Abstract

The integration of quality management systems (QMS) into the use of foreign language applications has become increasingly relevant in enhancing student learning experiences. This study explores the effectiveness of foreign language learning applications, such as Duolingo and Babbel, when paired with QMS frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and improve learning outcomes. By adopting a systematic approach, the research examines how QMS principles—such as continuous improvement, performance measurement, and user feedback—can optimize the usability and pedagogical impact of these applications for students in diverse educational settings. Findings indicate that applying QMS to language applications fosters better alignment with educational objectives, improves user satisfaction, and enhances learning engagement. Key elements include regular tracking of learning progress, adaptive content customization, and structured feedback mechanisms. This approach also empowers educators to make data-driven decisions to support students' language acquisition effectively. The study concludes that incorporating QMS into the use of foreign language applications represents a viable strategy for advancing the quality of language education, promoting efficiency, and ensuring continuous improvement in student learning outcomes. Future research should explore the scalability of this approach across various disciplines and demographic groups to further validate its applicability.

Abstract

The maintenance of solar power plants plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electricity generation for household use. As renewable energy adoption increases, solar power systems offer an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution to meet residential energy demands. The findings highlight the importance of regular maintenance schedules, the use of advanced diagnostic tools, and community-based initiatives to support household users. This research aims to provide actionable insights to improve the sustainability and cost-efficiency of solar power systems in residential settings. This study employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to investigate the maintenance of solar power plants for household electricity use. The results show that the accumulation of dirt on photovoltaic panels, battery degradation, and inverter malfunctions are the main challenges that reduce system efficiency. The proposed solution includes regular cleaning, optimal battery management, and the adoption of automated monitoring technology. This research also highlights the importance of user education and community involvement in supporting solar power plant maintenance. In conclusion, effective maintenance is key to maximizing the benefits of household solar PV, reducing operational costs, and supporting the global transition to sustainable energy. The implications of this research include the development of technology- and community-based maintenance guidelines to improve system efficiency and extend the life of devices

Abstract

The integration of informatics in education has been pivotal in improving the quality of learning by providing personalized, flexible, and efficient learning experiences. This research aims to explore the impact of informatics tools, such as digital platforms, adaptive learning technologies, and data analytics, on teaching and learning outcomes. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, the study involved a needs assessment, tool development, pilot testing, and continuous evaluation. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to analyze the effectiveness of informatics in educational settings. The findings reveal that informatics facilitates personalized learning paths, enabling students to progress at their own pace, which enhances engagement and retention. Adaptive technologies provide real-time feedback and tailored content, addressing individual learning needs effectively. Moreover, data-driven insights empower educators to make informed decisions and intervene proactively to support students. The implementation of these tools has also streamlined administrative tasks, allowing educators to focus more on instructional quality. This study concludes that informatics significantly improves learning outcomes, operational efficiency, and inclusivity in education. However, challenges such as ensuring equitable access to technology, providing adequate training for educators, and addressing data privacy concerns must be tackled to optimize the benefits. The implications of this research emphasize the need for continued investment in technological infrastructure and professional development to sustain advancements in educational quality

Abstract

The technology that is developing in the current era can be seen in its progress. One of the technologies that is developing is the use of gadgets today. The use of gadgets today certainly helps users to communicate or find out existing information. However, the use of gadgets today is no longer used properly, especially the use of gadgets with excessive duration. This means that we often look at the gadget screen longer which can trigger bad things to happen in our lives. This writing aims to find out how students, especially informatics students, use gadgets in their daily lives. The use of gadgets by informatics students is certainly very necessary to help them in their daily lives on campus for their academics, help in making coding, etc. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely conducting observations through surveys distributed to students. From existing research, we see the results that informatics students on average use gadgets for more than 4 hours a day, even almost all day they use gadgets. Therefore, as students who often use gadgets, of course we must continue to pay attention to health or the impacts that will occur so that students are expected to maintain the duration of using gadget screens considering that it can have an impact on our eye health.

