This study aimed to determine the existence of social activities, cultural activities, religious activities on third party funds LPD Tabanan Regency in 2017. The study was conducted in all LPD in Tabanan Regency. The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sampling method and obtained 243 LPD that meet the criteria for sampling. The type of data used is in the form of quantitative data, namely LPD financial reports registered throughout Tabanan Regency. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination, F-Test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that social activities, cultural activities and religious activities have a significant positive effect on LPD third party funds. The implications of this research for rural credit institutions, strived to continue to improve the empowerment of third party funds for social, cultural and religious activities carried out in the village.

Employee contributions will be important if done with effective actions and behave correctly. Not only the amount of effort but also the direction of the business. The nature, effort or willingness to work as well as the various things that constitute organizational support is very important for the success of employee performance. In this study analyze the problems faced by employees of Matahari Department Store Duta Plaza, some of them feel there is dissatisfaction in work so that this affects the poor performance. Empirical test conducted on 120 employees to obtain data about leadership style and organizational culture that had been considered has not been able to provide hope for employees. Analyzer used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of SEM analysis has fulfilled the criteria of the model of Goodness of Fit Index Criteria: chi square = 294,276, probability = 0,000, RMSEA = 0.116, GFI = 0.776, AGFI = 0.697, CFI =0.829. All meet the criteria, except RMSEA and AGFI are marginal. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture is not significant influence on job satisfaction is not significant to performance, organizational culture is not significant effect on performance, leadership style is not significant effect on performance either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. On the basis of these results, the managerial implications that can be suggested are the improvement of job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by creating and maintaining a culture of involvement in corporate culture, applying participative leadership style in line with providing satisfactory salary levels for employees.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Negara Indonesia merupakan negara dengan luas laut terbesar, kita memiliki potensi untuk memanfaatkan hal tersebut demi kesejahteraan khususnya masyarakat nelayan. Namun, realitanya masyarakat belum mampu meningkatkan hasil produksi mereka, bahkan profesi sebagai nelayan cenderung identik dengan kemiskinan. Tingkat kesejahteraan para pelaku perikanan (nelayan) pada saat ini masih dibawah sektor-sektor lain, termasuk sektor pertanian agraris. Nelayan (khususnya nelayan buruh dan nelayan tradisional) merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang dapat digolongkan sebagai lapisan sosial yang paling miskin diantara kelompok masyarakat lain di sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini membahas faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan Nelayan di Desa Adat Kedonganan Jimbaran Kabupaten Badung.Variabel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Modal (XI), Umur (X2), Curahan Jam Kerja (X3), Pengalaman Kerja (X4) dan Pendidikan (X5) analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda Hasil uji hipotesis bahwa pengaruh modal (X1) terhadap pendapatan nelayan. Tingkat signifikansi dari thitung sebesar 0.039 lebih kecil dari α = 5 persen (0.05). pengaruh umur (X2) terhadap pendapatan(Y) menunjukan tingkat signifikansi 0.642 lebih besar dari α = 5 persen (0.05). Berarti bahwa umur berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. jam kerja (X3) terhadap pendapatan (Y) menunjukan tingkat signifikansi 0.251 lebih besar dari α= 5 persen (0.05). Berarti bahwa jam kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan, pengalaman kerja (X4) terhadap pendapatan (Y) menunjukan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari α = 5 persen (0.05). pendidikan (X5) terhadap pendapatan (Y) menunjukan tingkat signifikansi 0.383 lebih besar dari α= 5 persen (0.05).Variabel umur, jam kerja dan pendidikan perlu mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah dimana dalam melakukan pekerjaan sebagai nelayan tidak hanya di ukur berdasarkan umur dan pendidikan saja tetapi juga keahlian atau keterampilan sebagai nelayan dalam menangkap hasil laut dengan menggunakan teknik – teknik tertentu dan perlengkapan yang memadai. Pemerintah Provinsi Bali dan dinas – dinas terkait memberikan pelatihan – pelatihan kepada para nelayan dalam proses penangkapan hasil laut secara maksimal dengan metode – metode tertentu sehingga pengetahuan para nelayan dalam melakukan pekerjaan dapat secara maksimal sehingga hal tersebut akan menambah tangkapan hasil laut dan dapat menambah pendapatan para nelayan

Pencapaian prestasi belajar PKn siswa VI Semester I SD Negeri 2 Ubung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 berada di bawah tuntutan KKM sebesar 75 poin. Sesuai hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, rendahnya prestasi yang diperoleh siswa disebabkan oleh rendahnya kecakapan sosial siswa. Ketika siswa diminta mengerjakan tugas secara individu, siswa tidak merasakan kesulitan berarti meskipun nilai yang diperolehnya tergolong pas-pasan. Namun ketika siswa diminta mengerjakan tugas secara berkelompok, banyak siswa yang hanya membebankan tugas pada siswa yang dianggap pintar saja, dan siswa yang pintar tersebut cenderung asal-asalan dalam bekerja karena merasa tidak dibantu oleh teman sekelompoknya. Hal ini sangat berdampak buruk kepada nilai prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peneliti, untuk menanggulangi permasalahan yang terjadi, peneliti perlu melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menenerapkanModel Pembelajaran Kooperatif Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Model pembelajaran ini didesign untuk tim kecil yang berjumlah 4-5 orang yang masing-masing tim itu bisadiatur tingkat kemampuan siswanya maupun gendernya. Guru menyajikan pelajaran,kemudian siswa bekerja bertim dan memastikan agar masing-masing individu dalamtim dapat pekerjaan yang dikerjakan dan masing-masing tim meyakinkan dirinya agaranggotanya dapat menguasai pelajaran yang diberikan oleh gurunya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap yakni siklus I dan siklus II.Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes prestasi belajar.Teknik analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.Sesuai hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Student team achievement division (STAD).pada mata pelajaran PKn telah membuat prestasi siswa meningkat. Hal ini tercermin dari nilai rata-rata pada data awal sebesar 61,85 pada siklus I rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 71,48. Pada siklus II prestasi belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan menjadi 82,78. Ketuntasan belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan pada awalnya hanya6 siswa(22,22%)menjadi 15 siswa(55,56%)pada siklus I dan pada siklus II ketuntasan juga mengalami peningkatan menjadi 25 siswa(92,59%). Saran yang diajukan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Student team achievement division (STAD) dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn.

