Abstract

The media's point of view on an issue has a considerable impact on reader acceptance and understanding. This is the background for researchers to study further about the media's point of view. This study aims to identify the media's point of view between Antara and Republika in reporting on COVID-19. The researcher chose the Covid-19 news as the object of study because currently the issue is a global issue and of course has a high level of urgency to be studied further. There are six discourses that become sources of data analysis. This study uses a qualitative method with a critical discourse study approach of Teun A. van Dijk. The researcher uses three elements of van Dijk's textual analysis, namely thematic elements, intent, and quotations. The results of the textual analysis are combined with an analysis of the social and cultural background of the media. An analysis of the social and cultural setting of the media was carried out to identify the potential influence of this setting on the news production process. The results of the analysis show that the news on Covid-19 in the Antara media tends to bring the state (government) point of view, while Republika is more from a general point of view.

Abstract

The phenomenon encountered in the Professional Assistance Personnel (TPP) of the Village Community Development and Empowerment Program (P3MD) is the large number of people who have resigned from work, especially for the position of Local Village Facilitator (PLD). This is presumably due to a low level of job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of the antecedents of job satisfaction to intention to quit on PLD of Central Java Province. This study uses a mixed method approach with limitations. Quantitative and qualitative data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The population of this research is all PLD in Central Java Province and the sample collected is 50. The results of this study break the hypothesis that job satisfaction has no effect on intention to quit. PLD feels that there are many things that make people dissatisfied at work, but that condition does not make them quit the job.

Abstract

This study begins with the findings in the legislation in the field of economic law, that the principle of mutualism and kinship listed in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution has not been realized substantially in its articles, but only stated in the preamble. In the substance of the article even leads to the principle of capitalistic / liberalistic which prioritizes the interests of individuals or groups. The purpose of the study of the basic model of unity and family in the development of Indonesian economic law, is to find and redefine the fundamental values of togetherness and family as contained in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution as defined by the pounding fathers of the nation, as constitutional mandates. In addition, the aim is to be understood by related parties that the principle of mutualism and kinship is important because it contains concepts or principles that prioritize the interests of many people (the sovereign-people). The research approach method is normative juridical by reviewing secondary data in the form of legislation and literature, supported by primary data through observation and interviews with related parties. This research is in line with the Strategic Plan of Pasundan University with a vision and mission, among others, to develop culture, including containing cultural values of mutual cooperation, togetherness, and kinship. The targeted output consists of mandatory outputs in the form of the principle of togetherness and kinship, while additional outputs in the form of journals and textbooks.

Abstract

Collaborative Governance in eradicating drugs in Indonesia is essentially one solution. However, in reality, in the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, collaboration in the eradication of drugs is still ongoing. This research is based on the concept of collaborative governance theory according to Morse and Stephens (2012: 565-569). The concept of collaborative governance theory includes Assessment, Initiation, Deliberation and Implementation, while the theoretical concept includes strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with construction characteristics built based on natural conditions, more descriptive in nature while the data obtained through the collection of observation data, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Collaborative Governance in the Eradication of Narcotics between the National Narcotics Agency Intelligence and the Early Awareness Team of the Provincial Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta is still not going well, this is indicated by the weak assessment, in contextual understanding of collaboration, identification of collaborative stakeholders. Lack of initiation of sponsorship roles that may become human resources and funding sources for implementing collaboration and gathering stakeholders to develop working groups in the design process for implementing collaborations. The deliberation is still weak in establishing the basic rules for the implementation of collaboration, deliberation and stakeholder dialogue for the implementation of collaboration and collaboration agreements. Lack of implementation of collaboration structure design, monitoring of agreements and commitments, delivery of results and collaboration. The strategic steps that are the main priority of the coordination procedure are the formation of Early Detection Cadres and Network Mapping with a total average score of 2.7. The model produced in this study is the model of the National Narcotics Agency Deputy for Eradication through the establishment of an Early Detection Cadre and Network Mapping in collaboration with the Provincial/Regency/City/Sub-district Early Awareness Team in the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Suggestions to develop Collaborative Governance theory in Narcotics, which include Collaborative Governance theory and Strategy Theory.

Abstract

Cooperatives are expected to be one of several economic actors and act as the main support for the national economy in order to provide the welfare of members and the community. In the last ten years, the Indonesian government has had a “total cooperative reform” program which was translated through the stages of reorientation, rehabilitation and development,"but in the end cooperatives as pillars of teachers are still a lingering dream and the level of competition in the business world is getting higher, to be able to survive and thrive in conditions a company must be able to develop and process various resources owned by the company such as capital, materials and machines to achieve company goals.”The purpose of the following research is to analyze and find solutions to why employee performance declines through the existence of a level of motivation and work discipline that already exists in the rules of cooperative organization. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all employees of the Gresik Cooperative with a sample of 109 respondents, while the data analysis model uses the SPSS program with the results that (1) Work Discipline has a direct effect on Cooperative Employee Performance; (2) Work Discipline has a direct effect on Work Motivation; (3) Work Motivation has a direct effect on Cooperative Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to compare tourists visiting, sales, investments, and innovations before and during Covid-19 and explore government stimulus packages for micro and small-medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research is a quantitative and cross-sectional study. Data was collected using a questionnaire at 120 MSMEs of the tourism sector in Aceh. One-sample t-test was used to analyze tourists visiting, sales, investments, and innovations before and during Covid_19. Frequency analysis is performed to explain MSMEs that receive the government's stimulus packages. The result shows that tourists visiting, sales, investments during Covid-19 were lower than before, and the innovations are indifferent before and during Covid_19. Using frequency analysis indicates that most MSMEs were not receiving government stimulus packages. The study contributes to the existing literature about tourists visiting, sales, investment, innovations at MSMEs, and practical implications for policymakers to support business operation sustainability during the Covid-19 crisis.
