Abstract

The ownership of firearms has become an important issue among the TNI/Polri recently. Starting from the arrest of members of the Indonesian Army who ordered people to buy illegal firearms, it proved an indication that firearms were freely sold outside the origins of several military and police officers. Supervision of conventional firearms ownership data collection at DitIntelkam, which is full of convoluted procedures and lengthy stages that take a lot of time, is thought to be one of the factors causing many firearms owners to be reluctant to register their weapons. This study aims to describe the use of digitalization technology. information in an effort to monitor gun ownership to reduce the number of shooting cases with unregistered firearms. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative involving interviews with research informants and observations of the data collection monitoring process that occurs at DitIntelkam. The findings of this study are that it is time for the conventional system applied at the DitIntelkam of Polda Metro Jaya to carry out a massive transformation on the basis of Information Technology to optimize the monitoring of firearms data collection, especially in the jurisdiction of the Polda Metro Jaya.

Abstract

Indonesia's future economic development is directed at sustainable development that considers environmental aspects. This sustainable development requires funding support from both the government and the private sector. Sharia instruments in the capital market have the opportunity to be developed as sharia investment products that are environmentally sound, both green sukuk, blue sukuk, and green sharia mutual funds. Green sukuk are sukuk that are oriented towards development in land areas, while blue sukuk are focused on marine ecosystems. The diversification of thematic sukuk issuance can increase the choice of investors who have a preference for environmental concerns. On the other hand, there are still challenges from the issuance of these two types of instruments. These challenges include the identification of underlying assets that meet the sustainability requirements, the interest and readiness of the issuing company, as well as the limited number of parties conducting environmental assessments/certifications. In 2018, the Indonesian government issued a green sukuk which is the first green sukuk issued by a country in Asia. The issuance of the sovereign green sukuk was offered specifically for global investors and received appreciation from the international community. In 2019, the government again issued green sukuk intended for retail investors in Indonesia. The use of green sukuk that have been issued by the government is for the construction of new irrigation networks, drainage management in urban areas, as well as for the use of railway lines. After being initiated by the government with the issuance of green sukuk, it is expected that the development of environmentally friendly sukuk will be carried out by corporations, both green and blue sukuk. In addition, it is necessary to develop an environmentally friendly sharia index along with encouragement to investment managers to create sharia mutual fund products with environmental insight, such as green sharia mutual funds. OJK needs to work together with stakeholders in order to support the availability of adequate infrastructure to develop these environmentally sound investment products.

Abstract

The quality of health services provided to patients should be observed and addressed as well as possible so that patients as hospital customers can be loyal/loyal to the hospital. In this study, one aspect that needs to be improved is the outpatient service aspect. The outpatient unit is the patient's entry gate to the hospital in addition to the emergency unit. Outpatient visits exceed emergency department visits. The tendency of the community towards polyclinic services is increasing to get practical treatment services that come once and on that day also get complete services (one daycare) (Dewi et al., 2020) Installation of care in the hospital consists of installations inpatient, and outpatient. Outpatient installation is a service used by doctors as a place for consultation, examination, and treatment of patients who require a short time (Ministry of Health, 2012).

Abstract

As one of the largest hospitals in Denpasar - Bali, Bayangkara Hospital Denpasar Bali should own a special strategy to face the competition in the field of health care. One way to maintain competitiveness, both in attracting the attention of potential patient and retaining existing patients is by having a proper uunderstanding and analysis of the factors behind the management of medical records. Primary data sources were obtained from the questionnaire input, in-depth interviews and by observing data analysis using internal-external matrix, SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Medical record management at Bhayangkara Hospital Denpasar - Bali have yet to reach its maximum potential. Electronic medical records (EMR) has seen some early usage but there are several problems in its implementation and development. The Total IFE score of 2.482 which situated below 2.5 visualize the weak internal position of RSBD's medical record management, given that the institution has yet to fully utilize its strength to overcome its weakness. This indicates that the internal management of medical records was ineffective. The total EFE score reached 3.122. which scored above 2.50, indicates an effective external management of RSBD's medical records, because it has a strategy that can take advantage of the opportunities and minimize threats/negative external influences. RSBD fell in the category of cell II that prioritize growth and development (grow and build).  The strategy with the highest implementation priority is the establishment of a medical record team equipped with dedicated programmers, with the highest attraction value strategies at 7.08.
