Abstract

The development of data needs in Indonesia has increased awareness of the importance of quality data in supporting development planning and implementation. The government responded by issuing Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Data Indonesia (SDI), which aims to produce accurate, up-to-date, and accountable data. However, the implementation of sectoral statistics still faces challenges, including the low national Statistical Development Index (IPS) in 2023 which is in the less than ideal category with a value of 1.78 on a scale of 5.00. This study aims to identify the root causes of the suboptimal implementation of sectoral statistics by Ministries/Institutions/Regions/Agencies (K/L/D/I) and to prepare policy recommendations for improvement in order to realize quality sectoral statistics. The methodology used includes literature studies, secondary data analysis from the results of the Evaluation of Sectoral Statistics Implementation (EPSS), interviews with related teams, and review of laws and regulations. The results of the analysis show several main causal factors: the failure to implement comprehensive sectoral statistics guidance by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS); not all K/L/D/I submit independent assessments so that the progress of sectoral statistics implementation cannot be measured; and budget limitations to support sectoral statistics activities in the regions. To overcome these problems, it is recommended that BPS formulate clear regulations on sectoral statistics development guidelines and increase active development to K/L/D/I. In addition, the Ministry of Home Affairs is expected to encourage regional governments to provide adequate budgets through official circulars. In conclusion, improving the quality of sectoral statistical data requires collaborative efforts between BPS, K/L/D/I, and regional governments. Intensive development, comprehensive evaluation, and adequate budget support are the keys to realizing quality statistical data in accordance with the One Data Indonesia principle.

Abstract

Aids in establishing the diagnosis, radiography also plays an important role in determining treatment plans and evaluating the results of treatment that has been carried out previously. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the level of knowledge of the community in Medan Perjuangan District regarding dental radiography. The type of research used is descriptive survey research with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study is the community in Medan Perjuangan District. The sample size is 200 people who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. By using questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The result of this study is that the level of public knowledge regarding the uses, benefits, effects and dose limits as well as radiation protection of dental radiography obtained very few results that can be answered correctly. The satisfaction of this study is that the level of public knowledge in Medan Perjuangan District regarding dental radiography examinations individually obtained results in the good category of 2.0%, the fair category of 14.0%, and the poor category of 84.0%.

