Abstract

Public transportation activities are developing so rapidly, so that every public transportation business, one of which is the Trans Jakarta public transportation, is renovating and improving services from all aspects. Where these aspects start from the renovation of the bus stop, comfort, service and security in Trans Jakarta as well as the accuracy of arrival and departure schedules. The forms of service improvement as described above make Trans Jakarta service users feel satisfied. In marketing strategy, to increase sales, an important factor that needs to be considered is the level of customer satisfaction. Monitoring customer satisfaction that is carried out properly is a material for conducting accountable evaluations for decision making related to improving Trans Jakarta services, fulfilling service processes needed by customers, and improving service processes to customers. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which public service facilities are influenced by the quality of service for trans Jakarta users. In addition, to see how much public service facilities are affected by the quality of service for Trans Jakarta users. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS 24.0 software

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing what problems and solutions this institution faced when collecting and distributing the ZIS funds. The subject of this research is the head of the fundraising division in the city of Medan. This study uses a descriptive type of research using qualitative data. The validity of this hypothesis uses observational techniques that are used to strengthen the problems in this study. The results of this study can be concluded that there is still a lack of public knowledge of this institution. Then, there are still people who distribute their zakat funds individually. This has become a problem in the collection and distribution of ZIS funds. there is still a lack of public knowledge of this institution. This study has limitations, among others, researchers cannot reach all respondents because they have separate sections and are busy with each other. Abstract

“Analisis Titik Impas Usahatani Cabai Merah (Capsicum annum, L) (Studi Kasus Di Desa Paya Meuligoe Kecamatan Peureulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur)”. Dibawah bimbingan Muhammad Jamil dan Cut Gustiana. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis Titik impas (break event point) usahatani cabai merah di Desa Paya Meuligo Kecamatan Peureulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dusun Nurul Akla yang terdapat petani cabai merah dijadikan dusun sampel secara sengaja dan terdapat populasi petani cabai merah sebanyak 18 orang dan secara sensus dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data meliputi analisis biaya produksi, produksi, pendapatan kotor, pendapatan bersih, analisis BEPunit dan BEPrupiah. Hasil penelitian rata-rata pendapatan bersih usahatani cabai merah di Desa Paya Meuligo Kecamatan Peureulak yaitu sebesar Rp.12.048.543,40/UT/MT. Produksi cabai merah yaitu rata-rata sebesar 640,33 Kg per MT lebih besar dari nilai BEPunit hasil perhitungan yaitu 158,39 Kg, dengan demikian dari sisi BEPunitusahatani cabai merah di Desa Paya Meuligo Kecamatan Peureulak dinyatakan layak untuk diusahakan.Harga cabai merah rata-rata sebesar Rp.25.000/Kg lebih besar daripada BEPrupiahhasil perhitungan Rp.6.183,95/Kg, dengan demikian dari sisi BEPrupiahusahatani cabai merah di Desa Paya Meuligo Kecamatan Peureulak dinyatakan layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

Infeksi COVID-19 pertama kali dilaporkan di China pada Desember 2019 yang kemudian dinyatakan sebagai darurat kesehatan masyarakat yang menjadi perhatian internasional oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO). Virus ini terbukti sangat menular dan mengakibatkan masalah pernapasan yang dapat mengancam jiwa. Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan andalan penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat dan memiliki potensi yang cukup besar untuk memerangi pandemi COVID-19. Artikel ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai upaya apoteker komunitas dalam menghambat penyebaran infeksi COVID-19. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui database PubMed menggunakan metode PICO (Population/Problem, Intervention, Compare, Outcome) dengan P: infection COVID-19, I: Controlling COVID-19, O: Community Pharmacists’ Efforts. Diperoleh sebanyak 331 artikel dengan tahun terbit 2019-2021 dan 7 diantaranya memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Dari penelusuran literaratur diketahui bahwa upaya apoteker komunitas dalam menanggulangi infeksi COVID-19 diantaranya adalah menyediakan HCPs (Health Care Provider) yang dapat diakses, memastikan stok dan akses ke obat-obatan, menjamin ketersediaan obat penyakit kronis, home care, edukasi pasien, sanitasi ruangan apotek, skrining pasien COVID-19, vaksinasi, meluruskan kesalahpahaman (mitos), memberikan dukungan psikologis, farmakovigilans di tingkat komunitas, dan mengontrol penggunaan suplemen makanan.

