Abstract

Uninhabitable Housing Assistance (RTLH) is a government program which distribute  to village office, it has purpose to improve the life quality of community. Poor people can life convenient with Uninhibitable Houses Assistence. Determination of social assistence construction of Uninhabitable Houses is going to do by relying on the intitution. The purpose of this research is creating a decision support system that can help to determine the appropriate poor people are receiving social assistence of Uninhabitable House  (RTLH) using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. It is used the creteria such as, the monthly income, the occupation, the total of burden, the condition of house wall, the condition of house floor, the condition of house roof, and the condition of bathroom. The result of this research is the beneficial system for receiver of Uninhabitable Houses.

Abstract

Inventory of drugs in a pharmacy is information that is needed to see the availability of drugs for the sales process. Oftentimes, the stock of drugs that are needed by the community is empty, while drugs that are not needed are actually abundant in stock in the warehouse. The unavailability of the drugs needed, of course, disappointed the people who were in dire need of these drugs. Meanwhile, the abundance of drugs that are not needed will cause losses because the drugs have expired due to being stored in the warehouse for too long. Another problem is that pharmacies feel overwhelmed in predicting which drugs are needed a lot and which drugs are not needed by the community. Considering that the prediction process is still manual, it is only by estimating it without any mathematical calculations.Based on these problems, the authors decided to design a drug inventory prediction system for the drug sales process using the decision tree method. The purpose of this study is how to build an application to predict drug sales that can be used to optimize drug stock control and increase sales at pharmacies.The Decision Tree algorithm is used because it is a suitable algorithm for classification problems and data mining, mapping attribute values into classes that can be applied to new classifications. The concept of the Decision Tree Algorithm is to convert data into a decision tree and decision rules. The Decision Tree Algorithm was introduced by (Quinlan, C.45: Programs for Machine Learning, 1993) which is a development of the ID3 Algorithm, the algorithm is used to form a decision tree. Decision tree is considered as one of the most popular approaches.The results of functional testing indicate that the application can run properly according to its design. The results of the validity test stated that the Prediction of Drug Sales at Pharmacies with the C.45 Method with 30 samples of sales transaction data had an accuracy of 89%, thus indicating that the system that has been created has a fairly good performance and can be used by pharmacies to predict drug sales in the future. which will come.

Abstract

Abstract - Salatiga is a city in Central Java Province which is located in the middle of two big cities, namely Semarang City which are 49 km away and Surakarta City which is 52 km away. During the colonialism, the Dutch government dubbed Salatiga as "De Schoonste Stad van Midderi-Javaborder" or the most beautiful city in Central Java. At this time the government of Salatiga City is working to make Salatiga again the most beautiful city in Central Java by making development efforts to beautify the city. To support this program, an information technology is needed to improve information about tourism. Tourists who will visit to need information on the nearest tourist destination to plan a trip to a tourist destination. The search for the nearest location can be applied using one of the algorithms, namely the Haversine Formula algorithm. This study uses Google Maps to display location routes. In terms of a utilization, it is hoped that this information system can make it easier for tourists to visit tourist destinations in Salatiga City.

Abstract

The Post Office is one of the public facilities for the community because it serves service facilities in the form of postal services, package delivery, logistics and reliable financial services. However, the lack of information makes access to the location of post office services not informed of the location distribution. The purpose of this research is to create a mapping application for branch post office units to make it easier for the general public to get information about the nearest post office unit, using the K-Means Clustering Method. Users can choose which post office unit they want to choose based on their criteria. In functional testing (Blackbox) it was found that the system had been running according to the system design plan that had been made previously, while the validity test using the Silhouette Coefficient method showed the average value for cluster 1 was 0.282674, cluster 2 was 0.297377, and cluster 3 is 0.423516, which means the object is in a good or appropriate group because the Silhouette Coefficient value in each cluster is closer to 1, which means the better the grouping of data in one cluster.Keywords : K-Means Clustering, Post Office, Silhouette Coefficient

Abstract

In recent industrial revolution 4.0 era, work field demands for workers whose character, creative, innovative and competent so that education sector through the educational institution, specifically the Vocational Schools (SMK) is expected to produce competitive graduates in the advancement of recent work field. The graduate of Vocational Schools are demanded to have more work preparedness. Nevertheless, the more option of vocation in a Vocational School had made more complication for new students to choose the existing vocation. The selection of vocation in Vocational School is sometimes not in accordance with their talents and interests. It is to help the students choose the vocation according to their talent and interests. By taking selection on Vocational School of SMK Pancasila 5 Wonogiri as the object of study, the researcher design and develop an application to determine the vocation according to their talents and interest. This application uses fuzzy tsukamoto calculation method in its value processing and also PHP programming language in program code design. The results is the application which is capable to determine a vocation according to students’ talent and interest and also subject value as the calculation reference.

Abstract

Final Project as a Research is one of the main requirements for the graduation of undergraduate students from universities. Supervisory guidance is one way to find solution for student research problems. The final project guidance process involves multiple parts: campus administration, supervisors, and students. However, this process is often difficult to carry out properly because of the busyness of each individual, both lecturers and students. As a result, the process for carrying out the final project was hindered. Another thing that makes the completion of the thesis slow is the administrative service procedure to complete the final project which is too time consuming. This research aims to simplify and speed up the process of completing the student's final project. The prototype method is used to develop the final project management information system. This information system is designed using use case diagrams, rich picture diagrams, and entity relation diagrams. Tests were carried out using the black box method. The result of the research is a final project management information system which makes the student's final project completion process more efficient and effective. This information system facilitates administrative services and monitoring of the final project because it is performed systematically and can be controlled in real time.