Abstract

The increase in the rate of development, population growth, and socio-economic activities has triggered an increase in waste generation, which is increasingly complex with conventional waste management that relies on collection, transportation, and disposal. This study aims to find a solution through three main stages: identification of waste conditions, preparation of a decision support system using the AHP Method, and analysis of the area with GIS application. The results of the study show that Limau Mungkur Village, STIM Hilir District, is considered the most appropriate location in the study area. Based on these results, the concept of selecting the criteria of Land Use, Hydrology, Groundwater Level Depth, Flood-prone Area, Settlement Distance, Zone Slope, Geology and Airport Distance became a determinant in the selection of location alternatives.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics and role of fishermen's wives in improving family welfare in Saramake Village, South Wasile District. This research is descriptive qualitative through interviews and observations. The research results show that the role of fishermen's wives in helping the family economy has increased family income from combined income. The fisherman's wife uses her income for daily needs. health care in hospital, The roles of fishermen's wives in Saramake Village include as wives, as housewives, and as educators for their children. The role of fishermen's wives in improving the family's economy has achieved prosperity, namely in terms of protecting the soul by fulfilling all daily needs and having a good and decent place to live. The reason for choosing to work at an anchovy processing place in Saramake Village is so that they can send their children to school, so that they can have the income earned by fishermen's wives as working women, to meet their family's daily needs.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of identifying the content of phytochemical compounds of alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins and saponins in the acetone extract of seedless red watermelon rind (Citrullus vulgaris), knowing the results of evaluating the physical properties of the acetone extract gel of seedless red watermelon rind (Citrullus vulgaris) with niacinamide against various concentrations of moisturizing gel preparations, and comparing the best moisture test concentration on acetone extract gel preparations of seedless red watermelon rind (Citrullus vulgaris) in providing optimal results. This research is a laboratory study of the experimental formulation of acetone extract of seedless red watermelon rind (Citrullus vulgaris) to determine the formulation and concentration of the best extract produced. The research results showed that acetone extract from the white skin of red seedless watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris) contained phytochemical compounds alkaloids, flavonoids, and polyphenol as well as lycopene in the white skin of red seedless watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris). The results of the evaluation of the physical properties of the acetone extract gel of seedless red watermelon rind (Citrullus vulgaris) in the negative control, 2.5% concentration, 5% concentration, and 7.5% concentration met the test requirements but did not meet the spreadability test requirements. And the best concentration of water content test in the acetone extract gel preparation of seedless red watermelon rind (Citrullus vulgaris) in providing optimal results is found in the gel preparation with a concentration of 7.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru Bahasa Inggris dalam mengajar menulis untuk siswa SMA. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SMA di Karawang, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orang guru bahasa Inggris kelas 10. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, untuk mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan strategi Collaborative Learning, yang mendorong siswa untuk berkolaborasi dalam kelompok guna menyelesaikan tugas penulisan, serta strategi Multimedia-Based learning (MBL), yang melibatkan penggunaan media seperti video dan presentasi PowerPoint untuk mendukung pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks recount. Penggunaan strategi kolaboratif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa melalui diskusi dan berbagi ide. Sementara itu, media berbasis multimedia membantu siswa memahami konsep secara visual dan interaktif. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan strategi Collaborative Learningdan Multimedia-Based learning (MBL) untuk mengajar menulis teks recount. Kesimpulannya, implementasi strategi ini memberikan hasil positif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks recount, dengan meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Tourism has a strategic position in increasing the country's foreign exchange, therefore it can trigger economic growth, especially it can encourage in various countries to develop the tourism sector. This research aims to analyze the development strategies for the Mangrove Forest Mirda as Tourist Attraction in Likupang, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Mangrove Forest Mirda has great potential as  a tourist attraction, but there are several  weaknesses that need to be addressed , such as inadequate infrastructure, suboptimal management, and lack of community awareness about cleanliness and environmental  conservation.  Recommended development strategies include: leveraging strengths such as the colorful bridge and the vast mangrove forest, addressing weaknesses by improving infrastructure and enhancing management, exploiting opportunities through promotion and tourist activities, and countering threats by strengthening security and maintaining cleanliness and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This research was conducted to increase the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value at PT Electric Vehicle Trimotorindo, which is an electric vehicle manufacturing company. The main problem faced by the company is the decline in OEE value every month due to lack of machine maintenance and deterioration in production quality. The method used in this study is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), which involves identifying the factors that cause production losses through the analysis of Six Big Losses. The results show that the OEE value has increased from 78.61% to 80.36% after improvements through TPM, especially in increasing the quality rate from 88.48% to 92.23%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of TPM can improve the effectiveness of machine use and production quality, which ultimately contributes to the improvement of the company's productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas aplikasi ClassDojo dan peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar pada pembelajaran Matematika. ClassDojo merupakan aplikasi ruang kelas yang memungkinkan guru untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran, berkomunikasi dengan siswa dan orang tua, serta melaksanakan penilaian secara real-time. Dalam pembelajaran Matematika, aplikasi ini mendukung guru untuk memberikan materi, penjelasan, dan penilaian melalui fitur-fitur yang interaktif dan menarik, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest dan posttest, melibatkan kelas kontrol dan eksperimen di kelas VI SDN Sepatan I, Kecamatan Sepatan, tahun ajaran 2019/2020, dengan total 30 siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif penggunaan ClassDojo terhadap pemahaman siswa, yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode konvensional. Berdasarkan uji t dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% dan derajat bebas (n-2), diperoleh nilai t_hitung sebesar 3,833 dan 2,2312, keduanya lebih besar dari t_tabel (1,670). Ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak, sedangkan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan ClassDojo terbukti memberikan dampak positif dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional.

Abstract

AI has profoundly impacted the lives of students by transforming various aspects of their education and daily activities. AI can be a very useful learning tool in a variety of contexts. Students can access learning materials tailored to their needs and learning styles, resulting in more effective learning. AI also speeds up evaluation and scoring. However, there are also issues to contend with, such as the dangers of relying on technology, problems with data privacy, and the possibility of a decline in social interaction. This article discusses the impact of AI on college students and its implications for the future of higher education. The rapid development of technology has made the emergence of the millennial era where technology has become the need of every individual, especially youth and women in the millennial era who are faced with technological advancements, so it is required to always sort out every information obtained, in order to prevent the occurrence of bad impacts because access between the worlds is easy to obtain so that it can be a weapon for irresponsible people to attack an area from the next generation. The purpose of this study is to find out the various impacts of technological developments.