Abstract

This article describes various public opinions regarding the imposition of the death penalty for drug offenders in Indonesia. The study focused on differences of opinion community in responding to the execution of the death penalty for drug offenders and efforts formulate effective criminal penalties for drug crimes. This article examines it from the point of view of the sociology of law, especially the theory of behaviorism and the theory of justice. In from the perspective of the sociology of law, a sentencing device should include two things, namely: first, it must accommodate the aspirations of the people who demand retaliation as a offset on the basis of the extent of the offender's fault. Second, it must include objectives punishment, namely maintaining and maintaining community unity. With Thus, the law must represent the community's sense of justice. Hence attitudes and actions people who choose the death penalty for drug offenders can justified even though in other places the death penalty is abolished.

Abstract

Untuk memberikan perlindungan kesehatan dari bahaya asap rokok dan memberikan ruang dan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat bagi masyarakat, Pemerintah Kota Sukabumi menetapkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 3 Tahun 2014 tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR). Tetapi, kenyataannya masyarakat masih merokok pada kawasan yang sudah ditetapkan sebagai kawasan tanpa rokok. Dari fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kapasitas pemerintah daerah dalam menetapkan kebijakan KTR karena dari perspektif kapasitas kebijakan memungkinkan untuk memahami lebih baik mengapa hasil kebijakan belum optimal. Teori yang digunakan sebagai bahan analisis adalah teori Kapasitas Kebijakan yang dikemukakan oleh Wu, Ramesh dan Howlett (2015). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kapasitas pemerintah daerah dalam menetapkan kebijakan KTR sudah mumpuni.

Abstract

Unsafe behavior takes many forms from a simple failure to wear or use personal protective equipment to an intentional act, such as moving a guard machine or tampering with a security mechanism into a security system. There are many reasons why people behave unsafely, perhaps they were taught certain unsafe work methods early in the job and see it now as standard work practice, they may lack the skills or knowledge to perform tasks safely, as in certain manual handling, they may failed to secure the load due to timely demands. Factors causing accidents and poor health. The main causes of accidents in the workplace are caused by unsafe behavior and employers need to be aware that reducing accidents can only be achieved by identifying, examining and focusing these behaviors. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in the study were all workers in the production division of PT.X, totaling 65 people. The sample in this study used total sampling, namely all workers in the production division of PT. X as many as 65 people. Data collection in this study was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate with chi-square. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between attitudes (p-value = 0.035), knowledge (p-value = 0.041), training (p-value = 0.043) on unsafe behavior in workers in the production division of palm oil processing PT. X in 2021. It is recommended for companies as input and consideration for companies in their work in order to prevent work accidents

Abstract

Pembangunan Bandara Yogyakarta International Airport yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Temon Kabupaten Kulon Progo mengakibatkan 5 desa terdampak, diantaranya yaitu Desa Glagah, Desa Sindutan, Desa Jangkaran, Desa Palihan dan Desa Kebonrejo. Adanya pembangunan terebut mampu menimbulkan dampak negatif ataupun positif bagi masyarakat. Dampak negatif diantaranya terjadinya konflik di masyarakat, terjadinya pro dan kontra, perbedaan pola pikir. Akan tetapi itu semua dapat terselesaikan melalui rekonsiliasi konflik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dari adanya pembangunan bandara Yogyakarta International Airport. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi media massa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak positif dari pembangunan bandara adalah terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan dan peningkatan perekonomian di masyarakat.

Abstract

Social work is a profession that is oriented to help and has the main task in overcoming social problems, one of which is to overcome children's problems. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by describing the implementation of the principles of value and ethics of social workers in dealing with child problems and the ethical dilemmas contained in them. The purpose of this research is expected to provide an overview of practice in the field as an effort to improve the quality of social work stuttering increasingly has adequate competence, both in terms of values and ethics in doing the profession.
