Abstract

A village is said to be advanced, which is inseparable from the characteristics of its local wisdom, people who help each other and support each other in completing a job or in other words, mutual cooperation. Community involvement in the process of tourism development as a process of change is interrelated and cannot be separated, this is of course the main capital in carrying out development in villages to compete in tourism. In the process of tourism development, local communities must participate in all stages starting from the pallning stage implementation to the supervision stage. The purpose of this study was to see the extent to which local communities are involved and participate in the process of developing tourism potential in Lalang Tourism Village, Manggar District, East Belitung Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods, data collection through interviews, field observation using several stages, namely; (a) identification of problems in the development of Lalang Tourism Village, (b) mapping of the potential of Lalang Tourism village, and (c) identification of institutional potential in Lalang Tourism Village.

Abstract

MUA Rias Athif's make-up service is one of the service businesses engaged in facial make-up. MUA Rias Athif's make-up services serve wedding, graduation, and other make-up services. Where the clients are women, of course, starting from schoolchildren to adults, with various make-up needs they want. In the era of growing, there are more and more other make-up services, which have promoted their services through social media, so from this to find out MUA Rias Athif's make-up services, how is the promotion strategy in social media. This study describes the form of promotion strategy in social media used by MUA Rias Athif. The research design used is a qualitative descriptive type of research. The method of data collection in this study is documentation because it is the owner of his own business. The instruments used are photos of activities and make up fortopolio and testimonials in the form of videos. The data analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research refers to the theory of the promotion mix which contains promotions through several social media such as WhatsApp, Public Relations which affect the increase in new clients, Personal Selling (Personal Selling) direct communication between business owners and prospective clients, Direct Marketing (Direct Marketing) social media as a place to promote makeup results and video testimonials from clients to attract the attention of potential clients.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling kelompok untuk mengurangi kecemasan menghadapi lingkungan sosial pada residen yang menjalani rehabilitasi dengan masalah penyalahgunaan narkoba. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ada 5 orang residen yang sedang menjalani masa rehabilitasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 4 dari 5 orang residen yang mengikuti kegiatan konseling kelompok mengatakan bahwa kecemasannya berkurang dan penerimaan dirinya meningkat karena residen merasa ada dukungan dari orang disekitar dan tidak sendiri menghadapi ketakutan-ketakutan yang akan terjadi setelah selesai menjalani rehabilitasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of behavioral aspects on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City. This research was conducted in East Langsa District, Langsa City. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total sample of 41 people. To determine the effect of behavioral aspects on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City, statistical analysis using multiple linear regression method was used. Data processing was performed using SPSS computer software. The results of this study indicate that the skill variable has a significant effect on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City. and the variable farmer knowledge and attitude does not have a significant effect on the income of Aceh cattle breeders (Bos-Bibos) in East Langsa District, Langsa City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of BPJS employment in legal protection, constraints, and efforts in providing social security for workers at PT. Rimba Mujur Mahkota. This research was conducted at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota in Natal area, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra.Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews and documentation.The data that has been obtained from the results of the research will then be collected and analyzed descriptively, namely an analysis that describes the content and will be discussed in the form of an elaboration by giving meaning according to the applicable legislation so as to arrive at conclusions based on this research. From the results of the study it was found that: PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota 1) There is no violation of the fulfillment of Article 14 of Law Number 24 of 2011, because all workers at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota participates in BPJS Employment.2) Has given social security rights to all workers at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota. Efforts made by BPJS Employment so that workers at PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota provides social security benefits, namely, Carrying out program functions provided by BPJS Employment, namely Work Accident Protection, Old Age Protection, Pension Protection, and Death Protection. Legal protection for workers of PT.Rimba Mujur Mahkota who is experiencing social welfare problems, such as health, and old age is to provide social security organized by BPJS Employment.As stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS).

