Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of the local economy in Indonesia, especially in the ponorogo district and the empowerment of the grebeg suro culture with the community's economy. The research method applied in this research is a case study with a focus on improving the local economy through the empowerment of Grebeg Suro culture in Ponorogo. The research approach used involves two main dimensions, namely qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach aims to deeply understand the impact of cultural empowerment on the local economy, using in-depth interview methods, participatory observation, and documentation studies related to government policies and cultural empowerment programs. Meanwhile, the quantitative approach is used to statistically measure variables related to the local economy, with data analysis using statistical techniques such as regression analysis and t-test. The results show that the government's efforts in overcoming poverty in the Ponorogo community through economic empowerment, especially in the development of the cultural sector such as the annual Grebeg Suro event, have a positive and relevant impact. Grebeg Suro, as a cultural activity with a series of events, successfully attracts visitors from various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education is an effort to provide stimulus for children from birth to six years of age. Education during the golden age is carried out to help children's growth and development, both physically and spiritually, so that children are ready to enter further education. One aspect of development is social emotional development, including self-confidence. This research aims to increase the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years through "Reward ASYIK" at TKIT Almarjan Bekasi. This research uses qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews and documentation of children's self-confidence. This research was conducted from 10 October to 28 November. The results of the research show that there is a significant increase in children's self-confidence by giving fun rewards, namely by shouting "I can, I'm great, I'm successful, yes!!!" spoken well by all children with a total of 17 children, 3 children had high self-confidence. 11 are as expected, 2 children are starting to develop and 1 child is not yet developing. This research concludes that "Reward ASYIK" is effective in increasing the self-confidence of group B children at TKIT AlMarjan Bekasi.

Abstract

The influence of the internet on the community environment is very influential, because the internet can bring a very wide network for customers or teenagers to choose alternative shopping online. The support of an online application system can make it easier for teenagers to see applications just shopping online in the onlineshop application, so that the attraction to shop through online or e-commerce can be an attraction for teenagers to facilitate them in the process of selecting and purchasing the desired product. Basically, the shopee application is an online shopping platform that is in great demand because it is a platform that is tailored for the region and provides an easy and fast online shopping experience for teenagers through strong support and logistics. The purpose of this study is to find out how the lifestyle of teenagers in Pontianak City towards online shopping using the shopee application. The research method that will be used in this study is using quantitative methods, with this research will use survey methods. Research hypothesis: the research hypothesis used is descriptive analysis carried out through testing descriptive hypotheses. The result of the analysis is whether the research hypothesis can be generalized or not.

