Abstract

Electronic records management information system in the Sragen regency government (SIALEK) is an information system that functions to store records in digital form such as letter, photo and other archives. SIALEK can be accessed by each regional apparatus organization (OPD) to store the files of each OPD. Data stored at this time is only for storage. For several years, the electronic archive management information system in Sragen regency government has been very minimal in operation. The reason is the decline in performance on the information system. The decrease in performance is due to the data structure in the database owned by SIALEK that is not well organized and when there is already a lot of data, so the performance decreases. This research aims to provide a proposal for modeling a new database to improve the performance of SIALEK and modeling a new information system to maximize the function of SIALEK to provide information about archiving to the Sragen district government. By changing the database to PostgreSQL and normalizing the table structure. The results showed that there were differences in performance in the form of fast response time and smaller database table sizes after normalizing and moving databases. The modeling of the new system makes SIALEK not only a storage medium but also produces some information in the form of a dashboard on the system that is useful for providing information related to the archives of the Sragen district government.

Abstract

INTISASISistem informasi kinerja pegawai berbasis komputer pada Dinas Pariwisata bagian kabag umum dan kepegawaian merupakan fungsi melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab besar untuk urusan kepegawaian dan bagian umum untuk kepegurusan kedinasan melaluhi sistem kerja kinerja pegawai sehingga membutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis komputer, SIBC ini sangat memanfaatkan dalam urusan kerja Dinas pada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Sleman. Tujuan pada penelitian ini merupakan pengusulan sistem informasi kinerja sistem  dapat mempermudah untuk mengerjakan input data dengan mudah dari bagian operator kabag bagian umum dan kepegawaian. Hasil analisis dan pemodelan proses bisnis ini digunakan untuk memperbaiki alur kerja dan sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang mampu mendukung alur pelaksanaan sistem informasi kinerja pegawai meliputi pengajuan usulan sistem, Hasil dengan sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah untuk mengerjakan input data dengan mudah dari bagian operator kabag bagian umum dan kepegawaian. digambarkan dengan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) dan peneliti akan ajukan sistem baru yaitu sistem informasi kinerja pegawai berbasis komputer. Abstract

Di era digital, sebagian besar data di internet berbentuk teks mentah. Data tambang emas ini sangat berharga karena berisi banyak informasi mendasar yang dapat diekstraksi menggunakan natural language processing dengan analisis sentimen. Termasuk data Reviews dan rating online di era digital menjadi hal pertimbangan penting dan terpercaya bagi wisatawan sebelum berkunjung ke sebuah objek wisata, salah satunya situs TripAdvisor. Penelitian ini akan memproses data teks ulasan wisatawan pada TripAdvisor pada objek Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting untuk menentukan sentimen wisatawan  berdasarkan rating 1 hingga 5. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 390 reviews yang telah di-export dengan TripAdvisor Reviews Scrapper. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Support vector machine(SVM)  yang dikombinasikan dengan feature extraction dan Truncate singular-value decomposition (TSVD) pada preprocessing data. Penelitian ini dapat menampilkan visualisasi wordcloud top 10 kata yang paling banyak muncul berdasarkan rating sebagai pengetahuan dan informasi bagi pelaku industri pariwisata.  Berdasarkan pengujian dengan pembagian dataset 30:70 tingkat akurasi memperoleh rata-rata 80%.

Abstract

SPBE is a mandatory IT Governance framework implemented by all government agencies in Indonesia. Since its implementation in 2018, the national average maturity level remains very low, with the main obstacle being in the fundamental domain of IT Governance, as identified during the 2022 evaluations. An evaluation was conducted on government agencies facing similar challenges using COBIT 2019 as the framework, providing the best practices and widely used standards for IT Governance. This was combined with the principles of ISO/IEC 38500:2015, an international standard for IT Governance. Maturity level measurements were taken to assess the current conditions of the agencies and provide improvement recommendations linked to indicators in the SPBE maturity level evaluation guidelines. The improvement recommendations provided were able to enhance maturity levels holistically, not only in the IT Governance domain but across the entire management processes and product services of the agencies, aiming to achieve sustainable benefits and objectives.

