Abstract

The increasing competition in marketing for product and service categories, there is also competition in terms of brands. A brand must be able to build a sense of trust (brand trust) for its consumers. The way the company is to maintain the products and services it produces is to create a brand image. A good brand image will increase consumer confidence in a product or service, giving rise to the desire to better know and remember a particular product or service. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of brand image, awareness and trust on the purchasing decisions of Wholesale IncenseProducts. The research method in this research is a quantitative approach. Data collection methods use literature studies, field studies and questionnaires. The population uses consumers  of Wholesale Fragrant Incense Products, a sample used by as many as 60 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Rehabilitation, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, Test t and Test F. The results of this research brand image, awareness and trust have a positive and simultaneous significance on purchasing decisions through Digital Marketing on Incense Products. By having Brand Image, Awareness and Trust can increase purchase decisions in buying on Incense Fragrant Wholesale products

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are currently experiencing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has made the economy decline. MSMEs as one of the supporting forces for Indonesia's economic growth, especially in Denpasar City, Bali Province, should get more attention from the local government. In the midst of pandemic like this, internal environmental factors and external factors are an obstacle for MSME actors. In anticipating these environmental changes and not having a marketing strategy, MSMEs have no competitiveness compared to other products. This study uses SWOT analysis which is the right alternative to helphave MSMEs determine marketing strategies and anticipate environmental changes due to the Covid-19 pandemic both from internal factors: strength (strength), weakness (weaknesess) while threats (Threats), opportunities (Opportunities) is part of external factors or competitors. From this research, it was found that there were 4 marketing strategies for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, namely the S-O Strategy for MSMEs to innovate products, make characteristics of the products being sold and utilize technology to market products. The W-O strategy, MSME players must look at the consumer market share, and the W-T Strategy introduces products in areas outside the city of Denpasar and innovative product packaging. Government policies are very important in terms of the assisting MSMEs through grant funding programs and banking policies in the form of low interest capital loans.

Abstract

Development is a series of activities or efforts to change the state of a country. Basically, national development aims to create a just and prosperous society through improving people's living standards. Regional taxes are one of the important components in Regional Original Income, namely mandatory contributions that can be imposed on everyone (taxpayers) without exception and the tax proceeds are used to finance the implementation of regional government and regional development. The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy for Optimizing Regional Tax Revenue at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency. The analytical techniques used to analyze the data are descriptive, qualitative, and SWOT analysis techniques. Where the results of the analysis show that the Denpasar City Revenue Agency has a good ability to respond to various threats and opportunities contained in its internal and external environment with the final value of the IFAS matrix of 3.37 and the final value of the EFAS matrix of 3.19. Being in Quadrant I is an aggressive strategy in a good position to have opportunities and strengths, so they can take advantage of existing opportunities. Through the use of the SWOT matrix, the strategies used in this research are Improving the Local Tax Intensification and Extensification Program, the Quality of Human Resources of the Regional Tax Apparatus, and Building Cooperation with Government, Private and Community Agencies in the collection of Regional Taxes at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

Technological developments have markedly changed the way a business works, especially a culinary business that named Warung RS (ramashita) located in Dalung area, North Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. This business is still relatively new, but consumers remain loyal to the message in the pandemic and sales of vegetarian culinary products are increasingly Increased. This phenomenon is a result of business entering the digital age in social media. Marketing not intensively conducted by the owner of this business, but it is consumers who are encouraged to market it virally in social media especially social media Instagram and Facebook. In this article the author descriptively analyze the behavior of consumers in digital marketing that has been sales of these culinary products. The analysis was conducted with a case study and attributed in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing. This article aims to explaining consumer behavior in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategies of culinary businesses in the future as well as becoming consumer research thinking materials in the future.