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and brand image of samsung mobile phone to purchase intention of consumer in Denpasar technology gallery. The tendency for product purchase intentions make the smart phone as a product aimed at the businessman who has a need for the Internet, there is no age limit or a job to be able to afford it. Public purchasing power is determined based on product quality and brand image of certain products that show the value of the purchased product.This study used 90 samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The method of collecting data through questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed by the F- test is product quality and brand image significant positive effect on purchase intention of consumer in technology gallery. The results showed by the coefficient of multiple correlation states is product quality and brand imagesimultaneous positive effect on purchase intention of consumer in technology gallery. Coefficient of determination was obtained equal to 58,2%. There is a partially significant influence between product quality and brand image in the technology gallery. The quality of products is the dominant variables that influence consumer purchase intention on technology gallery. Based on this suggested to the manufacturer Samsung to provide products that comply with the age of the user, such as parents need a keypad with large buttons. The producers through their business partners to create an image that is easily remembered by the public through media that has a wide network.

The development of increasingly advanced technology has an important influence in the tourism service industry, namely the utilization of internet technology in the process of booking tour and travels through online travel agents. Conventional travel agents are increasingly being abandoned as travelers turn to online travel agents. Under these conditions conventional travel agents need to make a number of efforts to keep customers in order to survive. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction, trust and loyalty of travel agent customers in Badung regency.Research respondents are domestic and foreign customers who use travel agent services in Badung regency, as many as 70 respondents. Data collection was done through survey using questionnaire. Testing research hypothesis using Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of the research shows that 1) the quality of service has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty, 2) customer satisfaction has positive and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 3) customer trust has negative and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 4) satisfaction and customer trust does not mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.Travel agent in Badung regency should improve and pay attention to the indicators supporting the satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty so that customers are not easy to switch to competitors.

This research aims to find out the impact of competency-based human resource management and work performance appraisal towards the employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata. As much as 270 employees became the population of this analysis and it took only 73 respondents as the sample. Simple random sampling technique used as the tool to collect the samples. The method used to analyze the data were validity check, reliability check, multiple regression analysis and t check and f check. Partial research result shows that there is no effect of competency-based human resource management system variable (X1) towards employees’ performance variable (Y) of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denpasar. On the other hand, there is a positive yet significance effect of the variable from work performance appraisal (X2) towards employees’ performance (Y) PT. Inducomp Dewata. According to simulants research results, it shows the is a significance effect from the variable of competency-based human resource management system and the variable of work performance appraisal towards employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denapasar with f-value f-table (26.991 3.13) and sig (0.000). PT. Inducomp Dewata should improve the work performance appraisal system and evaluate the work performance assessment regularly in order to know the needs of employees’ training and development as well as motivated the employees’, which will produce the better work performance of the employees’ in the future.

This motivation is closely related to needs, so that the management of the organization must pay more attention to the needs of employees so they can motivate well. Organizations can create a work environment that is good and in line with employee expectations, with guaranteed old age and a better future, a conductive work environment with better lighting in the room will make them feel comfortable at work. Motivation factors and work environment will be a factor that can make employees achieve satisfaction in working so that it can improve performance that is meaningful to the organization. The objectives to be achieved from this research are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of Abang Village Office employees.2) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Abang Village Office. 3) To find out the effect of Motivation and Work Environment together on the Office Staff Performance of Abang Village. In this study the independent variables are Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2). the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, with interview data collection methods, observation and questionnaires.The data in this study meet the normal probability plot requirements which means that there is no correlation between the independent variables greater than 95%. From the results of multiple regression obtained a = 5.323, b1 = 0.306 and b2 = 0.305. Thus the regression equation is: Y = 5.323+ 0.306X1 + 0.305X2. With the correlation coefficient table guide, it can be explained that there is a positive relationship between the effect of work motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) that is a high or very strong relationship, because it is located between 0.800 to 1.199 ie r = 0.825. This means that the bigger the marketing strategy is given, the higher the sales. D = 68.1%, this shows that work motivation and work environment have a fairly strong influence, namely 68.1%, in an effort to improve employee performance. Obtained a f-test of 28,766 in the rejection area of Ho. Where the f-test is greater than the f- table. The Effect of Work Motivation Effect (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) obtained t-test = 5.228. Effect of Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) obtained t-test = 6.581. From the two t-test analyzes above, it can be explained that Motivation and Work Environment have a strong influence on Employee Performance.
