Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to help D'Paragon company to make changes to the absence system that still uses finger print to the absence system model using a mobile application. The company has several employees who may not be able to be absent again at the central location because there are several tasks that must be carried out in several locations other than the central location. Therefore, an online attendance system was created using a mobile-based attendance system. The author will design the UI/UX display of the attendance application to make it easier for developers to design applications, which can later be used for employee attendance. The research method used is the Design Thinking method. This method is known as a comprehensive thinking process that concentrates on creating solutions that begin with a process of empathy for a particular human-centered need. There are 5 stages in this method, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing.

Abstract

Janti Park is a new water attraction that was released at the year 2020. The place is suitable for family gatherings, often many visitors book places for social gatherings, birthdays and meetings. But in the process there are often obstacles in recapping reservations or ordering a place because the system is only via WA and comes directly to Janti Park. To be able to improve service to visitors in booking place, one solution that can be done is to Design a System Web-Based Place Reservation which has the aim of being able to makes it easier for visitors to book a place and no longer need to come to janti park and makes it easier to record reservations for places that have been booked by visitors. In designing this place ordering system using the Single method Channel – Multi Phase with analysis and implementation stages. At the coding stage using web programming languages (HTML, CSS, PHP and). The final results of this research were carried out using black box testing and user acceptance test.

Abstract

Sales Information System is an information system that provides information from  several  processes  which  include  procurement,  warehousing  and  reporting. Therefore, it is necessary to create an sales  Information System application to improve company performance processes which were originally manual to be computerized which will produce more detailed reports. Making this application is done by means of data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design and Database . Making application programs developed with PHP . The Database  used is MySQL and scripts are developed with Macromedia Dreamweaver. It can be  concluded  that  the  design  and  implementation  of  the  Sales   Information System  at  the  CV  Star  Design  is  ready  to  be  developed.  The  Inventory    on  this website uses the Business-to-Business. By logging into the website as a staff, the staff can fill in the required Inventory  data and can fill in the data on goods sold and  incoming  goods  from  suppliers,  all  of  which  will  later  be  entered  into  the Inventory    Database  .  If  all  data  has  been  processed,  there  will  be  an  Inventory  data menu where the data it contains the first entry date of the selected item to find out when the item entered so that when it is sold, the item sold is the oldest item. With the Business-to-Business method, the sales system will run sequentially thereby reducing the impact of damage from an item that is stored for too long in the storage of goods. In this web development using the Waterfall  method and implemented using php  and MySQL

Abstract

The PLN industrial class is a class that collaborates with PT. PLN Persero by including a curriculum in accordance with the competencies required by the industry. Students entering industrial classes must also be selected students. Therefore we need a system to classify students. The grouping of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta is still manual, so the grouping process is not optimal and accurate.The purpose of this thesis is the creation of a class grouping application based on productive academic and attitude values using the Fuzzy C-Means method. And make it easier to do class grouping. Data collection methods include observation or data collection at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta, interviews with the Head of the electrical power installation engineering (TITL) Skills Competency and literature studies taken from journals, books and also related research.This class grouping system is created using the Fuzzy C-Means method. After grouping the results obtained from 26 students, 21 students entered the industrial class and 5 students entered the regular class. The results of the validity test prove that the clustering is valid, as evidenced by the silhouette coefficient test where the value is 0.81 which indicates a strong structure.

Abstract

Air pollution is a pressing environmental issue that poses significant risks to human health and the environment. To address this issue, the development of a reliable air quality monitoring system is essential. This research focuses on the design and implementation of a monitoring system based on Arduino Uno microcontroller and sensors such as MQ135, MQ136, and DHT11. The system aims to detect and measure air pollutants, temperature, and humidity levels. The Arduino Uno processes the data collected from the sensors and displays the information on the LCD screen. The system provides real-time monitoring of air quality, allowing quick action to be taken to improve the environment. The use of an Arduino Uno microcontroller enables efficient data processing and control of the overall system operation. The MQ135 sensor is used to detect and measure levels of air pollutants, particularly carbon monoxide (CO). The MQ136 sensor, on the other hand, is used to detect and measure levels of certain air pollutants, such as sulfur dioxide (SO2). In addition, the DHT11 sensor is used to measure the temperature and humidity levels in the air. The results of testing carried out 16 times under the condition of good conditions resulted in an average of CO 8.6 and SO2 15,25 where it is included in the high accuracy category.

