based on the data from the analysis, it can be concluded that in principle Islamic law allows polygamy in a marriage with various fairly strict requirements, polygamy is prescribed as other provisions of Islamic law are for the benefit of mankind. From this it must be realized that a man may practice polygamy as long as he can realize the benefit. However, if he cannot realize the benefit of doing polygamy, then he is prohibited from polygamous. The concept of fairness in polygamy is not only difficult to live by, but contains more harm than good. The difficulty of creating a harmonious life, because humans will in essence always feel lacking. And Fair in polygamy is very difficult to live in today's life.Keywords: Justice, Polygamy, Law, Islam, and Society.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations that the authors conducted at the Pharmacy Vocational High School in Banda Aceh, the managerial competence of the principal is a strategy to improve the quality of education in educational institutions (schools). If the managerial competence of the principal is good, it will be able to improve the quality of the school. This study aims to find out an overview of: planning school programs, fostering students, creating fun learning, organizing school administration, and fostering and implementing cooperation with the drug industry. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research subjects were principals and teachers at the Pharmacy Vocational School in Banda Aceh. The results of the study show that: (1) The principal at the Pharmacy Vocational School in Banda Aceh has the managerial ability to mobilize staff, teachers and employees, as well as optimize school resources and support students in a good learning process. (2) The principal in improving the quality has expertise in planning, implementing and evaluating programs that have been made together, as well as creating fun learning for students in the teaching and learning process, as well as receiving suggestions and criticisms from subordinates and communicating about policies and problems together. (3) The principal's conceptual skills in improving the quality of education, especially in the Pharmacy Vocational School of Banda Aceh. The principal clearly plans the program and implements learning and evaluates, in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the Banda Aceh Pharmacy Vocational High School. Keywords: Principal Managerial Competence, Education Quality

Abstract

Dayah is a non-formal educational institution that focuses on educating children. Therefore, dayah is very important for a child, especially in terms of reading the Qur'an. Dayah Ihdal Ulum Al-Aziziyah also focuses on learning the Qur'an. Al-Qur'an learning becomes the main learning even the teachers in the dayah also teach the reading of the Qur'an to the students in particular. Abstract

The role of social media is important in various fields of activity, including business activities. Social media has changed the way we communicate today. Social media marketing is a powerful way for businesses of all sizes to reach prospects and customers. The use of social media can be more effective for conducting marketing communications by entrepreneurs. In this study, the respondents were entrepreneurs in the pasar Aceh as a community shopping center in Banda Aceh. This research is a quantitative research, while the data sources of this research are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents, the model used is a simple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media (X) has a significant effect on the effectiveness of marketing communications (Y) on islamic perspective.Keyword: Social Media. Abstract

The issue of waqf is a problem that must be handled properly in Aceh, considering that Aceh with its Qanun has set very detailed provisions regarding the issue of waqf, therefore in Banda Aceh which is the capital of the province and also an area that was very impacted by the 2004 Tsunami, a system is needed that very good for managing it, what's more, the treasures of the Tsunami are very much found in the city of Banda Aceh. To make this research more focused, the authors chose a field research approach (Qualitative Research). The results show that it is very difficult to manage waqf assets because there are no more heirs who have bequeathed their land, for various reasons, considering the Tsunami that hit Aceh on December 24, 2004, so many heirs have died, resulting in the property there is no certificate yet, even though land certificates or shops that have been inherited need to be made so that there is no such thing as being sold and so on. With events like this, in the end the purpose of waqf is not achieved optimally. There is also a coaching system for nazirs at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Banda Aceh City, which is carried out by the Ministry of Religion of Banda Aceh City, and not all nazirs participate in this coaching, but it is carried out in three stages then all nazirs in Banda Aceh City can be fostered, given the very low budget. and depending on DIPA funds and the process also takes a long time, this is a bit of a delay in developing nazir in Banda Aceh City. The challenge faced by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Banda Aceh in managing waqf assets, which is the most difficult for the Ministry of Religion of the City of Banda Aceh, is the placement of people who use waqf land without realizing that the land is not theirs and what is even worse is that it is sold, all of which are documents to sue no longer exists, this is a big challenge that must be solved by the Ministry of Religion of Banda Aceh City. Keywords: System, Management, Waqf Assets

Abstract

The character of children these days makes many people worried. Society hopes to make a child or individual with good character, noble character, and able to live his life in accordance with Islamic guidance. To achieve this, an in-depth study is needed to obtain maximum and expected results. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research method with literature study techniques. Abstract

The Indonesian government since 2008 has implemented a certification policy for lecturers. The lecturer certification policy has the aim of improving the performance of lecturers so that the goal of improving the quality of learning in higher education is achieved. This study aims to analyze the impact of the educator certification program on the performance of lecturers by comparing the differences in the performance of lecturers who already have an educator certificate with lecturers who are not certified educators. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. The quantitative approach uses secondary data analysis using the Difference-in-Difference (DiD) model, Regression Discontinuity Design (RDD), and an online survey of lecturers. Meanwhile, the qualitative approach was carried out with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies and focused group discussions which were analyzed using descriptive thematic methods. The results of the analysis show that the provision of lecturer certification and professional allowances is associated with improving the performance of lecturer publications, although it is still not optimal. To increase the impact of lecturer certification, the government can strengthen lecturers who have been certified educators to understand the performance of the specified lecturers. In addition, the performance reporting in the Lecturer Performance Report (LKD) needs to be added to the minimum achievement rate for each lecturer position and includes aspects of the Tri Dharma.Keywords: educator certification, lecturer performance, impact of certification, Tri Dharma

Abstract

Baitul Maal was the first financial institution that existed at the time of the Prophet. At first, this institution only functioned to store state assets from zakat, infaq, alms, taxes and spoils of war. Baitul Maal Sabang City has several programs, including the Business Capital Assistance Fund program for Micro businesses, Muallaf coaching, Scholarships for Orphans and the Poor, Home Renovation, and work equipment assistance for poor families. business capital for economic traders down, with the concept of these funds borrowed and returned within a predetermined period. What is the position of Maal Aid funds in Small Business Financing, What is the Role of Baitul Maal in Small Business Financing in Sabang, What are the Obstacles and Barriers in Providing Business Capital Assistance in Small Business Financing. To find out and explain the position of Maal Aid funds in Small Business Financing, To find out and explain the role of Baitul Maal in Small Business Financing in Sabang, To know and explain the obstacles and obstacles experienced by the Baitul Maal and the Small Business Party. In writing this thesis, the author uses the method of field research (field research), namely research that is carried out directly in order to obtain data that is closely related to research by interviewing respondents and informants. The concept of Baitul Maal Assistance Fund for Small Business Financing in Sabang. The position of Fund Assistance on Small Business Financing at Baitul Maal City of Sabang is Assistance in the form of cash with the money system being returned to Baitul Maal City of Sabang by being deposited every month for a year. Without interest or other guarantees, the role of the Baitul Maal of Sabang City in Financing Small Business by way of collecting data on the number of poor Mustahik, both in terms of data obtained from each gampong and the number of aid proposals that go to Baitul Maal Sabang, then a survey is carried out by field officers to ensure the accuracy of the data. Constraints and obstacles to Baitul Maal in Sabang City in Financing are the distribution system and budget disbursement must wait for the budget to be approved, then many business aid proposals enter so that it is difficult to select them, then many beneficiaries do not return the money given by Baitul Maal.
