Hazardous and Toxic Materials are substances, energy, and/or other components which due to their nature, concentration and/or amount, either directly or indirectly, can pollute and/or damage the environment, endanger the environment, health and survival of humans and living thing.. Hazardous and toxic waste materials are. The management of this hazardous and toxic waste is very crucial given the impact it will have on human health. So this study aims to analyze the management of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) waste in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. This literature review is by searching for data, selecting the necessary data, analyzing it, and making conclusions from the results of data analysis. The results obtained are that the management of hazardous and toxic waste in the stages of collection, separation, storage, transportation and processing of waste must be carried out properly and safely.

A clear and clean government bureaucratic order is a priority in realizing structured, coordinated, organized and integrated institutions to improve relations between organizations, lower levels and target groups. This study aims to explain the implementation of institutional strengthening and the determinants of successful implementation towards a clear and clean bureaucratic order, as well as examine the determining factors of a successful implementation of government institutions. Types of phenomenological research qualitative approach. The research was conducted in the scope of government for two months by interviewing informants in depth scientifically, experience and historical traces in the field of government. The netting of data and information is obtained from primary and secondary data sources using triangulation techniques. Data analysis uses information reduction, presentation, verification and drawing conclusions based on the validity of the data. The results of the study found 1) institutional strength between organizations produces organizational structure, cooperation, interests and achievement of goals; 2) lower-level institutional strength produces coordination, counseling, monitoring and evaluation; and 3) the institutional strength of target groups results in advocacy, maintenance, simulation and participation

PT Dunia Express Transindo is a "Total Logistics" service provider company. One of the services provided is the warehouse division to manage all the activities in it, starting from the process of Inbound / Receiving goods, Storage / Storage of goods, and Outbound / Issuing goods. In the process, there were problems found in the warehouse, namely an error in the Outbound process / Releasing goods in the warehouse, which resulted in an internal impact for the company, namely an error in releasing goods causing re-shipment to customers. Also the external impact on the company, namely errors in issuing goods causes the level of customer trust to decrease. Data collection was carried out by directly asking the field workers (warehouse staff and warehouse coordinator) and directly observing the condition of the warehouse. This study retrieved data on errors in the issuance of goods in December 2020 with a total of 13 items and January 2021 with a total of 96 items. From the root of the problem using the fishbone diagram method and cause and effect. It is known that the human factor is the most dominant factor due to lack of thoroughness, lack of knowledge and lack of communication. After carrying out an analysis of the repair plan using the 5w1h method, the DUNEX Wms Dry application was implemented and the socialization was carried out during the morning briefing. So that it can reduce errors in issuing goods, speed up reporting the previous process from 2 hours to 5 minutes, report damage to the previous 30 minutes to 3 minutes and make it easier to find out which items have been collected.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of digital marketing strategies on Online. Travel Agents on purchasing decisions based on the AISAS method and its implications for customer satisfaction. Online Travel Agent (OTA) is a website that sells travel products and services through digital marketing to customers. These OTA products include hotels, flights, travel packages, and car rentals. OTAs here are third parties that resell services on behalf of other businesses. This study used descriptive statistical data analysis method. The presentation of descriptive statistical data is usually done in the form of graphs or tables. Descriptive statistics include mean, maximum, minimum, and standard deviation. Digital Marketing OTA expressed in (X) has a strong correlation with the dependent variable: Purchase Decision expressed in (Y1) which has an index correlation of 0.663 or 66.3%. The correlation of the influence of the Purchase. Decision variable (Y1) on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y2) is significant because it has an index correlation of 0.633 or 63.3%, so it is stated that the correlation of the Y1 variable to the Y2 variable is strong. This research concludes that customers decide to purchase OTA products after verifying that certainty about the benefits in transactions such as prices, promotions and reservation fees are in line with expectations. Certainty of benefits and convenience when transacting based on information successfully tracked on the OTA website is the reason customers make purchasing decisions. Product purchase transactions at selected Online Travel Agents (OTA) in terms of price, promotions and facilities are very profitable and customers are satisfied because their expectations have been met. The ease of accessing information about the benefits, benefits and transaction prices facilitated by the customer's preferred OTA digital marketing service has met his expectations.

Road pavements are an important part of transportation infrastructure and require regular maintenance. This study aimed to model the condition of road pavement by the probabilistic method of Markov chains. The method used in this study is a literature study and data collection from a survey of road pavement conditions in the field. Data analysis was performed using the Markov chain probabilistic method, which can be used to model changes in pavement conditions over time. The results showed that the Markov chain probabilistic method can be used to model changes in pavement conditions with high accuracy. This method can also be used to make predictions of future pavement conditions and determine the right time to perform maintenance and repairs. The study recommends using the Markov chain probabilistic method as a tool to model pavement conditions and make appropriate maintenance and repair decisions. Thus, it is expected to increase the effectiveness of road pavement management and extend the service life of road pavement.

