Abstract

PT. Jasa Marga Belmera (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia which is engaged in providing services for the Belmera toll road (Belawan, Medan and Tanjung Merawa). Transactions using two payment methods, namely using an E-Toll card and Cash. At this time PT. Jasa Marga Belmera (Persero) provides services for vehicles traveling through toll roads. Where Cash Payments are made when the driver does not have an E-Toll balance or has lost his E-Toll card. This often encounters problems, namely when data collection there is often a difference in the total price with the number of vehicles using toll road services, because the number of transactions is so large and when making transaction reports you have to wait for the transaction data to be collected so that it must take a long time. By implementing Just In Time which is used to control transactions at PT. Jasa Marga Belmera (Persero), as well as system implementation using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database

Abstract

Paskibra is a flag-raising troop carried out by a group of young people, especially students who raise the red and white flag to foster a spirit of nationalism, love for the motherland and defending the country, courage and leadership, discipline and noble character. Raising the flag at the Yaspend Swadaya Center school will not go well if the selected paskibra candidates do not meet the specified requirements. As a result, the selection procedure needs to be carried out precisely and correctly. Yaspend Swadaya Center is an institution engaged in the field of education. The subjectivity of decision making is one of the issues that often arises in the selection process for prospective paskibra members at the Yaspend Swadaya Center. To build a decision support system that uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method and Profile Matching to answer the problems mentioned above and assist the Paskibra committee in the process of selecting Paskibra members according to the requirements needed. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was chosen to look for criteria and sub-criteria weights, while the Profile Matching Method was chosen to identify as well as rank prospective Paskibra members, aiming to reduce subjectivity and make the selection process more precise.

Abstract

This observation activity is to investigate e-recruitment or digital recruitment carried out through PT. Eternal gentle Nabila. Furthermore, this study also aims to determine the benefits and influences felt by the organization after using the Recruitment approach. The research technique used in this study is a qualitative-descriptive method to explain the conditions of recruitment. The information obtained in this study uses commentary units, interviews and documentation studies. The effect of this display implies that the presence of Recruitment has contributed to providing high quality profits for PT. Nabila Cahaya Abadi especially in terms of administration and cost performance. Although usage is not always high, the use of Recruitment has provided many conveniences, especially for recruiters. it is an example of real implementation of the use of technology that is effective and environmentally friendly to assist the HR function in the company. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the automation of human assistance management functions into internet-based devices requires strategic integration of human resource control with corporate methods, corporate forms and ways of life. To support this, PT. Nabila Cahaya Abadi prioritizes education and coaching so that it will form a first-class company that is ready for exchange management.

Abstract

Majority of game developers only release their games for mainstream and well known platforms like Windows because of their huge user base which makes any other platforms like Linux can’t enjoy some new games only Windows users have. But with vast improvements in game development scene now a game developer can release a cross platform game with Unity Game Engine that supports many platforms including Linux. This research is conducted to develop an Unity cross platform game with rhythm game as the game genre which can be played with less demanding hardware and also taking part in improving players cognitive function.

Abstract

Bumi Menara Internusa is a company engaged in the production and sale of canned food. In selecting applicants for PT. Bumi Menara Internusa usually provides several requirements or criteria to determine the ability and personality of the applicant, the result data is usually stored in an archive of applicants which must be compared one by one so that a decision is obtained. Of course this takes a long time and is less effective. Often we find employees who have just entered a company only last for a short period of time. The main reason is the wrong recruitment / acceptance of new employees. After being recruited, it turned out that this employee did not have the skills or qualifications required by the job. The process of accepting new employees is still not carried out professionally, but is carried out by means of bribery, friendship, or family relations. This is because there is no standard, systematic method for assessing the eligibility of prospective employees. The purpose of this study is to build the Waspas Method that can be accessed by operators at PT. Earth Tower Internusa. The benefits obtained are to simplify the process of evaluating employee acceptance so that the results are more precise and accurate because they are based on predetermined criteria and weights.

