Abstract

In 2024, the government sets a poverty target in Indonesia of 6-7%. Until September 2022, poverty still shows a figure of 9.57%. To achieve the target, it is necessary to determine priority areas so that government policies can be right on target. This study aims to group cities/regencies in Indonesia based on poverty indicators as a solution to obtain priority areas using the clustering method. This method is used to collect data into several groups based on the same criteria. Hierarchical clustering consists of several methods, including agglomerative nesting such as single linkage, complete linkage, average linkage, and Ward linkage, and divisive analysis. The results showed that the agglomerative nesting average linkage method is the better method because it has a greater cophenetic value and silhouette coefficient value, which is 0.90 and 0.71. The clustering results consist of two clusters, cluster 1 contains 493 areas with low poverty and cluster 2 contains 21 areas with high poverty.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has many cultures in it. Javanese Puppet is one of the Indonesian cultural arts that is growing rapidly on the islands of Java and Bali. Javanese Puppet stories have been used as material for Javanese language lessons in Indonesian schools, especially on the island of Java. However, these stories seem to be starting to be forgotten following the increasing age of the community and also the declining public interest in them. The purpose of this research is to create an RPG game using one of the Javanese puppet stories called the Baratayuda War by using the help of Sugeno's Fuzzy logic implementation in making artificial intelligence on enemy characters. The data collection method uses the Literature Study method which is carried out to obtain information and references from books, papers and scientific journals. From the results of testing the calculation of enemy character variable data consisting of Life, Distance and Ammunition variables, it is evident that Sugeno's Fuzzy logic has been successfully used in determining the behavior of enemy characters. The results of the highest percentage of enemy behavior obtained were 42 % attacking behavior by Striker-type enemies, 35 % attacking behavior by Archer-type enemies and 67% aggressive behavior by Leader-type enemies. From the questionnaires collected by researchers to users of the Baratayuda War game, the overall average result was 86.4%, so that the use of the Baratayuda War game was included in the Very Good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a mobile-based educational game "Den Sarwo" on Javanese language subjects on Javanese script material to help students to understand Javanese script. Researchers used the Research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. Data collection using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Testing of the educational game "Den Sarwo" was carried out using the Blackbox Testing method and validation by experts who were converted using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the educational game "Den Sarwo" obtained very feasible criteria according to media experts having a feasibility level of 92%, according to material expert validation having a feasibility level of 92% with very feasible criteria, and feasibility assessment by educators getting a percentage of 97.3% with very feasible criteria, so that the educational game "Den Sarwo" is feasible to use as a learning media and entertainment facility when studying independently anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

The current system in the DX JUNIOR Volleyball Team still uses a manual process, because there is no application or method used in determining players on the first team. However, with so many prospective players who want to play to become the main players, it becomes an obstacle in determining who deserves to enter the first team, and requires a long process in determining prospective players who are eligible and not eligible to enter the first team. So a determination classification system is needed by applying the C4.5 Algorithm method which can simplify the process of determining the main players. The purpose of this research is to create an application for Classification of Volleyball First Team Determination Using the C4.5 Algorithm in the DX JUNIOR volleyball team. The methods used include the type of data for data collection techniques using observation and interview methods and literature studies to determine the theoretical basis for research related to the matters under study. As for the system analysis method, for system design using UML, Matlab. The application of the C4.5 Algorithm method for determining first team players was made to make it easier to determine prospective players in the first team based on criteria, namely Physical Strength, Attitude, Cooperation, and Test Score. The results of the research were tested using the blackbox test the system runs accordingly, the validity test was tested on 72 data, resulting in an analysis value which can be concluded that the results of the comparison of Entropy and Gain calculated manually with Entropy and Gain calculated by the program process the results are the same, so the application is in accordance with the results of the C4.5 algorithm analysis.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTazkiya Souvenir is a wedding souvenir manufacturer that produces various kinds of wedding souvenir products. The purpose of this research is to develop a long process with the help of a decision support system to determine the selection of souvenir products to be purchased, with the results adjusted based on the number of criteria and ranking arrangements from the highest to the lowest. . This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method because this method determines the level of importance of each criterion and is followed by a final ranking process. The result of this research is the creation of a decision support system application that can help the process of selecting the type of wedding souvenir product that suits consumer interests based on the highest value ranking results. Based on the calculation process using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the first place is Wallet Fold (0.325), the second place is occupied by a Fan (0.304), the third place is a Blacu Bag (0.213) and in the last position is a Pouch (0.156). Tests in this study use functionality testing which is useful for knowing the software can function properly and the system is as expected. Then a validity test was carried out using the McCall method to get a calculation result of 77.8% which is included in the good category. Keywords: Decision Support System, Wedding Souvenir, AHP