Abstract

This research is based on the researcher's desire to describe the organology of making Calempong wood by Fatimah in the village of North Lipatkain, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. In ancient times, according to Fatimah's story, this wooden Calempong was used by people who were in the fields, when they felt bored because there was nothing to play with, Calempong was made from cikubuang wood which was arranged on piaku and was called Wooden Calempong which was used for self-entertainment and media for learning Calempong. This research uses Andre Schaeffner's theory (2015: 167) which looks at the organological aspects of 1) Inventory, 2) Terminology/naming, 3) Classification of musical instruments, 4) Description of musical instrument construction, 5) Sound production, 6) History of musical instruments, 7) Status of craftsmen, 8) Function of musical instruments, 9) Socio-cultural factors, 10) Study of symbolism and aesthetic aspects of musical instruments. Descriptive analysis research method using qualitative data. The data obtained was processed using data analysis techniques through procedures for searching and compiling the results of observations, interviews and documentation carried out systematically. The resource person is Fatimah, a Calempong wood craftsman and traditional artist who is often invited to events in the folding village. The results of the research show that the wooden Calempong has 5 tones and the tones have a different pitch arrangement, namely 1,3,4,2,5, which means that the notes in the wooden Calempong cannot be said to be in the diatonic scale. With a shape somewhat similar to an elongated triangle, with the aim of beautifying the shape of the blades, they are arranged on top of the Piaku and then played by hitting each blade using a panggugua.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges and opportunities associated with the operation of high-speed trains in Indonesia as part of the transformation towards a more advanced transportation system. This study aims to identify obstacles that may arise in the construction and operation of high-speed railways, as well as look at the economic, social, and environmental opportunities that can result from the adoption of this transportation system. From the results of the analysis of opportunities and challenges, the right strategy will be developed to overcome existing obstacles. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data will be collected through literature studies and interviews with resource persons who have met the criteria. Next, data analysis is performed to identify patterns, similarities, and differences in terms of emerging challenges and opportunities. The results of the analysis show that despite facing challenges in infrastructure, regulation, and integration, high-speed rail has great potential in addressing congestion issues, improving connectivity, and bringing positive economic impact. This positive impact also extends to social and environmental aspects, with changes in mobility patterns and the potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of profitability, exchange rate, company innovation, and bonus mechanism on the aggressiveness of transfer pricing. The data and sampling used in this study are consumer sector companies, both primary and non-primary, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis by utilizing the SPSS application. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable. However, partially, profitability and exchange rate have a positive effect on transfer pricing aggressiveness, while corporate innovation and bonus mechanism have no effect on transfer pricing aggressiveness.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To examine and analyze the role of cultural factors as differentiators of loyal debtors and debtors who have the potential to move. 2) To examine and analyze the role of social factors as differentiators of loyal debtors and potentially moving debtors. The research approach used in this study is quantitative research with discriminant analysis research methods. Discriminant analysis is a data analysis technique where the specific variable (variable Y) is categorical data (nominal) while the independent variable (variable X) is ordinal data. As a result of the analysis, it can be concluded that the debtor discriminator that is able to distinguish loyal debtors and those who have the potential to move is the Bud variable. So, if the debtor does not understand about Sos, Pri, and Psi, then it does not matter because the one who is able to discriminate against the three categories of debtors is Bud.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of real abnormal cash flow operation (CFO) earnings management, real abnormal production earnings management, real abnormal discretionary expense earnings management, profitability, leverage on tax aggressiveness with an independent board of commissioners as a moderating variable. The population of this research is non-cyclicals consumer good companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2021 period and the sample tested was 81 data taken based on the purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial reports. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results of this research show that profitability and leverage have a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, cash flow operation (CFO) abnormal real profit management, abnormal production real profit management, abnormal discretionary expense real profit management have a negative effect on tax aggressiveness. The moderating variable of the independent board of commissioners cannot moderate the influence of cash flow operation (CFO) abnormal real earnings management, abnormal production real earnings management, abnormal real earnings management discretionary expense, profitability, and leverage on tax aggresiveness.

Abstract

Coastal areas have large potential economic resources and are full of problems that disturb and threaten the country's defense and security. So it is important to empower coastal communities as objects of non-military operations using various approaches. For this reason, this research aims to analyze policies for developing maritime area resilience (Bintahwilmar) through community service operations in coastal communities. This qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach takes policy objects in the Pangkalan Utama V Surabaya area, and collects data through documents and interviews. Analysis was carried out using a data interpretation approach. The results of the policy analysis can explain that coastal area development requires a holistic and collaborative approach involving the government, Indonesian Navy, local communities and various related parties. Community welfare is an important aspect in developing coastal areas, including through renovation programs and building livable houses. Cooperation between the government and the Indonesian Navy is based on the principles of democracy, human rights, transparency, accountability, community participation and environmental sustainability between the East Java Provincial Government and the Indonesian Navy. An important finding from this research is that the principles and elements underlying Ansell Collaborative Governance demonstrate the relevance and applicability of policy analysis models in the context of coastal development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Nature Conservation Program at PTBA Tanjung Enim Coal and its Relevance to the Ecological Values of the Qur'an. 2) To know the implications in action of Alternative Social Theology. This research is a type of field research (qualitative) where researchers directly observe and participate in a small social-scale research location, research conducted by researchers focuses on the natural damage of local coal mining. In conclusion, this study confirms that Islam provides relevant ethical and moral guidelines in the context of nature conservation. The nature conservation program at PT Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim is interpreted as a form of practical interpretation that translates the ecological values of the Qur'an into concrete actions. In addition, the article highlights the implications of social theology, emphasizing corporate responsibility to society and the surrounding environment