Abstract

The development of technology and information from day to day is always experiencing significant developments, with the technology aimed at facilitating and facilitating human activities in life. In this case the design of the application of the Binary Search Algorithm for the processing of Pharmacy Isna Farma data is made. The application program aims to facilitate the processing of drug data in pharmacies, so that the available supply can be controlled by the owner. In the search program using the keyword drug words or can with the drug code. The purpose of this research is to create a drug data search application system that is applied with a data search tool and change the system in the pharmacy from manual to computing. In research applying the Binary Search Algorithm, the Binary Search Algorithm is a technique with sorted data. In this thesis research using the Binary Search algorithm method with stages of analysis, system design, coding / construction, testing, and implementation. At the analysis stage, data collection is carried out, namely observation and literature study. At the system design stage using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. At the construction stage using the Java programming language Using the Netbeans application as a place for coding applications to become a system that is needed and the MySQL server as a database processor in the application. While the implementation of this system is an item data search application. Abstract

Y2K Batik is an SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) engaged in batik. Y2K Batik produces and sells beach wear with various motifs. One of the important things in business is inventory of merchandise, inventory of merchandise is a factor in determining the success of a trading company to achieve its goals, because the goods sold affect the level of income to increase company profits. With these considerations, it is necessary to analyze the production of beach wear for the availability of merchandise in fulfilling customer orders. Based on the above background, the scope of the problem in this study is master data collection obtained from records of selling beach batik cloth periodically from time to time. By utilizing the existing data and applying certain methods, a sales forecasting prediction can be made using the Double exponential Smoothing method. From the results of calculations and testing of forecasting data on the Mandala Motif Beach Fabric variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 2127 with an error value of 19.46% and an accuracy rate of 80.54% (Good). The Canting Motif Beach Wear variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 3174 with an error value of 3.61% and an accuracy rate of 96.39% (Very Good). Double Exponential Smoothing is the most widely used method to determine the trend equation of the second smoothing data through a smoothing process. The programming language uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and the DBMS uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can simplify the process of analyzing the production of beach wear in order to meet the availability of goods ordered by customers.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memungkinkan memecahkan masalah yang dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan cermat. Sekarang ini, sebagian besar siswa lulusan SMP berkeinginan untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya khususnya ke SMK. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa lulusan SMP yang mengikuti ujian masuk ke SMK. Menyadari bahwa pendidikan sangat penting, Negara sangat mendukung setiap warga negaranya untuk meraih pendidikan setinggi-tingginya. Beberapa diantaranya melakukan program pendidikan gratis dan program beasiswa. Demikian halnya dengan SMK N 1 Sukoharjo yang telah memiliki program pemberian beasiswa terhadap siswa-siswanya. Beasiswa harus diberikan kepada penerima yang layak dan pantas untuk mendapatkannya. Namun pada praktek lapangannya pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan kriteria penerimaan beasiswa biasanya tidak mengacu pada kriteria penerima beasiswa sehingga mengakibatkan pembagian beasiswa salah sasaran. Di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo sendiri terdapat empat kriteria dalam pemberian beasiswa yakni nilai rata-rata, prestasi non-akademik, penghasilan orang tua serta jumlah tanggungan orang tua. Maka dari itu penulis membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam penerimaan beasiswa untuk siswa dengan kurang mampu dan siswa berprestasi menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Konsep dasar dari metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif yang sudah diberikan. Oleh karena itu sistem pendukung keputusan calon penerima ini dimulai dari analisis, desain,program, implementasi,pengujian,pemeliharaan, sistem ini memungkinkan user untuk input data, edit data, hapus data, pencarian data,simpan data. Data yang diinputkan berupa data siswa dan data kriteria penerimaan beasiswa. Sedangkan output yang dihasilkan berupa daftar siswa yang memperoleh beasiswa.Kata Kunci : SPK, Penerimaan beasiswa, Simple Additive Weighting

Abstract

Game is one of the implementations of the computer science field which has developed very rapidly. Game is also a form of educational application, meaning that it can be used as a learning media where the process can be carried out with the 'learning while playing' concept for children.The utilization and use of 'Aksara Jawa' educational game can support the learning process of the children when they want to learn while playing to recognize 'Aksara Jawa'. This 'Aksara Jawa' educational game is a game that is designed to improve children's ability to memorize and understand 'Aksara Jawa'. This game contain questions that need to be answered by players by arranging the scrambled 'Aksara Jawa' to form the correct words or sentences. The used algorithm is Shuffle Random which players can't memorize the position of 'Aksara Jawa' and make the game not boring, and also able to apply 'learning and playing' system and become a good learning method among the children. In this study, Shuffle Random Algorithm was used to randomize the 'Aksara Jawa' contained in every questions which were packaged in the form of a game. The making of this 'Aksara Jawa' educational game was using Godot engine software and GDscript programming language. The final result of this research is that this game can help to learn to memorize, so that it can train reasoning and memory power, and also can be used as a means of entertainment.
