Fokus penelitian ini adalah inovasi kemampuan keuangan daerah dalam mengurangi tingkat ketergantungan pembiayaan pusat. Studi ini penting untuk dilakukan untuk mengetahui inovasi bagi pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah dengan memanfaatkan potensi daerah menjadi sumber pendapatan daerah yang baru. Ketergantungan daerah terhadap pembiayaan pusat menjadi masalah yang menarik untuk diteliti, mengingat rendahnya pemanfaatan sumber-sumber pendapatan daerah yang baru menjadi pendapatan asli daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi peningkatan kemampuan keuangan daerah dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pembiayaan pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan beberapa inovasi peningkatan kemampuan keuangan daerah dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pmbiayaan pusat yakni pemerintah daerah melakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai, melakukan pembangunan pasar baru Ibukota dan disetiap ibukota kecamatan, sistem jemput bola (proaktif), sistem pelayanan online, mengembangkan objek wisata baru, dan melakukan kerjasama organisasi perangkat daerah dalam sosialisasi dan penagihan pajak, membuat regulasi baru penyesuaian Nilai Jual Objek Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan perkotaan dan perdesaan, inovasi kapasitas masyarakat melalui sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Secara praktis hasil studi ini dapat memberi kontribusi pada pemerintah daerah dalam menggali sumber-sumber pendapatan daerah yang baru untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pembiayaan pusat. Selain itu, hasil studi ini dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan konsep inovasi peningkatan pendapatan daerah

This study aims to determine the learning process of students and their difficulties as well as the factors that cause students' difficulties in learning mathematics on the material of fractional operations. This research was conducted at SD N 101893 Bangun Rejo. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by analyzing the data in the form of descriptive analysis. The instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, it is known that the mathematics learning process for fourth grade students in the material of fractional operations is not going well. During the learning process, students do not have interest and motivation in participating in the learning process. The difficulties experienced by students in participating in the mathematics learning process for fractional number operations are about multiplication and division of fractions, and it is difficult to distinguish between the numerator and denominator. Meanwhile, the factors that cause learning difficulties for fourth grade students come from internal factors and external factors. Internal factors, namely students' negative perspectives on mathematics lessons that are considered difficult and also there is no motivation in students to participate in the learning process. Meanwhile, from external factors, namely the community environment, such as student activities playing outside of school and also the use of mass media, such as cellphones and also games that are increasingly accessible, have a negative impact on students

This study aims to analyze the Project Based Learning learning model on students' creativity on the theme of objects around us. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 067092 Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. In the initial observation, it was known that from 19 students in class V, there were only 5 students who had high creativity, while the other 14 students still had low creativity. The application of the Project Based Learning learning model on the theme of objects around us in class V, namely making jumputan batik. From the project implemented, the fifth grade students were very enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. Student creativity has also increased from before the Project Based Learning model was used. This can be seen from how students are able to make motifs on jumputan batik according to their respective creativity. After the Project Based Learning learning model made jumputan batik, from a total of 19 students in class V, 13 students had high creativity. Only 6 students tend to have low creativity. From this it can be said that the Project Based Learning learning model has a significant effect on the creativity of class V students

This study aims to development demonstration-based MangicBox media in KPK and FPB mathematics learning and measure the feasibility of these products so that they can be used as learning media in class 4 SD. This research uses a research and development approach (R&D), the development model used in this research is development capital ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). product trials carried out in SDN No. 106450 Cinta air in grade 4 by the number of students 18 students people. the result of the research is the development-based Magic Box media on KPK dan FPB mathematics learning in class 4 SDN No. 106450 Cinta Air. there are three result from the study, the first is the assessment of material aspects by 89% categorized as “vary decent” media feasibility aspect assessment is 93,3% has a valid category of “very decent” and the assessment of learning experts by 90% in the “Very feasible” category. Based on these results, it can box learning media is feasible to be applied in learning mathematics in grade IV Elementary School.

This development research was motivated by the findings of the researchers when conducting observations in class V SD 106450 Cinta Air, that the learning design was still not optimal and the delivery of learning materials was less interesting so that students experienced boredom in learning mathematics. This development research aims to develop a project-based LKPD on the subject of mathematics learning area of simple flat shapes in fifth grade elementary school which is feasible to use. This research is a type of research and development using the ADDIE development model. In this study, the researcher only carried out the ADDIE development model only until the development stage, because the focus of this research was only to develop project-based worksheets on mathematics subjects learning broad simple flat shapes that were suitable for use in the learning process. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire or questionnaire given to 3 expert validators, namely material expert validators, language expert validators and learning expert validators. Based on the validation results from the material expert validators, a score of 98 was obtained with the "Very Good" assessment criteria. From the results of the validation of linguists, a score of 92 was obtained with the assessment criteria of "Very Good" and from the results of the validation of learning experts obtained a score of 98 with the assessment criteria of "Very Good". The average score of the three validators is 96. From this score, it can be said that the project-based worksheets on the mathematics subject of simple flat shape learning are "Very Good" to be used in the learning process

