This paper seeks to describe the development of cultural sociology studies from a media perspective as a response to technological developments and globalization to see today's screen culture. Interestingly, it examines the encounters of American, European, Asian and Muslim cultures through Indonesian screen culture. The researcher chose the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta, as a study material because it got the attention of contemporary Indonesian Muslim audiences, making it interesting to observe. This research examines the workings of Indonesian popular religious films in shaping public opinion regarding the rise of post-Islamism by educated young Indonesian Muslims. The integration between Islam and consumption of popular culture is significantly studied in this study. Through text observation, This research finds that the relationship between religion and popular culture is not a simple cause and effect relationship. Through the perspective of semiotics and the theory of reality construction from Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann, this study suggests that Indonesian Muslim youths shape themselves as subjects of modern Islam. This adjustment is modified from certain values offered by Islamic films very subtly.

This scientific article examines problematic issues about the subject of reflection of legal consciousness and its structure. The purpose of this study was those problems of legal consciousness that relate to the subject of its reflection and structure. The implementation of this goal involves the solution of the following tasks: 1) analysis of the subject of reflection of legal consciousness; 2) analysis of the structure of legal consciousness. As a result of the study, the author came to the following conclusions: 1) legal consciousness as a set of ideas and feelings expresses its attitude not only to the current and desirable law, but also to the law of the past; 2) taking into account the close connection between the state and law, their interaction in various forms, the subject of reflection of legal consciousness should be defined through the category "state-legal reality (reality, life)"; 3) focusing on the traditional and generally accepted separation in legal consciousness of two elements of legal psychology and legal ideology, it is noted that these elements are interconnected, they coexist, although their ratio can be very different, and the question of the dominance of one of these elements should be solved dialectically, leading arguments for both the first and the second.

Parenting is the basis for the child to shape his/her personality. One of the impacts of parenting will be seen when the child is in the school environment. Children's problems at school cannot be removed from parenting at home. The success of children in both academic and non-academic schools is also supported by the pattern of parenting that children receive in the family environment. Therefore, the education carried out in the school should synergize with the education carried out in the family. Parenting behavior towards the child often shows impatience, incapable of self-control, complaining when facing parenting difficulties and not listening to the child's problems attentively. This devotion aims to know the effectiveness of programs to positively improve parenting skills through Mindful parenting programs. Mindful parenting can be interpreted as parental awareness in paying attention, aiming and not labeling or negative assessment of each child's experience. Based on the above, it is necessary to do activities to address the problem through the devotion of parenting programs in fostering positive parenting behavior in Paud Al Ummah delitua.

Farming practices for the people of Gunung Mas Regency are the oldest ancestral culture which is full of economic, social, cultural, religious and ecosystem wisdom values which are believed to still exist and are practiced in community farming activities. Learning from the experience carried out from generation to generation, in general the community indirectly has local knowledge (indigeneous knowledge) about good fire management. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that various forms of local wisdom in farming activities, both in the form of rituals and traditions, still exist today, although in practice not all cultivators apply them. The application of various local wisdoms in farming practices to date is reflected in the behaviour of farmers in site selection, land clearing, slashing and logging, burning land and planting / planting activities. The implementation of local wisdom in farming activities is actually quite capable of playing a role in controlling forest and land fires. This can be seen from the small number of cases of forest and land fires caused by agricultural activities in Kurun District, Gunung Mas Regency.

This study aims to determine the legal strength of a peace institution in the settlement of a judicial case. This is related to the legal arrangement regarding the distribution of inheritance based on Islamic law. The implementation of peaceful institutions in court proceedings can be carried out through the Supreme Court Circular No. 1 of 2002 as follows: so that all panels of judges who hear cases will seriously seek peace by applying the provisions of Article 130 HIR / 154 R.Bg not just a formality for proposing peace, the appointed judge acts as a facilitator who helps the parties in terms of time , the location and collection of data and arguments of the parties in preparation for peace, from the results of this research analysis it can be seen that the distribution of inheritance has practical, systematic and detailed guidelines in the form of Alqurʻan verses, the Prophet's traditions and the law. Islam which has been regulated in Articles 176, 183, Compilation of Islamic Laws shows that the heirs can agree to make peace in the distribution of inheritance.

How do women who are polygamied, especially the wives of a Pesantren leader, play a role of a Kiai wife with the status of the first, the second or the third, even the fourth wife? The researcher interacts with these women using the personal language and informal language of the informants to obtain rich data. As a result, women's resistance to polygamy is increasingly gaining space and place on social media, where each polygamous wife is free to express and articulate her views. On social media, women who are polygamied are free to claim their happiness with their husband without involving other wives of their husband. This proves that a polygamous wife also craves the husband as her own, not to be shared with other wives. This fact is a form of their resistance to the behavior of polygamy of their husbands.