Abstract

Banking has a very important role in the economic activities of the community. However, where the COVID-19 pandemic affects the community's economy, most of them are very difficult to carry out their obligations as customers to the Bank. So it is very difficult for customers to repay the loan. This study aims to find out how the level of customer ability in credit payments during the covid 19 pandemic and the implementation of credit restructuring carried out according to regulations from PT Bank Sumut KCP Mandala By Pass, Medan City Medan. The type of research used by the author is descriptive research with a qualitative approach to the nature of empirical/sociological research. Data collection techniques are based on documents and interviews. The results of the analysis carried out indicate that the implementation of the credit restructuring policy at PT Bank Sumut KCP Mandala By Pass is running in accordance with the regulations and credit restructuring policies, namely by saving through lowering interest rates, extending the term, reducing credit arrears, reducing principal arrears.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact all over the world. Almost all government and private sectors have been affected by the outbreak. One of the impacts is that the settlement process between the company's dispute relationship and the workers becomes uncontrollable which causes the economy to worsen. As for the entrepreneur who makes a denial of the worker that has been stipulated by the legislation, it will result in a dispute between the entrepreneur and his/her workers. Legal efforts to obtain their rights so that workers get justice by means of workers resolving disputes through arbitration efforts so that both parties get the same justice. This type of research is normative research using primary and secondary materials. The technique of collecting data is based on literature study and document study. The results of the analysis carried out indicate that the settlement of industrial relations disputes through arbitration efforts, namely by the provisions of Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning industrial relations disputes must be based on the agreement of the disputing parties in written form in an arbitration agreement, the contents of which must contain the submission of the agreement. settlement of industrial relations disputes through arbitration.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of BRSKPN "Insyaf" in Empowering Drug Abuse Victims in Medan, North Sumatra in 2021. This study uses a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The discovery of the sample used in this study was through data collection and interviews. Informants in this study were Rehabilitation Center staff and clients who were users and social workers. The results showed that the role of Social Rehabilitation for Drug Abuse Victims "Insyaf" in providing services was very good, it can be seen from the programs that have been given to clients so that clients are able to be more independent and can develop talents and interests. The Social Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abuse Victims provides training that is able to hone the skills of clients so that when clients leave the "Insyaf" Rehabilitation Center, they can support themselves and be able to compete with the general public.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk 1)menilisik pengembangan system penjaminan mutu pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik 2) peran penjaminan mutu pendidikan dalam lembaga pendidikan dan 3) memahami esensi system penjaminan mutu pendidikan serta output yang ditawarkan oleh penjaminan mutu. Adapun metode dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan studi litelatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) pengembangan penjaminan mutu dalam suatu organisasi bisa dikatakan sebagai ruh dalam sebuah organisasi, termasuk pendidikan. khususnya seorang pendidik yang memiliki peranan penting sebagai penggerak utama. Pengembangan dari system penjaminan mutu terkhusus pendidik dapat diarahkan kepada pembangunan konsep pendidik professional yang lebih luas 2) sistem penjaminan mutu dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu instrumen metodologis yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan dianggap mampu menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan pendidikan. 3) esensi dari penjaminan mutu ialah mutu itu sendiri, sedangkan yang menjadi tolak ukur adalah pelanggan sebagai focus utama dari penjaminan mutu, sedangkan output yang ditawarkan ialah produk atau pun jasa yang tentunya sesuai dengan pemangku kepentingan atas produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Sehingga kemudian dengan konsep pendidik professional yang tawarkan lebih mengarah pada pandangan yang lebih luas dengan menuntut keprofesionalan secara totalitas bukan hanya sekedar syarat. Meskipun terlihat samar sama, namun sejatinya konsep keprofesionalan ini memaparkan tingkat kejelasan yang lebih berarti yakni dengan memiliki jiwa pendidik sebagai landasan utamanya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of consumer preferences for purchasing decisions of milkfish (Chanos chanos) in Seruway District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The independent variables used in this study are price, location and quality. While the dependent variable used is consumer preferences for milkfish purchasing decisions. Determination of the sampling technique using the Nonprobability Sampling method, namely the saturated sampling method as many as 35 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis includes income analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the price variable (X1) had a significant effect on consumer preferences on milkfish purchasing decisions (Chanos chanos), the location variable (X2) had no significant effect on consumer preferences on milkfish purchasing decisions (Chanos chanos), quality variable (X3) has a significant effect on consumer preferences on purchasing decisions of milkfish (Chanos chanos) in Seruway District, Seruway Regency.
