Abstract

Catur Yuga is an age division according to the Hindu religion.  Each era has a different character. At the age  of Satya Yoga or Krta Yuga, human being was dominated by truth.  Tapasya become liability in this era, and long-lived human beings and they were lived in harmony. Entering the era of Treta Yoga, humanity has begun to be interested in worldly things, humans began leaving the tapasya. At the time of Dvapara Yuga, bad human traits began to emerge slowly, it can be said between dharma and adharma have the proper tension. Then the era which has the worst character is Kali Yuga. In this era crime was increase highly, the leader is not longer a patron of the people but rather be a thief of the peaple’s rights. Moral and ethical degradation also the spiritual decline in the quality of an indicator this time era. Catur Yuga concept is addressed in the books of the Puranas. Although it seemed like a forecast, but it is worth a careful study. When linked with the reality of state and Indonesian society life these days, it seems that the Yuga concept is not only a forecast, but rather a reality and have to be faced together. Murder, rape, robbery, freesex, drug abuse, cheating politicians, leaders, corruption, a suite  of  bed behavior that dominates the lives of the people of Indonesian in this Kali Yoga. In the Vishnu Purana says things that be done at the time of Kali and brings great reward is with the name of the Lord over  and over again.  While in the Siva Purana advised to read this book wholeheartedly then sameone will be protected from sin and attain Siva consciousnes. By increasing devotion, by doing such as sravanam, kirtanam, smaranam, padasevanam, arcanam, vandanam, dasya, sankhya, and atmanivedanam, hopefully can counteract the bad influence of Kali Yuga

Abstract

The handling of the pandemic must not rule out the main factor, namely the health of the citizens themselves. For this reason, the government is expected to be able to ensure the creation of strengthening the domestic industry, especially the medical device industry in anticipation of the outbreak of a pandemic in the future. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decline in the economy and activity in various sectors and regions in Indonesia. In the midst of the uncertainty of the situation and the new order of life, business actors, both from the real sector, manufacturing, to the informal sector, need more attention from the government. In addition to the fiscal and monetary policies that have been issued by the government through the economic recovery program, business actors are also required to be able to adapt to the market revolution due to the pandemic.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by an outbreak of a new pneumonia that started in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which then spread rapidly to more than 190 countries and territories. This outbreak was named corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). The spread of this disease has had a broad social and economic impact, including in the aspects of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The case study in Delod Peken Village, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia shows a positive synergy between the central government to the local government and the grassroots. This commitment is reflected in the strong trust and acceptance of President Joko Widodo's instructions for the implementation of the Covid-19 emergency on July 3-20 2021. The will to achieve conditions for reducing the number of infections and deaths is the obligation of every individual, apparatus and government. The complexity of implementation is a challenge. There is no medicine available and the spread of transmission is still high in Delod Peken Village. Synergy in this area occurs because of the awareness of the government and the grassroots to take care of each other and the environment. The government program for immunization of 1 million vaccines per day is a temporary solution. While the long-term solution is how to provide health education from an early age by implementing the 5 M (washing hands with running water, avoiding crowds, keeping a distance, wearing masks) and 3T (testing, trecing, treatment).

Abstract

The implementation of Nyepi is held every year. All Hindu communities make preparations in the implementation, but in its implementation in each region, Hindus welcome differences in understanding and activity in the contemporary Bali, influenced by globalization. If seen from the meaning of Nyepi, Nyepi comes from a lonely word, which means quiet, silent, loose, no activity. Then Nyepi is a Hindu New Year based on the Saka calendar / calendar, which began in 78 AD. Unlike the celebration of the new year (every January 1), the Saka New Year in Bali begins with seclusion and carrying out the chess collection, which includes among others; (1) Observe Geni (may not turn on the fire), (2) Observe the Work (may not work), (3) Observe the Surge (may not travel out of the house), (4) Observe Lelanguan (may not carry out entertainment). In this study there are several formulation of the problem discussed by the author to obtain information and procedures in the series of implementation of Settlement Brata Chess.

Abstract

The pandemic caused by the Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak has had a very significant impact on human life. This epidemic not only caused a health crisis but also had an impact on the economy and the pattern of human life. The policy on social distancing in Indonesia has changed the pattern of public services into services with an online system. The online service model makes people who are not accustomed to using internet infrastructure experience obstacles in accessing the services they need.Changes in service models as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak require the community and government to be able to adapt to a new life pattern or new normal. During the new normal period, the implementation of public services is carried out through restrictions on social interaction by implementing health protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The bureaucracy must be able to produce innovation and creativity to make it easier for the community to obtain services so that the Covid-19 outbreak does not become a barrier for the bureaucracy in carrying out its main function as a public servant.Online-based service innovations that are easily accessible and easily understood by the public will be able to give confidence to the public that the Covid-19 pandemic is not an obstacle in obtaining public services. The purpose of this paper is to examine the implementation of innovative public services during the Covid-19 pandemic using a literacy study approach.
