Telepon Genggam sudah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup manusia modern, kepemilikan atas telepon genggam bukan lagi sebagai barang mewah dan sudah sulit dijumpai pribadi-pribadi yang belum memiliki telepon genggam. Selain untuk berkomunikasi melalui suara, fasilitas lain telepon yang akrab digunakan adalah pesan singkat (SMS). Penggunaan SMS telah menjadi kebiasaan baru dalam kehidupan manusia, saat ini sulit menemukan seseorang yang tidak dapat menggunakan SMS. Pemanfaatan SMS Layanan Informasi dapat dipertimbangkan mengingat layanan operator-operator seluler sudah mencakup hampir semua ibukota kecamatan di wilayah Indonesia, selain itu luasnya cakupan biaya layanan SMS semakin murah

Adanya teknologi komputer yang memiliki komponen yang mampu menyediakan fungsi dan fitur yang berkualitas, handal, cepat dan aman, tidak salah kalau perusahaan atau instansi ikut serta dalam memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi komputer sampai sekarang ini.Perkembangan teknologi sampai ssat ini perusahaan yang ikut berkecimpungan di dalam dunia bisnis harus memiliki peralatan yang cukup lengkap dan bekerja dengan baik yang nantinya bisa menghasilkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Dealer Sepeda Motor Prima Service merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sekaligus pembayaran sepeda motor, perusahaan ini termasuk kategori yang memberikan penjualan secara kredit. Selama ini perusahaan tersebut berjalan seperti biasanya dalam melakukan penjualannya, karena setiap harinya sering bagi nasabah melakukan pembayaran angsuran terhadap sepeda motor yang sudah dibeli oleh nasabah. Dalam perusahaan ini, penulis menemukan beberapa permintaan dari perusahaan terkait sistem yang di inginkan oleh pihak perusahaan, karena sistem yang mereka gunakan selama ini termasuk sistem yang sangat sederhana, karena sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem aplikasi Microsoft Excell sebagai penginputan data untuk mendata beberapa nasabah yang akan melakukan pembayaran kredit sepeda motor, berkaitan dengan sistem tersebut, perusahaan mengharapkan agar sistem dapat diganti untuk memiliki sistem yang lebih efisien lagi, agar dalam melakukan input data tersebut sangat mudah cepat dan aman.

The development of this very advanced technology in computers era, all document have turned into softcopy file, which can be accessed with computer or smartphone. So many people commit plagiarism by not listed the source and resulting copyright infringement. The plagiarism can be interpreted as an action that takes statements of theft other people’s ideas. In law, patents and intellectual property rights are already regulated In law. Therefore to make it easier for teachers and lecturers in academic. Identification of document is needed to know whether the document includes plagiarism by detecting the similarity of text between documents. Then the authenticity in each document can be maintained its authenticity. The process of identification are using Winnowing and Ratcliff/Obershelp algorithm. Winnowing algorithm is algorithm used to perform the process of checking word similarity (document fingerprint) to identify plagiarism of document. Ratcliff/Obershelp is also used to detect similarities, but it works by returning value that can be userd as a percentage to show the similarity of two strings by calculating the number of characters contained in two strings. Both of these algorithm can be used to identify percentage of similarity of text document.

Jaya Hasil Laut is a company that produces, sells fish in the form of canned food. As for the problems faced by the company, namely the process of selecting the head of production which is less accurate, the company determines the head of production based on production employees. The process of determining the head of production is carried out based on a recap of the names and values of permanent employees received from the production department. The process of determining and selecting the head of production is processed using a semi-computerized system so that data errors from permanent employees often occur and the process of calculating and determining the head of production takes a long time, and new assessment criteria are needed in the selection of production heads to get more effective results. To overcome the problems mentioned above, a decision support system is needed in determining the head of production who will be appointed as head of production at PT. Jaya Hasil Laut. Decision Support System or Decision Support System is a system that is able to provide problem solving skills and communication skills for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. This system is used to assist decision making in determining the head of production. By applying the SAW method is very appropriate for the selection of production heads. The SAW method is able to simplify an unstructured complex problem so that the results of the selection of production heads can be obtained in the form of ranking.

SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Medan is an agency engaged in education. During the current pandemic, all teaching and learning activities at SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Medan are very limited by the government. The impact that is felt is very influential on all sectors, especially education. Students and teachers are only allowed to meet face-to-face for only a few hours and not all students can enter the room, so that in 1 class is divided into two waves. With this very limited time, of course, not all of the material that will be conveyed can be completed in the meeting, so the teacher usually initiates by opening online classes so that material that is not discussed at face-to-face time can still be delivered perfectly, especially in animation subjects. However, there are still most of the students of SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Medan who are lacking in capturing and understanding animation lessons. All of this is due to unattractive learning strategies, and the management of learning activities that do not arouse children's learning motivation. Therefore, teachers need to have theoretical knowledge that is used as a provision in creating learning strategies that are not only effective for achieving learning objectives but also effective for building healthy personalities in children.

Jackson Niagatama is a company engaged in the production of animal feed. The problem faced by PT. Jackson Niagatama is that it is difficult to determine the best animal feed because it is still done manually, which is to conduct an assessment directly and requires a long time and difficulty in determining the best quality animal feed. To assist the company in making decisions in determining the best animal feed at PT. Jackson Niagatama, the authors conducted research on the criteria for determining the best animal feed using the Topsis method. The Topsis method is one of the methods used in Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) by looking at the closest solution/alternative as an approach to the ideal solution in ranking. This method focuses on ranking and selecting from a number of alternatives even though the criteria are conflicting. The problem of determining the best animal feed is a problem that can be solved using the Topsis method. The Topsis method provides a ranking to the closest solution even though there are conflicting criteria, so that decision makers in this case can choose the right ranking according to the available alternatives.

In humans, disease is the cause of health problems in the human body that attacks a number of people. Humans often know that their bodies have health problems, but do not know exactly what diseases are attacking them and how to treat them, so that to find out and deal with diseases an expert who understands health problems (doctors, midwives, or nurses). Typhoid is a disease whose incidence is quite extensive and can attack anyone regardless of age and ethnicity. The current obstacle is the general public's ignorance of the disease they are experiencing due to the high costs that must be spent to find out the disease early without having to consult a doctor. So it is necessary to have a system that can make it easier for patients to diagnose the disease experienced early to prevent the disease to a higher level. The method that will be used in this research is the Bayes method which is a method to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain in the form of a metric that is usually used in expert systems.

The process of buying and selling goods at several online shops to sell their products easily. Here, buyers will also gather to get various kinds of products they need. So it can be concluded that the main function of the marketplace is as a liaison between buyers and sellers. The sellers generally do not have to pay for the rental of the online shop stalls. This means that anyone can join and become a seller in the marketplace. We cannot control who and the background or motives of the sale. We also don't know for sure about how reliable the seller selling their products is. However, over time, the marketplace has undergone many developments to minimize the possibilities that could harm consumers so that security is increasingly tightened, such as using finger prints as an identification authentication code in using the system so that one application can only be accessed by one user, which is better and better. safe. There is still a data collection of goods which is still conventional, namely by entering the data into a price list book, sales transaction book and so on. So doing transactions and entering the data must open the sales transaction data collection book. From the problems above, it is expected that people who have shops and those who do not have shops and companies will be more easily recognized because the products offered can be seen and accessed by the public if they maximize the use of the internet as a sales and promotion medium. The marketplace information system will be a place to conduct business activities and transactions between buyers and sellers.

Dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja dan pelaksanaan tugas bagi karyawan, dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan perasaan puas bagi karyawan, salah satu cara yang dilakukan perusahaan adalah dengan melakukan transfer karyawan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan antara lain disiplin waktu, kehadiran, kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja dan keterampilan karyawan sehingga di lingkungan kerja karyawan dapat merasakan dirinya akan dihargai dan juga mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan diri di tempat yang baru. Proses penilaian mutasi pegawai dilakukan secara manual dengan mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai menggunakan buku kertas kerja, data pegawai diterima oleh HRD dari masing-masing divisi kemudian bagian HRD menginput data pegawai yang akan ditransfer ke Microsoft Excel. Hasil dari penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan mutasi pegawai dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan metode WASPAS. untuk memilih dan mengevaluasi setiap karyawan yang layak atau tidak layak untuk dipindahkan, dan dapat menyederhanakan proses input nilai setiap karyawan dan HRD dapat mengubah nilai matriks sesuai dengan kepentingan setiap kriteria dan subkriteria dalam penilaian karyawan memproses dan secara otomatis mengubah nilai karyawan yang telah diinput, sehingga proses rekomendasi pemilihan mutasi karyawan di PT. Mestika Sakti lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun bertujuan untuk mendapatkan karyawan yang layak dipindahkan ke tempat yang lebih baik