This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model used by teachers on the material theme 7 sub-themes 1 on the development of food production technology for class III in elementary school 105332 Sei Blumai Tanjung Torawa. The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 105332 Sei Blumai Tanjung Morawa. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The instruments used in this study were observation and interviews. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets, interviews and documentation. The participants selected by the researcher were class III teachers and 19 students. The results of this study indicate that the teacher only carries out 4 of the 5 phases according to the syntax of the problem-based learning model. The application of the Problem Based Learning learning model to the subject matter of the development of food production technology which was carried out in class III SD Negeri 105332 Sei Blumai seems to have been carried out well. Student response to learning using problem based learning is said to be positive and it can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning model has been able to be followed by students. The application of the problem-based learning learning model to class III students at SD Negeri 105332 is classified as good and successful when viewed from fulfilling the criteria for the implementation of the learning steps and also the scores produced by the teacher during the learning process

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Kreativitas Guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tambelang Kabupaten Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan dengan menggunakan survei dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi sederhana, regresi linier sederhana. Ukuran populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah 64 guru. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 55 orang guru dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Berdasarkan data penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan komunikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kreativitas. Kreativitas dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan komunikasi di ligkungan sekolah.

This development research aims to develop contextual-based modules on theme 3 "Caring for Living Things" Sub-theme 1 "Animals and Plants in My Home Environment" that are suitable for use in the learning process in class IV. This research is a type of research and development (Research and Development) using the 4D development procedure developed by Thiagarajan. In this study, researchers carried out the 4D development procedure only up to stage 3, namely development, because the focus of this research was only to develop contextual-based modules on theme 3 "Caring for Living Things" Sub-theme 1 "Animals and Plants in My Home Environment which is suitable for use in the learning process. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire or questionnaire given to the validator, namely the media expert validator, material expert validator and learning expert validator. Based on the validation results from the media expert validator, a score of 89.2 was obtained. From the results of the material expert validation, a value of 91 was obtained and from the results of the learning expert validation, a value of 92 was obtained. The average value obtained from the overall assessment of the three expert validators was 90.73. Tracing the scoring score criteria, it can be said that the contextual-based module on theme 3 "Caring for Living Things" Sub-theme 1 "Animals and Plants in My Home Environment" developed is Very Valid for use in the learning process.

Konsep restorative justice adalah alternatif yang populer di dunia untuk penanganan perbuatan melawan hukum (melawan hukum dalam arti formal) karena menawarkan solusi yang komprehensif dan efektif. Berkaitan dengan banyaknya kasus penyebaran berita bohong (hoaks) untuk pencemaran nama baik di media sosial, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Surat Edaran (SE) No. SE/2/11/2021 tentang Kesadaran Budaya Beretika untuk Mewujudukan Ruang Digital Indonesia yang Bersih, Sehat, dan Produktif. Salah satu isi Surat Edaran tersebut adalah meminta penyidik memiliki prinsip bahwa hukum pidana merupakan upaya terakhir dalam penegakan hukum dan mengedepankan restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan atau studi dokumen yang dilakukan atau ditujukan hanya pada peraturan-peraturan yang tertulis atau bahan hukum yang lain. Berdasarkan keadilan restoratif yang menjadi dasar penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana dengan mengedepankan keadilan restoratif. Dalam penerapannya, restorative justice melibatkan masyarakat, korban serta pelaku kejahatan. Tujuan dari keterlibatan itu adalah agar tercapai suatu keadilan bagi seluruh pihak sehingga terciptanya keadilan bagi pelaku yang menyatakan kebebasan berpendapat. Atas dasar itu, tidak semua penyebar hoaks diproses hukum dengan cara menghadirkan ke persidangan untuk diberi hukuman yang setimpal atas apa yang diperbuat.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to analyze the application of the Gross Up method and how to calculate income tax article 21 for permanent employees at PT Pelnas Bintan Bugar Bugar. The research approach is a qualitative descriptive study, the type of data used is primary and secondary data, while the collection technique documentation data, observations and interviews, the data analysis technique in this study is a descriptive method, namely the method used to compile, collect, analyze a data collected in the form of numbers.The results of the research conducted at PT Pelnas Bintan Bugar Bugar showed that Article 21 of the gross up income tax method had not been applied to permanent employees in accordance with the applicable tax laws. Obtained corporate income tax that will be paid by PT Pelnas Bintan Bugar Bugar is smaller because there are tax allowances given to employees in accordance with the Article 21 income tax expense that will be paid
