Abstract

One of the causes of the failure of hybrid corn cultivation activities is pests and diseases which are the result of complex or unbalanced interactions between the three components in weak aquatic ecosystems, ferocious pathogens and deteriorating environmental quality. With that, it is necessary to have an application that can help farmers to take care of corn plants so that they are not attacked by pests and diseases. The application system created in this study is an expert system that can analyze the types of diseases in corn. The expert system in this study uses the Forward Changing method. This expert system is expected to be able to assist farmers in solving farmer problems in detecting corn disease by making applications using WEB, with MySQL and Xampp databases.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in Siamporik Village who have good celery planting skills, but lack knowledge about this celery plant disease. In the village of Siamporik, the skill of growing celery is due to the lack of detecting celery disease which makes the harvest unsatisfactory. To reduce yield losses, an expert system for diagnosing sop leaves (celery) was created so that it can detect plant diseases, using the Forward Channeling method, using the Web as an application, and using MySQL and Xampp databases.

Abstract

The era that is increasingly developing requires that we have to keep up with the times that are increasingly developing. Meant in medical science, in detecting disease must also follow the current developments. Digestion is one of the organs that exist in humans created by God. The digestive system is present in the body, it is difficult to detect any disease that is in the digestive tract. With this expert system, it is able to make it easier to detect digestive diseases with the help of information technology. And the data makes it easier for medicine to detect this disease. Abstract

SMP N 1 Rantau Selatan is a junior high school located in Sioldengan Village, Rantau Selatan District, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. As time went on, junior high schools experienced many problems in managing centralized data storage media, synchronizing between devices and file sharing. Where data storage is carried out on each computer not centralized and file sharing is still manual between one computer and another. Making it difficult for teachers and students of SMP Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan to do file sharing and centralized data storage. So through the authors of SMP Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan, they have an innovation to implement the Cloud Computing system to overcome this problem. Cloud Computing is a client-server model, where resources such as servers, storage, network and software can be viewed as services that can be accessed by users remotely and at any time. Cloud computing infrastructure such as: servers, storage, network, and various software is called "cloud". In this study using the Linear Sequential Model method. This method is used to build the required system model to build a cloud computing server. This study uses the Linear Sequential Model method considering that the built Cloud Computing is a system that has high complexity and takes a long time so it needs to be built systematically.

Abstract

Design of the K-Means Method for Grouping the Distribution of Yamaha Sun Berlian Motor Products on Jl. SM Raja Bakaran Batu based on motorbike type and color. Research data can be grouped based on the type and color of motorbike. Using the K-Means Clustering Method. The complete results of the K-Means calculation process to determine the type and color of the Yamaha motorbike sun diamond are grouped into 4 clusters according to the type and color of the motorbike. Where the number of motorbikes in cluster 1 according to type and color is 51, cluster 2 is 29, cluster 3 is 23 and cluster 4 is 5.

Abstract

Petani merupakan seseorang yang memelihara tanaman seperti kelapa. Setiap petani berhak menerima hasil terbaik dari yang di tanam. Lahan yang bagus mampu menghasilkan tanaman yang baik, kualitas tanaman terbaik di hasilkan ketika pertumbuhan tanaman stabil. Pertumbuhan tanaman stabil dilakukan dengan cara mengontrol pertumbuhan pada tanaman. Pada umumnya petani mengontrol pertumbuhan tanaman dengan cara tradisional, hal tersebut membuat kekeliruan petani untuk pertumbuhan tanaman. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi pengawasan pertumbuhan pada tanaman dapat dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk mengenali jenis hama pada daun kelapa. Pengenalan jenis hama tersebut dapat diterapkan dan diaplikasikan dengan menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering dan SVM (Support Vector Machine). K-Means Clustering adalah metode yang digunakan untuk segmentasi citra sedangkan SVM adalah metode yang digunakan untuk pengakelasan data jenis hama.

Abstract

This research aims to determine organizational structure as an important tool in every form of activity or business, because the role of organizational structure is to regulate 45 management functions where in this organizational structure there is a division of work positions and at the same time there are also activities that must be carried out by each part of the work position. that has been determined, of course the organizational structure must be filled with human resources that are appropriate to the field they are working in, so that the goals can be achieved easily. For discussion in this research analysis, the plan will be to carry out research according to what is currently underway and further analysis of the shop. To make research easier, researchers create a framework for analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an automated approach for nanoparticle segmentation within carbon composites using a U-Net model. Nanoparticles in carbon composites are critical for enhancing the mechanical and electrical properties of these materials, but manual detection and segmentation are challenging due to their minute size and dispersed distribution. In this study, a U-Net model with an encoder-decoder architecture was employed to segment scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of palladium-carbon (Pd/C) nanoparticles. The dataset comprised 750 SEM images, exhibiting diverse nanoparticle shapes and sizes. Preprocessing steps included image cropping to eliminate irrelevant regions and the application of Otsu Thresholding to generate ground truth segmentation masks. Model performance was assessed using metrics such as Intersection over Union (IoU), accuracy, and loss. The U-Net model demonstrated high segmentation accuracy, achieving rates between 92% and 95% after 20 training epochs. Additionally, the model was deployed via a Flask web application for real-time prediction. This work significantly advances the efficiency and accuracy of nanoparticle segmentation, offering promising applications in material science and industrial research.
