Abstract

The attendance system is an important thing in a lecture as a student attendance recorder. At SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah, attendance determines whether a student is entitled or not to take the Semester Final Examination with a percentage of 80% of 16 meetings in one semester. Currently, attendance is done conventionally, where students sign an attendance form based on the subject being studied. Retrieval of attendance data manually has many shortcomings, such as invalid data when the data entered is wrong, missing or corrupted existing data. Sheets of paper that are used as attendance tools are used during the lecture period of one semester, so the paper used is generally easily damaged. The problem with paper media is the background of the need for applications that can handle the attendance process, and at least reduce the level of risk of damage to the attendance data that has been generated. Associated with the problem of attendance files that have a high risk of damage and the ability of mobile devices that are able to process digital files that make it possible to deal with existing attendance system problems, the rationale for making applications that can handle student attendance problems that occur in the world of lectures emerges. The ability of Android as a sophisticated device, is considered very capable of dealing with existing problems. The application that is built is expected to be able to handle data processing in the attendance system so as to produce the required information such as recapitulation data, as well as overcome the problem of attendance data damage.

Abstract

The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is a government agency that carries out the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religion in the religious field, whose main function is to provide services to the community in the surrounding environment in terms of religious guidance and services. In the service process, KUA as a government agency documents all activities it does, including the process of correspondence. The KUA Medan Deli, which is the object of the case study in this study, uses a conventional mail archive management system, so that the efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out its operations is low. the archive management information system at KUA Medan Deli is a solution that can optimize the work performance of the filing process. Developed with the fish bone method for its manufacture. the Medan Deli KUA information system is able to minimize the allocation of storage places that previously used cupboards, speeding up the data search process because it has been integrated into the system, where previously the data was only stored in physical form, so that various kinds of modern system advantages are found in the Medan Deli KUA information system., and become a disease representative directly in the network

Abstract

Determination of the thesis supervisor at the Faculty of Computer science, Al Washliyah University (UNIVA) Labuhanbtu is currently carried out by determining directly by determining the thesis supervisor to direct and assist in completing the thesis. The main objective of this research is to determine the thesis supervisor of the Faculty Computer science, University of Al Washliyah (UNIVA) Labuhanbatu, the method used in determining the supervisor is using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The creation of this system begins. Observing and searching for data, analyzing and collecting data, designing, programming, and the application uses the visual basic programming language, source code and access database for its database. The final result of this research is to produce a decision support system for determining thesis supervisor using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method.

Abstract

Oil palm planting has bright prospects due to the sufficient availability of various supporting factors, although there are also various challenges to the existence and sustainability of these natural resources. Oil palm (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq) is a plantation crop that is very tolerant of unfavorable environmental conditions. Bud rot (spear rot) is a disease that attacks the bud or shoot area of oil palm plants. You have to be wary of this disease because it attacks young plants so that the plant grows abnormally, is unable to form fruit, is stunted, and grows slowly. The most worrying thing is that the attack is at the growing point. If a hole is made in the stem, a foul-smelling yellow liquid will come out. The decision support system is a system device capable of solving problems efficiently and effectively, which aims to assist decision making in choosing various decision alternatives which are the result of processing information obtained using a decision making model. Using the Trend Moment method, the aim is to determine the criteria for determining bud rot disease in oil palm plants at PTPN III Aek Nabara Utara.

Abstract

The Decision Support System for Determining PPS Elections at the KPU Labuhanbatu Office, uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) Programming Language. This application system was created because there was a problem at the start of the election process so it is hoped that this SPK can assist the election process. Making a system of conducting observations and interviews with the school. The last stage of designing an application system is the stage of implementing a program that will produce an election application system program at the Labuhanbatu KPU Office. Computerized systems are very appropriate for processing data and producing useful information. The data that is input to this application system, namely, among other things, each criterion data in the election, while the output of this system will produce reports including the Election Result Report in Labuhanbatu Regency. With this system, the election results will be easily printed and stored and parties who need to be proof of results.Keywords: Decision support system

Abstract

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress and can be beneficial in some situations. They can alert us to danger and help us be prepared and pay attention. Anxiety disorders are different from normal feelings of nervousness or anxiety, and involve excessive fear or anxiety. Anxiety disorders can cause people to try to avoid situations that trigger or worsen their symptoms. There are several types of anxiety disorders, inclObsessive Compulsive Disorder. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a disorder in which people have repeated unwanted thoughts, ideas, or sensations (obsessions) that make them feel compelled to do something repeatedly (compulsions). Repetitive behaviors, such as hand washing, checking items, or cleaning, can significantly interfere with a person's daily activities and social interactions. Expert System that applies the MethodCertainty Factor this can help anyone to ensure that they have OCD and need the help of a psychologist to prevent this disorder from getting worse.

Abstract

Expert systems are a branch of artificial intelligence that studies how to adopt an expert's way of thinking in solving a problem and making a decision to reach a conclusion. In this case, an expert system is used to diagnose anemia. What was discussed was how to determine the type of disease, how to overcome anemia in society and designing an expert system using technology. anemia is caused by a lack of red blood cells or red blood cells that do not function in the body. This causes reduced oxygen flow to the body's organs. Vitamin B supplements can be used for low vitamin levels. The Bayes method is a method for producing parameter estimates by combining information from samples and other previously available information. Bayes' theorem is used to calculate the probability of an event occurring based on the influence obtained from the results of the observation. From several studies that have been carried out, solutions have been obtained to prevent anemia. Anemia can cause weakness and headaches due to lack of blood, which can lead to complications.

Abstract

An Expert System can be interpreted as a composition of data and information obtained from an expert or experts which is then processed by a system to be able to solve a problem according to the method used by experts or experts. One of the applications of expert systems is in the medical field, namely in the diagnosis of disease. In the research carried out, the design and creation of an expert system was created as problem solving to help diagnose mental disordersschizophrenia which begins with determining the symptoms to determine the type of mental disorder. In its design, this expert system uses the Simple Additive Weighting algorithm to determine the weight of each symptom experienced by the patient. Then the algorithmDempster Shafer to calculate the confidence value for the symptoms experienced by the patient.

Abstract

NodeMCU is an open source IoT platform, NodeMCU ESP8266 can be used for Internet of Things (IOT) because the facilities are equipped with Wi-Fi, RFID is a process of identifying objects or objects using radio frequency, this device is widely sold in stores online at a very low price. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, while the data collection method used is observation andto study, the design method uses the method postage type. This system tests every piece of hardware used and tests the software from a specific functional perspective. The result of this study is the teacher attendance system using Microcontroller NodeMCU ESP8266 replace the manual attendance recording model in the attendance book by writing the entry and rturn hours and filling in the teacher's signature with id card attached to the device RFID connected to microcontroller NodeMCU ESP8266. Thus, reducing the occurrence human error when recap attendance, and reduce paper use.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the most important components owned by schools in sustaining life, which is a challenge for the management of educational institutions to be able to provide an appropriate, effective and efficient decision in managing data in an increasingly competitive business world that encourages schools to work harder. in improving the quality of their schools. The Decision Support System or SPK for determining subject teachers with the (SAW) method produces a system that can determine an option that can assist the head in making decisions. The simple additive weighting (SAW) method applies a weighted average to calculate the amount of production as the final result.
