Abstract

The use of personal protective equipment is the final stage of the method of controlling occupational accidents and occupational diseases. Oil palm farmers in Rantau Rasau Village on average harvesters do not use personal protective equipment that must be worn while working such as: helmets, gloves, and boots. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude with the use of personal protective equipment. The research design used was cross sectional. This research was conducted in Rantau Rasau Village on August 31 to September 3, 2021. The research sample was 46 oil palm farmers in Rantau Rasau Village. The sample size was determined by saturated sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data collection techniques by interviewing respondents. The collected data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi square test. A total of 50.0% of respondents had poor behavior in the use of personal protective equipment, 63.0% of respondents had good knowledge and 56.5% of respondents had good attitudes. The results of bivariate analysis show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.002) and attitude (p = 0.037) with the use of personal protective equipment on oil palm farmers in Rantau Rasau Village in 2021. It is expected that oil palm farmers always use personal protective equipment when working which serves to reduce the impact of accidents on labor from accidents that may occur in the workplace

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan bagaimana inovasi pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor ditinjau dari indikator-indikator dimensi inovasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memperoleh data (data primer dan data sekunder) melalui teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk observasi dan wawancara kepada narasumber yang terkait. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan serangkaian teknik atau metode, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor berbasis online di Kantor SAMSAT Kota Makassar merupakan program yang dicanangkan oleh Bapenda provinsi sulawesi selatan melalui UPTD Kantor Samsat. Data menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor secara Online dapat dinilai efektif karena dapat memudahkan dan menguntungkan masyarakat sebagai wajib pajak. Pembayaran pajak bermotor secara online di kantor SAMSAT Kota Makassar dalam tiga tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan ini membuktikan bahwa inovasi yang dijalankan oleh kantor samsat Kota Makassar telah digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai wajib pajak

Abstract

Uterine involution in postpartum mothers is influenced by many factors, one of which is physical activity, namely postpartum exercise or postpartum exercise (if the mother is healthy) which aims to reduce infections that occur in uterine involution caused by remaining blood that is not expelled, reducing the risk of abnormal bleeding. and to avoid blood clots that block veins. The implementation of this research was carried out by providing Otaria post partum exercise treatment in the intervention group and no post partum exercise treatment in the control group for 7 days. The design used in this research was Post Test Only Control Group Design or post test with experimental and control groups. The histogram shows that the average CAT levels increased in the treatment group, namely post partum mothers who carried out the Otaria exercise. In the control group, the average CAT levels appeared to decrease, namely post partum mothers who did not do Otaria exercises. Post partum mothers who did not do Otaria exercises had a decrease in CAT levels. The post partum period is a condition that is vulnerable to all kinds of stress. This is the result of physiological changes and metabolic functions since the beginning of pregnancy and fatigue during childbirth, causing oxidative reactions to increase to produce the energy needed by women in the post partum period. Oxidative stress in mothers during the post-partum period can be prevented by doing Otaria exercises which can increase CAT levels in post-partum mothers' plasma

Abstract

BPSK (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen) merupakan lembaga perlindungan konsumen yang berkedudukan pada daerah kabupaten/kota yang bertugas menyelesaikan persengketaan konsumen diluar lembaga peradilan umum. Perlu diketahui realisasi pelaksanaan putusan BPSK yang mengambil sample di Provinsi Yogyakarta dalam penyelesaian sengketa perjanjian pembiayaan konsumen serta peran pengadilan berikut hambatannya. Penelitian ini empiris dengan data primer berupa wawancara dengan jajaran anggota BPSK Kota Yogyakarta dipadukan dengan data sekunder. Tujuannya adalah mengetahui implementasi ketentuan hukum normatif secara langsung pada setiap peristiwa hukum tertentu yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan putusan BPSK Kota Yogyakarta dalam penyelesaian sengketa perjanjian pembiayaan konsumen sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen serta sesuai dengan pedoman teknis penyelesaian sengketa yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk negosiasi, mediasi dan arbitrase. Diperlukan pembaharuan terhadap Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen khususnya putusan yang bersifat tetap dan final, sehingga berimplikasi pada tidak ada lagi para pihak yang dapat mengajukan ke Pengadilan Negeri apabila keberatan terhadap putusan BPSK