Abstract

Masalah penyandang masalah kesejahteraan social atau yang sering disebut dengan PMKS, adalah peseorangan, kelompok masyarakat atau keluarga yang tidak mampu karena suatu hambatan, kesulitan, atau gangguan, tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi sosialnya, sehingga tidak dapat terpenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya baik jasmani, rohani, maupun sosial secara memadai. Teknolagi saat ini di kembangkan untuk membantu membuat keputusan dengan tepat dan cepat pada penelitian ini menggunakan pohon keputusan (decision tree) C4.5. Dalam algoritma C4.5 ini membaca seluruh sampel data training dan storage dan memuatnya ke memori inilah kelebihan dari algoritma C4.5. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan recomendasi yang tepat dan akurat  dalam menentukan penerimaan bantuan, dan mengurangi kesalahan agar bantuan bisa tepat sasaran. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan dibuatnya prototype atau piranti Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemberian Modal Usaha bagi PMKS yaitu, Untuk mengurangi terjadinya pemberian modal usaha yang tidak tepat sasaran dengan menerapkan Algoritma C4.5. Hasil analisis berdasarkan algoritma C 4.5 yaitu Jika Usia sama dengan Produktif maka layak mendapatkan bantuan, Jika Usia sama dengan Tidak Produktif maka tidak layak mendapatkan bantuan.

Abstract

Posyandu activities in Sanggrahan Village have been running smoothly and still use the Posyandu Information System (SIP) book as a guideline for implementing activities. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based application to manage information at Posyandu Arum Dalu Sanggrahan Village. In the web-based application, the author also added a queue number so that the time for implementing posyandu activities could be neatly and better arranged. The author hopes that this web-based application can help the performance and facilitate Midwives and Health Cadres of Sanggrahan Village in terms of processing toddler data.Keywords : Posyandu, Information System, Queue Number

Abstract

Media sosial sekarang hampir menjadi bagian hidup semua orang dari hampir semua kalangan umur dengan beragam kepribadian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memprediksi kepribadian seseorang berdasarkan status media sosial media facebook menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan K-NN kepribadian yang berdasarkan lima besar. Data yang di ambil dari MyPersonality yang dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu 40% data latih, dan 60% data uji menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%, precision 100%, Recall 100% dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel prediksi yang (Signifikan) dengan metode Naive Bayes . Sedangkan prediksi menggunakan metode KKNmenunjukkan rata-rata nilai prediksi kepribadian dengan akurasi 58,96% (Tidak signifikan), presisi 99,12% (Signifikan), dan recall 2,34% (Tidak signifikan).

Abstract

Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Surakarta uses the Registration Information System (SIREG) as a tool for New Student Admission Selection (SIPENMARU) processing registration data in order to improve efficiency, performance and provide valid information . In implementing the Registration Information System, In the use of SIREG to date, no audit or evaluation of the implementation of the system has ever been carried out. Given the importance of the function of SIREG on performance performance in new student admission services, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation related to the assessment of the maturity level of the implementation of the SIREG application, with this evaluation it can determine the extent of the implementation of IT governance, especially in the Registration Information System. From this, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the maturity level of the Registration Information System. This research uses reference to the COBIT 2019 Framework framework domain, namely APO (Align, Plan and Organize): APO-04 and APO-12. The results of the maturity level research in the objective domain APO04 (Innovation Management) get a value of 3.3 with Level 3 Category: Defined and there is a gap of 1.7 so that agencies still need to prepare documentation related to the evaluation and follow-up of innovations in IT governance development, especially in the Registration Information System to achieve a maturity level achievement index of 4 (Quantitative), the objective domain APO12 (Risk Management) gets a value of 1.89 with Level 2 Category: Manage, and there is a gap of 3.11 so that agencies still need to prepare documentation related to planning, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of IT governance risk management, especially in the Registration Information System to achieve a maturity level achievement index of 3 (Defined).

Abstract

This research implements Augmented Reality technology on the New Student Admission (PPDB) platform at MA Darul Falah Sirahan. Augmented Reality allows users to experience the physical environment with virtual elements, creating an interactive and immersive experience. The purpose of implementing Augmented Reality on the PPDB website is to enhance the experience for prospective students, parents, teachers, and staff by providing in-depth insights into the school and presenting information more effectively. The research involves the development of the PPDB website to facilitate online registration without physical presence. The site is integrated with AR technology, enabling users to view additional information about facilities, academic programs, and extracurricular activities by directing their mobile devices to images on the website. The MDLC method is employed, combining images, sound, video, and animations in the application/web. Laravel, Unity, and Vuforia frameworks are utilized in development. The research outcome is the development of a PPDB website integrated with Augmented Reality to enhance user engagement.
