Using qualitative research methods, this study aims to discover how the PDIP party in Deli Serdang conducts political communication and communication/campaign strategies, the factors that influence the success and failure of Legislative candidates, and the candidates' attitudes toward the results of the 2019 presidential election. This study's subjects included several party cadres who ran campaigns as well as the general public. Interviews were used to collect data, which was then analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The findings revealed that the campaign strategies used by party cadres to win their successful and unsuccessful parties were generally the same, namely: campaigner determination, use of campaign media, preparation of distinct messages, and the same target audience.

The purpose of this study is to see how the 30 package incentive communication management affects the work motivation of Shopee Express couriers at the Medan Metropolitan Trade Center (MMTC) warehouse. Communication management theory is used as a theoretical foundation for analyzing the problems in this qualitative research. The informants in this study were the MMTC warehouse's warehouse leader, operator, courier team leader, and two Shopee Express couriers. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data from all informants in this study, which used a phenomenological study approach in which researchers attempted to find meaning from the phenomena experienced by informants related to the 30 package incentive program. In this study, data analysis is descriptive, which summarizes all data collected from interviews into empirical and solid data that readers can easily understand. This study demonstrates that Shopee Express's 30-package incentive program at the MMTC warehouse is very effective in increasing employee motivation, particularly among warehouse couriers.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the company's public relations strategy in fostering working relationships with employees at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Utara Plantations in Asahan Regency. In this study, the author employs Thomas L. Harris's theory of communication strategy from his book Crisis Public Relations, which proposes that public relations strategies include publications, events, news and information or image, lobbying and negotiations, and social responsibility. The descriptive qualitative research method was used. The findings revealed that PT. Bakrie Sumatera Utara Plantations' Public Relations had implemented communication strategies such as communicating and accommodating all employee complaints and appealing to all employees to help each other, holding entertainment, awards, and social events, and collaborating with both electronic and print media as media. a location for developing positive relationships with both internal and external parties

The purpose of this study is to determine how effective online learning is when the zoom application is used as a communication medium, how the online learning communication media for STPK Matauli students during the covid-19 pandemic, and how the zoom application is used as a learning communication medium for STPK Matauli students during the covid-19 pandemic. The Matauli Pandan High School of Fisheries and Marine Affairs conducted this study using a qualitative descriptive method. This study included 27 informants, all of whom were students from the 2019-2021 class. Observation, interviews, and document methods were used to collect data. The findings revealed: a) the effectiveness of online learning through the use of the Zoom application as a communication medium for students Matauli Pandan High School of Fisheries and Marine Affairs had 8 students who stated Effective and 19 students who stated Ineffective out of a total of 27 informants from the 2019, 2020, and 2021 classes. b) online learning communication media for STPK Matauli students during the academic year of 2019 Whatsapp, Zoom, and Google Meet are the most popular. According to research conducted in the 2019-2021 class with a total of 27 informants, 13 students used Zoom, 9 students used Whatsapp, and 7 students used Google Meet. c) Students at Matauli Pandan Fisheries and Marine College use Zoom for discussions, presentations, and guidance. According to the findings of research conducted in the 2019-2021 class with a total of 27 informants, 15 students used the Zoom application for discussions, 10 students used it for presentations, and 6 students used it for guidance.

This study aims to find out the process of enactment of the procedural law of the religious court to resolve the divorce conflict and marriage annulment and to find out the form of marital dispute resolution that is related to the status of children in divorce disputes and marriage annulments. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a normative juridical approach as the main approach and an empirical juridical approach as a supporting approach. Sources of data in this study obtained from secondary data as the main data and primary as supporting data. Furthermore, the data is then processed by means of qualitative methods. The results of this study are the law guarantees the status of children born from an annulled marriage will not have an impact on the child as a victim of a court decision due to the cancellation of his parents' marriage and 2. According to law, divorce can only occur if there is a legally valid marriage while the decision to cancel Marriage which has permanent legal force has legal consequences to return to its original position before the marriage or marriage is considered to have never existed.

Juvenile delinquency is a collection of various juvenile behavior that is unacceptable in society which is usually a criminal act. There are 2 forms of juvenile delinquency, namely delinquency committed at school and outside school, juvenile delinquency in school in the form of skipping school, crossing walls, brawls, etc., while juvenile delinquency outside school is usually in the form of smoking, free sex, illegal racing, drunkenness, taking drugs, stealing, killing, and other harmful behavior. To find out how to analyze juvenile delinquency in terms of Travis Hirschi's social control theory and what are the criminal sanctions against juvenile delinquency in Batam City. The method used in the following article is a juridical-empirical approach which uses data collection techniques with google form which has a total of 180 respondents from Batam City. The results of this study prove that the role of affection from parents is very important.

Investigative Interview of Indonesian Police Investigator Rio Adhikara

This research objective was to examine the investigative interview process of Indonesia police investigator. Interviews performed by South Tangerang Police CID investigator were analyzed using the Griffiths Question Map and five steps of PEACE model. Samples were obtained in two different cases –white collar crime and violence against woman. The results showed that the investigators managed to used appropriate questions well and perform an information-gathering approach in most of the interview. However, in a certain condition, a multiple question and accusatorial approach may also occured to get a more valuable information. Implications for research and practice include the limitation due to the absence of police interview records.

Implementation of the legal protection of occupational safety and health at PT Tiga SerangkaiPustaka Mandiri thus contains how the company implements occupational safety and healthprograms for workers, which has regulated UU No 13 of 2003 concerning Ketenagakerjaan. In addition, it includes what obstacles exist and the efforts made. The empirical research method describes the facts in the field and gets maximum results from interviews and fieldobservations. The proceed of the testing can be said that the application of legal protection ofwork safety and health of workers at PT Tiga Serangkai hasn't been fully implementedcorrectly, that had been carried out properly are implementing appropriate working hours, then the existence of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan which guarantees health insurance for workers. Then there are obstacles, namely the lack of incomplete warning signs on the available places andmachines. That can trigger work accidents for workers.

The West Lampung Regency Government has cultural potential in which it contains Traditional Cultural Expressions (hereinafter referred to as EBT) in various types and cultural values ??and local wisdom are maintained in each particular indigenous group. Such as traditional dances, traditional ceremonies, and traditions that grow in the people of West Lampung. The position of the state as the copyright holder of NRE is contained in the provisions of Article 38 paragraph 1 of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The state is obliged to take inventory, maintain, and maintain NRE as mandated by Article 38 paragraph (2) of the Copyright Law. The problem in this study is, how is the state's control over traditional cultural expressions in Indonesia and how is the implementation of the protection of traditional cultural expressions in West Lampung Regency in particular. This research is an empirical juridical research. From the results of the study found the fact that state control has been carried out through an inventory carried out by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture, but there are still many local governments that have not protected knowledge and traditional cultural expressions to the fullest where there are no legal, institutional and cultural arrangements. legal culture that supports the protection of traditional cultural expressions, including West Lampung Regency whose implementation of the protection of traditional cultural expressions has not been optimal.