Abstract

In accordance with the results of the research and discussion above regarding the problem of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, it can be explained as follows: obtained from a significant F value of 0.000 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicating that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The influence of the Bali Governor's appeal variable on the production variable obtained a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) with a regression coefficient value of 0.511 which is positive, in other words the Bali Governor's appeal has a positive and partially significant effect on Bali endek production. to Prabhu Kreasi Tabanan. The influence of the Bali Governor's appeal variable on the sales variable obtained a significance value of 0.004 less than 0.05 (0.004 <0.05) with a regression coefficient value of 0.849 which is positive, in other words the Bali Governor's appeal has a positive and partially significant effect on Bali endek sales. to Prabhu Kreasi Tabanan. The influence of the Governor of Bali's appeal variable on the fashion trend variable obtained a significance value of 0.012 less than 0.05 (0.012 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.682 which is positive, in other words the Governor of Bali's appeal has a positive and partially significant effect on fashion trends endek of Bali on Prabhu Kreasi Tabanan.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology has an important influence in the tourism service industry, namely the utilization of internet technology in the process of booking tour and travels through online travel agents. Conventional travel agents are increasingly being abandoned as travelers turn to online travel agents. Under these conditions conventional travel agents need to make a number of efforts to keep customers in order to survive. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction, trust and loyalty of travel agent customers in Badung regency.Research respondents are domestic and foreign customers who use travel agent services in Badung regency, as many as 70 respondents. Data collection was done through survey using questionnaire. Testing research hypothesis using Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of the research shows that 1) the quality of service has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty, 2) customer satisfaction has positive and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 3) customer trust has negative and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 4) satisfaction and customer trust does not mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.Travel agent in Badung regency should improve and pay attention to the indicators supporting the satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty so that customers are not easy to switch to competitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh Kualitas Jasa Servis (X1) dan Kepuasan Konsumen (X2) terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) pada toko Asus Global Store di Denpasar. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi, adapun tahap-tahap pengujiannya adalah validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh kedua variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen Loyalitas konsumen. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa naik turunnya loyalitas konsumen pada Asus Global Store di Denpasar tergantung oleh naik turunnya tingkat kualitas jasa servis dan kepuasan konsumen yang diberikan oleh usaha tersebut. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,277 menunjukan bahwa 28% variasi Loyalitas Pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

In the midst of competition for similar businesses that are very tight, being able to fulfill market desires is an expectation for all business actors. The use of the TikTok application as a home industry promotional medium has been very commonly used in the recovery of this pandemic. Based on the results of the research and analysis that the researchers have described, it can be concluded that the sales method carried out with tiktok media has a considerable influence on the increase in revenue at The Nu Mesari Home Industry, compared to the previous year's revenue which only used whatsapp media and direct visits. The proposed promotion through tiktok media at The Nu Mesari Home Industry is feasible to run because it has a positive NPV value, the IRR value is 13.7%, the PI value is greater than 1, namely 1.3%, so it is said that fruit Salad UD NU Mesari innovation is worth investing in and running business operations with a fairly fast return on investment from this business, which is 2 years 5 months 2 days.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the business feasibility of Sri Widhi's Endek Tenun Ikat UMKM in terms of non-financial and financial aspects. To analyze non-financial aspects consisting of market aspects, technical aspects, as well as management and HR aspects, qualitative descriptive methods were used while financial aspects were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods with the help of Microsoft Excel program. The results of the analysis obtained from non-financial aspects, Sri Widhi's Endek Ikat Weaving UMKM business is still categorized as still feasible to run but there are several things that need to be evaluated and improved in marketing strategies related to promotional activities still relying on suppliers and word of mouth strategies so that market share absorption is still limited, and still using ATBM (Non-Machine Weaving Equipment). Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the financial aspect show that the UMKM Endek Weaving Ikat Sri Widhi business is feasible to run. This can be seen from the NPV (Net Present Value) obtained > 0 and has a positive value of Rp. 2,030,577,166. The resulting IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) value> commercial bank interest rate is 17.47%. The resulting payback period is < from the investment age, which is 3.2 years. Profability Index (PI) obtained > 1, which is 1.18.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use on intentions to use the TikTok application. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through online questionnaires and is determined using a non-probability purposive sampling method. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 65 Generation Z respondents who had never used the TikTok application. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect the intention to use the TikTok application either partially or simultaneously according to the results of statistical data processing which found that all hypotheses were accepted. used as a reference for further research. The main theory in this study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is used to explain the relationship between perceived benefits, perceived ease of use and intention to use, and it is found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, are still strong predictors in increasing intention to use the TikTok application. in generation Z. The results of the R-Square score of 0.623 which indicates that the intention to use the TikTok application in generation Z is influenced by 62% influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and the rest is influenced by other things that are not explained in this study. This study contributes to the literature on the topic of social media use by considering perceived usefulness and ease of influencing intentions to use TikTok
