Abstract

This study examines the strategy for the revitalization of the Asta Tinggi religious tourism area by utilizing the cultural identity and creative industries in Madura, Indonesia. More specifically, the revitalization strategy considers the active-collaborative involvement of the stakeholders. This study used a qualitative approach, with a phenomenological method. The primary data were obtained through field observations and in-depth interviews. Secondary data were obtained through literature references, news media, scientific documentation, pictures, and photos. This study found that the best model for the revitalization strategy of the Asta Tinggi religious tourism area must involve the Sumenep Palace family, the Asta Tinggi management unit, the private sectors, local communities, and local governments. The role of the Sumenep Palace family and the management of Asta Tinggi is very important because they have the rights and authority to manage the Asta Tinggi. The revitalization of this religious tourism area should be pursued by prioritizing the cultural identity of Madurese and the potential of digital-based creative industries. With this revitalization strategy model, it is hoped that the Asta Tinggi can be developed as a leading religious tourism destination in Madura, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study is prepared to analyze the causes of the declining trend in central government equity and further identify steps that the Government can take in anticipating the decline in equity. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis methods by analyzing trends in financial statements and comparing with policies and regulations that occurred in the reporting year so that it could not present further information about the reasons or considerations of the Government related to a policy that could increase / decrease equity significantly. As a result, this policy involves a formulation strategy with prudential and planned principles, especially in medium-term fiscal policy. The impact includes an increase in financing expenditures to cover the budget deficit, especially in operational expenditures.

Abstract

There are a number of intelligences within children those if developed can become special potentials and talents, one of which is kinesthetic intelligence. One of the efforts to improve kinesthetic intelligence in children can be done with fun activities, one of which is with a well-known early childhood learning model, namely the ATIK model (Observe, Imitate and Do). This study aims to develop an ATIK model in improving children's ability to observe, imitate, and be able to perform movements with the hope and purpose of improving kinesthetic intelligence. The study used descriptive qualitative methods. The data source came from group B students of PAUD Sedap Malam 16 Post Students totaling 15 students. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the ATIK model was effective in developing children's kinesthetic intelligence through foot pattern motoric play activities. The ATIK model in the game imitating foot patterns provides an increase in children's curiosity by observing, imitating and working so that children's kinesthetic development activities are carried out happily, purposefully and meaningfully.

Abstract

A critical study of Shaykh Uthaimin's tafsir is an in-depth attempt to analyze the approach and methodology of exegesis used by this figure. Shaykh Uthaimin, a famous scholar, is known for his work that includes Quranic exegesis. This study explores in detail his famous tafsir, "Tafsir Ahkam min al-Qur'an min al-Karim," focusing on his approach and method. The bi al-Ma'thur tafsir and Tahlili tafsir approaches, used by Shaykh Uthaimin, became the focal point of the analysis. This study explores how this method is reflected in the interpretation of surah al-Fatihah, al-Baqarah, and surah Ali Imran verse 29. The ahkam style applied by Uthaimin is also an important part of this critique, with a broader understanding of the Shari'a, its benefits, and the law of wisdom. This study not only limits itself to elements of Sharia law in the interpretation of certain verses, but also covers the entire Qur'an. In particular, this study highlights Uthaimin's view of the basmalah in surah al-Fatihah and its implications for prayer. Overall, this critical study provides in-depth insight into Shaykh Uthaimin's approach and methodology of exegesis, opening up space for a better understanding of his contribution to understanding and explaining the Qur'an.

Abstract

Banking secrecy is known in many countries in the world that have a bank financial institution. Banking secrecy is one of the most important principles. This is because one bank's development and growth are very dependent on public trust. Confidentiality of information that is born in banking activities is needed for the benefit of the bank and also the interest of the customer itself. This research discussed the function of the banking financial institution in protecting their customers through banking secrecy and the form of the tort of law against banking secrecy in judicial proceedings linked to the case. The method used in this research is juridical normative research. Data are collected by literature and document studies and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this research indicate that to overcome problems with banking secrecy, interference from the authorities in the consumer protection sector in the financial services field is needed that is, the Financial Services Authority institution, in Indonesian, is called Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The institution is expected to be able to protect customers from financial service businesses that are considered to harm the interests of customers. In the case, the customer sued the bank for violating banking secrecy based on the tort of law that is contrary to the bank’s legal obligations and the law as referred to in Article 40 Paragraph 1 of the Banking Law.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of employee involvement, job design, flexible working arrangements, and work engagement on employee performance. The sample for this research is freelance wedding organizer and event organizer employees in Magelang. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research uses multiple linear analysis which is processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that employee involvement, job design, flexible working arrangements, and work engagement simultaneously influences employee performance. Meanwhile, in the individual analysis, employee involvement, job design, flexible working arrangements and work engagement directly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines convergent tectonic interactions and structural patterns on Atauro Island, Timor-Leste. Atauro Island is located near the convergence zone of the Australian and Eurasian plates within the tectonic framework of the Sunda Arc. The interaction between these plates has shaped a variety of geological features, including folded mountains, rising faults, and plateaus. In addition, these tectonic interactions are also significant in their influence on mineralization patterns on Atauro Island, involving various forms of mineralization such as precious and base metal deposits, hydrothermal systems, and related volcanic events. The research provides important insights into the tectonic history and evolution of the area. The methods used in this study involve a number of steps and approaches to collect data, analyze geological phenomena, and understand the geological processes that occur. The results, important about the types of rocks present on Atauro Island, include andesite igneous rocks and volcanic intermediate igneous rocks. Overall, this study provides a deeper understanding of the geological processes that occur on Atauro Island due to convergent tectonic interactions, as well as the potential mineral resources contained on the island.

Abstract

In an era of economic development, business competition demands the acquisition of as many consumers as possible. This naturally requires a sound strategy in order to gain a competitive edge over rivals. The aim of this research is to evaluate the supply chain performance of Multi-level Marketing (MLM) companies by measuring SCM performance. SCM performance measurement is carried out using the SCOR model with the weights for each level divided equally and processing the actual data for each performance metric. After processing the data there are 7 SCOR performance metrics. Based on the results of data processing, the actual values are then normalized using the De Boer Snorm to obtain SCOR performance metric measurement values. The results obtained were a total score of 72.2 which is included in the good category, these results indicate that there is still a need to evaluate and improve performance

Abstract

Mathematics learning is still centered on the conventional model where the teacher has high authority while the student is the object of learning. This study aims to apply the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning method to increase student mathematics learning activities and outcomes. The type of research carried out is Classroom Action Research (PTK), with data collection techniques through observation sheets of student activities and learning outcome tests. Data analysis techniques use descriptive techniques. The subjects in this study were grade VII A students of SMP Negeri 7 Binamu, Jeneponto Regency. The results of this study show that the increase in student learning activity can be seen from the increase in learning activity of 11 students or 50%. In cycle I, there are 16 students or 72.73%, and in cycle II, there are 20 students or 90.91%; this result is by the specified indicators, namely the active and active categories, which reached 85%. The above reality is also supported by an increase in the average learning outcomes from 61.36 to 73.18 and 85.00 in the second cycle, with the level of learning completeness that also increased in each cycle, namely 5 students or 22.73%, in the first cycle there were 12 students or 54.55%, and in the second cycle there were 19 students or 86.36%. It can be concluded that the indicators of learning success criteria have been achieved in the second cycle, so the implementation of learning improvements is declared complete and complete in the second cycle.
