Abstract

Population policy in government politics is dynamic from time to time. This study was conducted to answer the question of how the population policy in the political field of government in Turkey from the Ottoman period to the time of Recep Tayyib Erdogan built Turkey as a country with an Islamic pattern. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and secondary data from books, journals, articles, and the internet to answer this question. Turkey stands on the ruins of the Ottoman Empire, which ruled for nearly six centuries (1342-1924 AD). The Ottoman Empire reached its peak during the reign of Suleiman Akanuni. The Ottoman Empire was utterly ruined at the end of the early 19th century. During 1924-1928, the government of Mustafa Kemal tried to abolish all institutions and symbols that referred to traditional Islam, which are considered to hinder the modernization of Turkey. In 1983, democracy in Turkey was restored. Erdogan's domestic political policies include: (a) Freeing education fees and (b) Erdoan reinstating the old habit of teaching the Koran and Hadith in public schools. (c) The policy requires Islamic religious education from primary and secondary school to 12 levels. This is the new face of Turkey under Erdogan's political management

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a shift in the learning model from online to offline. As is the case with science lessons, especially in photosynthesis material where it is necessary to synchronize effective learning models in order to improve the stability of scientific argumentation. The purpose of this study is to produce Blended learning-based learning tools to train students' scientific argumentation skills. This research method uses the 4P method with a trial design using experimental research with the One Group Pretest Postest Design model. The results showed that (1) the learning devices used were included in the very valid category, (2) The practicality of the learning device was obtained from RPP 1 with a percentage of 95% (Online) and from RPP 1 with a percentage of 98% (Offline), and (3) The effectiveness of the learning device was reviewed from the argumentation value and the value of learning outcomes was included in the high category with a score obtained from student responses with a percentage of 94%.

Abstract

The police have a central role in prevention, law enforcement, and deradicalization of terrorism in Indonesia. In view of counterterrorism itself, the ultimate mission and the most ideal condition to achieve is to prevent acts of terrorism that could have occurred. With regard to these preventive duties, the police have the ability to understand conditions in the community more effectively. This stems from the basic nature of the police which is the guardian and servant of the community, therefore the understanding of the source of problems in the community can be more effective. This becomes a natural advantage of the police compared with the military, which makes the police very dominant in terms of prevention of terrorism. Based on understanding of the role of the police in terms of prevention, it is necessary to have an understanding of social complexity which is the root of terrorism problems. Human security is a form of contemporary security arose from the demands to the state to protect the community further. In contrast to the war situation, after the cold war, this approach grew among others, by globalizing demilitarization and strengthening the police as a civil defense institution. Reflecting to Indonesia, it is understood that the police has the affairs of overcoming threats on humans, in contrast to the military affair in combating threats to the territory. Police have the ability to be close to the root of the problems of today's society, including horizontal and vertical conflict.Abrahms, Max. (2010). What Terrorists Really Want?