The wharf is where the ships are moored in the harbour. In addition, the pier is also the place where loading and unloading of goods takes place and passengers boarding and falling from and to the ship. The wharf is also the activity location for refueling ships, supplying ships with drinking water, clean water, and arranging channels for dirty/waste water to be further processed at the port. So that optimum planning is needed so that the performance of the building can meet safety and comfort standards This research modifies conventional precast floor slabs into hollow core slab precast slabs with 2 span variations. Dead loads are calculated based on specific gravity, live loads and traffic loads are calculated by "Loading for Bridges" (SNI 1725-2016), crane loads use the Ship to Shore Gantry Cranes Brand Liebherr specifications with a capacity of 50 tons, ship berthing loads and mooring loads ships are calculated based on the Technical standards and commentaries for port and harbor facilities in Japan, OCDI, 2020, while earthquake loads are calculated by "Bridge planning against earthquake loads" (SNI 2833:2016). Steel piles are calculated by "specifications for structural steel buildings" (SNI 1729:2015) and reinforced concrete structures are calculated by “Structural concrete requirements for buildings and explanations” (SNI 2847 2019). Structural analysis for structures is carried out using the help of SAP2000 software. From the research, it was obtained the results of modification of conventional precast floor slabs with hollow core slab precast floor plates with a span of 5.2 meters and a thickness of 350 mm. is an increase in the iron ratio of 38.57% and a decrease in the shear capacity of the punch by 56.57%. For a span of 10.4 meters, a plate with a thickness of 500 mm was used so that the result was an increase in the ratio of iron by 114.60% and a decrease in the shear capacity of the punch by 74.06%.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of adding anti-corruption material to Pancasila education courses in universities in fostering anti-corruption attitudes for PLN Institute of Technology students. This research uses a correlational survey-descriptive method, namely research conducted to obtain information about data, with the preliminary study stages carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach. The development stage is carried out with limited trials on conventional teaching of lecturers by applying experimental methods (single oneshot case study). The results showed that the development of Pancasila educational values can contribute significantly in fostering anti-corruption attitudes in students. Values such as honesty. Institut Teknologi Pln integrity, responsibility, fairness, and the spirit of mutual assistance are considered important in shaping anti-corruption attitudes. In addition, the role of educational institutions and the surrounding environment is also very influential in shaping anti-corruption attitudes in students. It can be concluded that the development of Pancasila educational values is very important in fostering anti-corruption attitudes in students. Values such as honesty, integrity, responsibility, fairness, and the spirit of mutual assistance can shape character and behavior that is honest, responsible, fair, and has the spirit of mutual assistance in maintaining honesty and fighting corruption.

Notary office is one type of workplace that requires the implementation of occupational health and safety as well as social security / BPJS employment for its workers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of occupational health and safety as well as social security/BPJS employment for workers in notary offices. This research is a normative juridical research that uses legal principles, laws and doctrines as the main legal material, even the main law is analyzed and interpreted against secondary legal material in the form of literature or library material, to find research results according to the problems posed. The results showed that the implementation of occupational health and safety as well as social security/employment BPJS for workers in notary offices still needs to be improved. Some factors that influence the implementation include employee and management awareness of the importance of occupational health and safety, company policies that support the implementation of occupational health and safety, and the availability of funds to finance social security/employment BPJS. This study recommends the need to increase employee and management awareness of the importance of occupational health and safety as well as social security/employment BPJS for workers in notary offices. This can be done through socialization and training, implementation of company policies that support the implementation of occupational health and safety as well as social security/BPJS employment, and the allocation of sufficient funds to finance the program. Thus, it is expected to create a healthy, safe, and social protection environment for workers in notary offices.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of these regulations in terms of sanctioning workers in the work environment. The method used in this study is a literature study, in which data are obtained from literature and documents related to the topic under study. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach, namely by analyzing the content of literature and documents related to government regulations and company regulations related to the provision of sanctions letters to workers. The results showed that government regulations and company regulations have an important role in determining the provision of sanctions letters to workers. However, the effectiveness of these regulations in sanctioning workers still needs to be improved. Some factors that affect the effectiveness of these regulations include workers' awareness of the rules, clarity of regulations, and supervision carried out by the company. This study recommends the need for efforts to improve the effectiveness of government regulations and company regulations related to providing sanctions letters to workers, such as increasing workers' awareness of the rules, clarifying regulations, and increasing supervision by companies. Thus, it is expected to create a better working environment and minimize the occurrence of violations of rules in the workplace.

In every company, of course, always strive to create a cooperative and comfortable work environment for each worker. This study aims to analyze the role of trade unions in overcoming labor relations disputes that can have an impact on termination of employment. The research method raised in this study is Normative research. Normative Law Research is legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data". The results showed that trade unions have a very important role in handling labor relations disputes that can have an impact on termination of employment. The role of trade unions includes being a mediator in dispute resolution, providing legal opinions and advice to members, and protecting workers' rights through negotiations and protests. The study recommends the need to increase the role of trade unions in addressing labor disputes that can have an impact on termination. This can be done through providing training and education to union members on labor relations law and the role of unions in resolving disputes. Thus, it is expected to create a more stable and conducive work environment for workers.