Abstract

Student inactivity during the learning process is one of the problems faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers which causes a decrease in student inactivity and makes the learning conditions of students uncomfortable, so the need for a guided inductive inquiry strategy carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers to overcome student inactivity. The purpose of the study was to determine the obstacles of Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with student inactivity during the learning process, and to determine the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with student inactivity during the learning process. The type of research is qualitative research. Data Collection Techniques Such as Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. Data Analysis Techniques Such as Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Data Validity Techniques Such as Observation Extension, Implementation Stage, and Data Triangulation. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it was concluded that the obstacles of Islamic Religious Education teachers were lack of preparation in teaching, lack of reflection, laziness in learning, not understanding the character of students, and lack of concentration in learning. The efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers are: first, teachers use a skills-based approach, second, teachers use arts-based learning methods, third, teachers use guided inquiry-based learning techniques, fourth, teachers create enjoyable learning experiences, and fifth, teachers use an experience-based approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction, strategic location, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions in teh break businesses in Lamongan. The research method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), with data collected through a survey of 100 respondents selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results reveal that all independent variables, namely customer satisfaction, strategic location, and promotion, positively and significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions. Strategic location has the greatest influence (β = 0.412; t-statistic = 5.673), followed by customer satisfaction (β = 0.321; t-statistic = 4.256) and promotion (β = 0.287; t-statistic = 3.892). The research model explains 65.2% of the variance in purchasing decisions (R² = 0.652). This study highlights the importance of strategic location, customer satisfaction, and promotion in shaping purchasing decisions. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for teh break business owners in formulating more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

The socialization of healthy, nutritious, and halal food from an Islamic perspective was carried out at the Class IIB Bengkayang State Prison (RUTAN). This research aims to increase the understanding of the inmates about the importance of consuming food in accordance with Islamic teachings, both in terms of health and spirituality. This activity involved an interactive lecture and discussion method by presenting resource persons from the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bengkayang Regency. The results show the high enthusiasm of the inmates, as seen from the active participation and interest in understanding the concept of halal food and its benefits. This activity succeeded in providing practical and spiritual knowledge about halal food as an effort to foster the morale and health of the inmates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-Policing in the management of street crime reports in Depok City in the period May to August 2024. By utilizing information and communication technology, E-Policing functions to increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy in crime reporting and handling. The method used in this study is a combination of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews from the people of Depok City. The results of the study show that the implementation of the "Halo Police" Application has improved the ease of crime reporting, accelerated police response, and strengthened community involvement in security surveillance. The public feels more satisfied with police services after the implementation of E-Policing through the "Halo Police" Application. However, for now the use of the "Halo Police" Application is still uneven and only exists in urban communities, it is a challenge for the government to be able to increase the equitable distribution of the system to make it easier for the community, which contributes to increasing public involvement in maintaining security.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the cooperation between teachers and parents in the formation of student character at SMP Negeri 15 Bekasi City. The focus of the research includes the form of cooperation, the character formation methods applied, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the cooperation between teachers and parents is formed through active communication, regular meetings, and parental involvement in various school activities. The character formation methods applied include religious habituation, discipline, and positive attitudes through school programs such as congregational dhuha prayers, tadarus Al-Qur'an, and social activities. The main supporting factors are high commitment from teachers and active support from parents, while the obstacles faced include time limitations and lack of awareness of some parents. In conclusion, harmonious cooperation between teachers and parents plays an important role in shaping the character of students who are religious, disciplined, and have noble character. It is recommended that schools strengthen communication and parent engagement programs to achieve optimal educational outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of the present research is to find out the real fact of the students’ perception on the utilization of Google Classroom in the teaching of writing skill. This research is a qualitative design. The subject of the research was the Second Semester of Grade Eleventh students of Madani Senior High School that consisted of 33 participants. The participants were selected by purposive sampling. The data were collected using interview and analyzed using Likert Scale. The researcher found that there were four category of students’ perceptions toward the dimension of Google Classroom in Teaching Writing Skill in which the students were mostly agree with; (1) the average students’ response to the use of Google Classroom is 75, 8 % of the total number of students, (2) the average students’ response to the use of Google Classroom in the teaching of writing skill is 75, 8% of the total number of students, (3) the average students response to the impact of the using of Google Classroom in teaching writing skill is 69, 7% of the total number of students, and (d) the average students’ response related to their satisfactory toward the use of Google Classroom in the teaching Writing Skill is 69, 7% of the total number of students. It means that the students have positive response toward the use of Google Classroom platform in teaching and learning English. It implies that the use of the Google Classroom platform to teach Writing Skill is enable students to have good motivation in studying writing skill.
