Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction levels for the CapCut and KineMaster video editing applications using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires involving 67 respondents. The instrument's validity was tested using Pearson's Product Moment correlation, and reliability was assessed using Cronbach's Alpha method. The results show that CapCut excels in the Content (4.06), Accuracy (3.99), and Format (3.88) dimensions, while KineMaster leads in Ease of Use (3.52) and Timeliness (3.80). Overall, both applications achieved a Satisfied category in user satisfaction levels. This study provides strategic recommendations to improve the less dominant aspects of each application and serves as a reference for selecting video editing applications based on user needs.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the manufacturing companies that has a background in foam mattress production. Quality raw materials are a company asset that plays an important role in supporting production activities. PT. XYZ in the process of selecting good fabric materials is still based on subjective analysis of Quality Control (QC) officers in the field, sometimes the data owned as a reference for standardization can still change according to the demands of field conditions. Furthermore, a study was conducted on determining the best fabric material for foam mattress production at PT. XYZ using the Weighted Product Method. This study was conducted for 3 months with the stages of system creation including system design, system testing, system improvement, and training. The results of the study showed that the system created using the web-based PHP programming language makes it easier for users to access, save time, and minimize human error in data processing. Finally, from the results of the questionnaire data processing, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained with an average difference of -3,800 which means that the decision to select fabric at PT. XYZ is better or more optimal than before using the system.

Abstract

Forecasting is the process of estimating future price trends based on historical price data. The price of rice and eggs in Sukoharjo Regency, based on data from Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UMKM Sukoharjo from January 2016 to August 2019, has shown frequent fluctuations. To address this issue, an accurate forecasting method is needed to help predict future prices of rice and eggs, minimize price volatility, and assist in decision-making for both consumers and stakeholders. This study applies the Exponential Smoothing Winters method, a seasonal forecasting technique that incorporates level, trend, and seasonal components. A price prediction application was developed using the VB.NET programming language and SQL Server database. The application generates predictive calculations for rice and egg prices, complemented by graphical displays and report outputs. The results of the study show Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values of 14.57% for broiler eggs and 6.74% for native chicken eggs. These results indicate that the method provides a relatively high level of accuracy.

Abstract

Expert systems have been used in various fields. With the aim of helping users solve the problems they face. This study presents the application of the Certainty Factor (CF) method in an expert system designed to diagnose laptop damage based on symptoms experienced by users. This system aims to help technicians and general users identify potential laptop malfunctions with better accuracy. The expert system developed combines a comprehensive knowledge base consisting of various laptop components and their common problems. The CF method calculates the probability of damage by combining expert knowledge with user-reported symptoms. Through a series of tests conducted on several brands of laptops with various types of malfunctions, the system showed outstanding performance. The results showed 87% accuracy in diagnosing hardware problems such as motherboard failure, RAM damage, and hard drive malfunction.

Abstract

Research Report entitled "Decision Support System for Determining Recipients of UKT Dispensation (Single Tuition Fee) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNS with the AHP Method" aims to facilitate the Leaders who will provide UKT relief Dispensation for students who apply for UKT relief Dispensation for applications paid each semester. The many criteria that affect the weight of the score determining the recipient of UKT relief dispensation make it difficult to calculate the amount of weight that has been submitted and the accuracy in determining the weight of the score for each criterion cannot be ascertained, so the Decision Support System with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining recipients of UKT dispensation with many supporting criteria submitted. These criteria include UKT Costs, Parental Income, Working Parents, Completeness of Parents, Number of Family Dependents, Number of children in the family, Child No., Status of Siblings applying and education, Ownership status, Electricity Costs/month and Number of Vehicles owned

Abstract

The selection of village apparatus is an important process in supporting governance at the village level. However, the selection process carried out manually often causes subjectivity and is less efficient. Therefore, a decision support system (DSS) is needed that is able to assist the selection process objectively and in a structured manner. This study aims to develop a DSS for selecting village apparatus based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is able to provide assessment results based on several relevant criteria. The criteria used in this system include: leadership, discipline, academic achievement, communication skills, ethics and attitudes, and initiative and creativity. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to calculate the aggregate value of each alternative based on the weight and value of each criterion. This system was developed using the waterfall approach and implemented in the form of a web-based application. The test results show that the system can help simplify the selection process and provide more objective and transparent results. With this DSS, it is hoped that the village apparatus selection process can be carried out more professionally and accountably.

Abstract

Delays in detecting network issues due to reliance on manual monitoring user and user reports have created significant challenges in network management, particularly in environments requiring consistent internet connectivity, Such as educational institutions. This study aims to implement an internet network monitoring system based on Mikrotik, integrated with Telegram Bot notifications and supported by the Winbox application for manual configurations. The study adopts the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, ensuring a structured and systematic approach from analysis to management. The results show that the system successfully detects devices statuses in real-time, delivery accurate and timely notifications, and significantly reduces response time in addressing network issues. By enabling administrators to take immediate action, the system ensures stable connectivity, supporting educational and administrative effectively.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the era of digital technology, generator engines that are commonly used as electric generator drives can be controlled automatically and safely. In the design of this generator control system, it is a combination of communication technology with microcontroller technology. The millennial community today is no stranger to operating a communication device in the form of an android. The development of this device is able to transmit data to electronic devices in microcontroller packaging. The combination of android and microcontroller can be used by the system to control the generator engine remotely or closely. The benefit of this collaboration between android and microcontroller is that the generator can be turned on remotely when PLN is off. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction among Gojek drivers in Surakarta by employing the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The research addresses various operational issues experienced by drivers, such as sudden performance drops, delayed Gopay balances, and missing customer addresses. The EUCS model evaluates satisfaction across five dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to active Gojek drivers in Surakarta and analyzed using quantitative methods. The results indicate that all EUCS dimensions significantly influence user satisfaction, with each variable showing a positive and statistically significant relationship. These findings highlight the importance of continuous evaluation and improvement of the application to enhance driver satisfaction and operational efficiency. The study provides valuable insights for developers and management to prioritize feature enhancements and address user concerns, ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of the Gojek platform. The research results show that the EUCS approach contributes positively to shaping user satisfaction of the Gojek Driver application.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of data science has made data processing a critical requirement across various fields, including education. Educational institutions are increasingly required to leverage available resources and information systems to enhance competitiveness and support strategic decision-making. Student achievement is generally assessed through both theoretical and practical subjects; however, determining achievement groups (very good, good, sufficient) often lacks efficiency, limiting early identification by homeroom teachers. This study applies the K-Means Clustering method to classify students' achievement levels at SD N Sanggang 03. The objective is to develop a system that assists teachers in grouping students based on performance categories—very good, good, and sufficient—thereby supporting data-driven decision-making in academic evaluation. The system was implemented using PHP and MySQL, with evaluation employing the Modified Partition Coefficient to measure clustering quality.