Abstract

Bumi Menara Internusa is a company engaged in the sale and production of canned food. PT. Bumi Menara Internusa has many employees consisting of permanent employees and non-permanent employees so it is necessary to determine the labor employees to become permanent employees who are assessed based on the performance of the labor employees and are eligible to become permanent employees. The process of determining permanent employees is very important to do for the welfare of employees while working, for example the appointment of employees. However, the system that runs at the company is still semi-computerized, especially in determining the determination of workers to become permanent employees, so that the determination of labor transfer decisions is very difficult to determine. The process of assessing labor transfers is done manually by assessing the performance of workers in terms of attendance, responsibility, skill, achievement and discipline so that the value obtained by Human Resources Development (HRD) is less accurate and inefficient because errors often occur in determining the value of workers. Thus, the process of making labor transfer reports takes a long time and the reports received are less accurate. Labor performance appraisal is the result of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks, such as work standards, targets, or targets / criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon.

Abstract

SMK Saentis is an institution engaged in the world of education. However, there are obstacles encountered in the student attendance system, which is still running with a manual attendance system, where students fill in attendance for each subject by providing information or initials students have attended and participated in the teaching and learning process. This is certainly less effective because it opens up opportunities to commit fraud. In addition, the recapitulation is done manually which takes a long time because it has to enter a lot of data. This attendance attendance has an effect on the student attendance assessment process so that it takes a long time to make student attendance reports. Therefore, the authenticity of student attendance data is needed so that the assessment process can run well. To overcome these problems, a student attendance attendance application system is needed to obtain accurate attendance results. By designing an android-based facial attendance application system and using the Eigenface method to overcome these problems. So that the attendance process can be done more accurately and can overcome cheating attendance from students. In the system that will be designed, students are required to take attendance through the camera process on the Smartphone by standing in front of the camera sensor and being able to recognize a person's face even though the person does not directly carry out the attendance process. Then from the results of this facial recognition, it is used to update the presence status of a person in a place or room.

Abstract

Bengkel Sehat Pro Auto Clinic is one of the workshops that performs vehicle services and maintenance, namely washing, oil changes, salons, ac service, spare parts, brake service, vehicle tune ups and others. However, there are several obstacles experienced by the Pro Auto Clinic Health Workshop, especially in booking services, the system running on the Healthy Pro Auto Clinic Health Workshop is still semi-computerized with the process of inputting service bookings using Microsoft Excel 2007, and customers/consumers must come directly at the location of ordering service booking services to make reservations for service booking schedules, so it takes quite a long time to book service services and customer requests in booking service services are often not appropriate because the schedule on the mechanic is often not ready at the store, thus the Healthy Workshop earn quite a bit of profit. By implementing an android-based application, it can help Healthy Workshops in booking service services, and can be accessed by customers online using Android, making it easier for customers and Medan Healthy Workshops to book service services. Android is an operating system released by Google Inc.

Abstract

The problem faced by K2 Karaoke so far is that the process of ordering karaoke rooms is done manually, namely customers must come directly to the location to make reservations for karaoke rooms and customers do not know the tariff information from the karaoke room on weekdays or weekends, thus it takes quite a long time to complete. the process of ordering a karaoke room, as well as the tariff is known by the customer when ordering a karaoke room occurs. There are also many places that specialize in booking karaoke rooms that can provide information for their customers in choosing and ordering karaoke rooms. The receptionist has difficulty in recaping orders from the karaoke room because there are too many consumers, especially on holidays and weekends. To overcome the problems mentioned above, a new system is needed in ordering karaoke rooms. The android-based karaoke room reservation application system is very appropriate to overcome these problems so that the karaoke room reservation process is carried out with Android and consumers can find out the availability of karaoke in full, payment processing and in full. Because the majority of people already have and are able to operate Android, so the process of ordering karaoke rooms can be done quickly and wherever they are and K2 Karaoke can directly receive orders from customers and obtain accurate karaoke room booking reports.

Abstract

PT.Growth Asia Medan is a company engaged in steel production. Employees are the main object in HR studies to make the company's development increase, the success of the company's development can not be separated from the process of capacity activities of employees (workers) who do their work in the company, and in the process of doing their work a worker must be assessed, and employee appraisal should use an accurate method. and a good way, and has clear benchmarks so that fair in terms of employee assessment will be created, PT. Growth Asia Medan so far has not been optimal where the process is related to HR assessment. The assessment of these aspects is still using the manual method, so the accuracy of the results is not maximized, so we need a system that can provide convenience in determining a decision-making related to employee assessment for salary increases. To solve this problem the author designed a decision support system using the Mabac method in determining employees who are entitled to a salary increase. One of the methods used for decision support systems is the Mabac method which is able to simplify an unstructured complex problem.