Abstract

Cybersecurity threats are constantly evolving, making it crucial for organizations to maintain a robust and maturing cybersecurity posture. According to the 2022 Annual Report of the Honeynet Project of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), there were 370,022,283 cyber attacks against Indonesia.  One of the strategies that can be implemented is to conduct a cybersecurity maturity assessment to determine the organization's current level of cybersecurity implementation. This paper proposes a design for a cybersecurity maturity assessment framework leveraging two established standards: the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) v1.1 and the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls v8. The proposed framework utilizes a mapping between the NIST CSF v.1.1 subcategories and the CIS Controls v8 subcontrols, enabling a comprehensive assessment of an organization's cybersecurity maturity. The assessment methodology focuses on evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of controls aligned with each NIST CSF function. This approach allows organizations to identify strengths and weaknesses in their cybersecurity posture and prioritize areas for improvement. This research developed a mapping between the NIST CSF framework and CIS Controls v8. The mapping aligns 23 integrated cybersecurity categories from NIST CSF (including 64 subcategories out of a possible 108) with 124 subcontrols from CIS Controls v8 (out of a total 153). This combined framework serves as a tool to help organizations improve their cybersecurity maturity and capabilities.

Abstract

Media sosial sekarang hampir menjadi bagian hidup semua orang dari hampir semua kalangan umur dengan beragam kepribadian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memprediksi kepribadian seseorang berdasarkan status media sosial media facebook menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan K-NN kepribadian yang berdasarkan lima besar. Data yang di ambil dari MyPersonality yang dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu 40% data latih, dan 60% data uji menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%, precision 100%, Recall 100% dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel prediksi yang (Signifikan) dengan metode Naive Bayes . Sedangkan prediksi menggunakan metode KKNmenunjukkan rata-rata nilai prediksi kepribadian dengan akurasi 58,96% (Tidak signifikan), presisi 99,12% (Signifikan), dan recall 2,34% (Tidak signifikan).

Abstract

Plant disease is one of the crucial factors in plant survival. Tomato plants also need early help to be able to deal with disease problems. One of the organs of the tomato plant that is commonly attacked by diseases is the leaves. By providing assistance early on, it can prevent crop failure. Of course, having a trained system can reduce the cost of a farmer in dealing with diseases without expert assistance. In this research, we will test the ability of the CNN architecture to classify tomato leaf disease images. The dataset used is 4079 image data which are divided into 3 disease classes. From the results of experiments that have been carried out the InceptionV3 architecture gets the best results with an accuracy rate of 100%, ResNet50 has 97,36% accuracy and MobileNet 85,81%.

Abstract

The role of information technology (IT)continues to experience a very significant increase in building and facilitating the performance of a company or institution. The use of IT in educational institutions is theoretically believed to be able to provide convenience and efficiency in administration. Akademi Komunitas Darussalam (AKD) Blokagung Banyuwangi is a relatively new higher education institution, with the 2019 Establishment Decree proving that the institution is not yet five years old. Like a new institution, many unresolved issues must be addressed, one of which is in the field of IT governance in optimizing the performance of human resources in the field of information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to design information technology governance related to the management of IT human resources. This research will design governance using the COBIT 2019 framework. The focus of this research is the Align, Plan, and Organize (APO) domain in the APO07 Manage Human Resources sub-domain. The results of the gap analysis carried out resulted in design recommendations on the people aspect in the form of adjustments to organizational structure, details of main tasks and functions, planning training and workshops, as well as communication in the form of meetings. In the process aspect, it produces SOPs, reporting schemes, and alignment of problem-solving. On the technology aspect, in the form of recommendations for human resource information system tools. This research is expected to assist the AKD Blokagung in carrying out recommendations based on the roadmap that has been adjusted to the AKD Blokagung long-term plan so that it can prioritize IT human resource management in the IT sector according to the needs of the AKD Blokagung.