Abstract

Koi fish is a fish that is widely kept for ornamental fish or cultivated for profit, as well as other ornamental fish, koi are freshwater fish and koi are included in the category of omnivorous animals because in their natural environment koi  eat plants and small animals. Just like fish in general, koi can also be infected by disease, especially if the quality of water and feed is not good, it is not uncommon for many novice breeders to have difficulty identifying symptoms and diseases of koi fish which have an impact on the selling price of koi , another problem is not all breeders are actually in sharing about right knowledge and limited time for consultation process related to symptoms and diseases of koi. Therefore, to solve about problems, this application made to make easier for novice breeders to care for their koi, this application is made web-based using PHP and MySQL database. First process of this application is to ask several questions and if all questions have been answered according to what they experience, the results will appear according to the expert breeder.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments require companies to create information systems that can organize and process company information effectively and efficiently. PT. Universal Karya Jaya is a company engaged in metal cutting services. The company does not have a running Information System yet. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good information system to support its business processes through data warehouse design. The design of the data warehouse uses the nine- step methodology from Kimball and uses star modeling so that PT. Universal Karya Jaya can make their company data integrated and help superiors analyze data for fast and accurate decision making. The goal to achieve from this research is to design a data warehouse model that suits the needs of the company and it is hoped that this design can be implemented at PT. Universal Karya Jaya to support their business processes. Meanwhile, the research method used for this research was literature study and interviews. With this data warehouse, it is hoped that it can assist companies in handling large amounts of data so that it can become a helping hand on inputs for stakeholders in the decision-making process.

Abstract

The city of Sukoharjo has health service facilities that serve BPJS patients spread throughout the city of Sukoharjo. The difficulty of determining the shortest distance arises because there are many paths that exist at each location because in fact from location A to location Z there is not only one path, there are many paths that can be passed to form a network. So a system for finding the closest route to health facilities was made that serves Web-based BPJS patients with the aim of making it easier for the verifier staff to guarantee BPJS Health benefits in carrying out their duties and authorities in providing guarantees to participants and related health facility associations.Dijkstra's algorithm is one of the algorithms for determining the shortest route from one health facility location to another. The system is designed using flowcharts and UML (Unfield Modeling Language) using the Google Maps API to display maps, display pins, find and display the closest route using latitude and longitude from Google Maps. The test results in terms of system menu functionality on black box testing, the function of the menus on the system works well. Meanwhile, for the test of the shortest route calculation system, a comparison is used from the results of the system calculations made with the djikstra algorithm with the results of manual calculations using the Dijkstra algorithm. So that the accuracy of the success rate of the system using the djikstra algorithm reaches 92%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAnthrax is a zoonotic disease that can cause pain in various animal species, as well as in humans. The incidence of disease is often in susceptible animals, namely herbivorous mammals. Another name for anthrax is inflammation of the spleen. It is usually caused by bacteria that enter the body through foods and beverages containing basillus anthracis bacteria. In addition to unclean food, anthrax bacteria can enter the body through soil contaminated with bacteria that enter through breathing and wounds in livestock. Transmission of the disease can quickly spread, both direct and indirect transmission. Mr. Aries's goat farm is one of the goat farms in Pandeyan village, Boyolali sub-district. Obstacles experienced by farmers include dealing with anthrax disease. Farmers must be agile if they find farm animals experiencing clinical symptoms. Therefore, there is a system that can be used to predict anthrax disease in order to prevent the spread of anthrax disease and infected livestock immediately get special treatment. The purpose of this study was to implement the implementation of the Naive Bayes algorithm to diagnose anthrax disease in goat jawarandu. The data processed is data on symptoms of anthrax disease in 2018 obtained from experts, namely: fever, weakness, bleeding in the hole and blood in black or red viscous, diarrhea, breathlessness, swelling in the lower abdomen, seizures near death, and sudden death. The results obtained from this study are an application of anthrax disease diagnosis. Based on the results of validity testing with the confusion matrix method, which obtained accuracy results of 100%

Abstract

Managing aid to improve social welfare in the Pentur village environment is carried out conventionally and requires special attention so that it is not misdirected. Community welfare can be seen from several aspects, namely sufficient income, adequate education and health. The application of the k-means clustering method in managing social welfare in Pentur village will facilitate the performance of the village government in improving the social welfare of its citizens. The clustering process, with the calculations used are variables based on family dependents, monthly income of the head of the family and property ownership. K-Means clustering is a method that divides data into groups that have objects with the same characteristics. The results of applying k-means clustering for the Social Welfare cluster are divided into 3 parts, namely cluster 1 or low gets a result of 11, cluster 2 or medium gets a result of 11, and cluster 3 or high gets a result of 3. The results of the validity test are carried out using calculations silhouette coefficient and produces a global s(i) value of 0.360222796 and can be said to be good because there are no numbers that show < 0 or no over lapping occurs so it can be said that the data that has been processed has good quality.
