Cryptography is one of the sciences used to maintain confidentiality and data security has been developing since ancient Greece. One cryptographic method that is quite reliable, stable and the parent of the popular cryptographic algorithms today is Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). In this case the previous block encryption results are feedback into current block encryption. The trick, the current plaintext block is XORed first with the ciphertext block from the previous encryption, then the XOR results are entered into the encryption function. Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is a collection of instructions that function as a guide in the process of administering government, especially the Faculty section that is in a university. Through the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) to achieve its vision and mission. Students and Lecturers in the daily activities of the Faculty of Computer Science have functions and duties, rights and obligations that must be adhered to so that the process of academic activity in the lecture runs smoothly. Students in the Faculty of Computer Science are relatively old in understanding each line of each procedure in the announcement, so that the announcements from the Faculty often do not go as expected. What is not understood is not language but the flow of the activity procedure. To understand something better, it is necessary to provide an overview of multimedia-based visualization that describes the process part in conveying information or SOP announcements so that readers of the announcement can more easily digest the announcements submitted.

Current information exchange is not only in the form of text, it can be an image or video. All of that can be done using computer network technology in the form of the internet. Through an internet connection, you can connect with many people. Cryptography aims for messages or images that cannot be seen by other parties who have no interest in the information. Messages or secured images can be data stored in secure computer memory or sent through computer networks. And can protect the confidentiality of images from various threats that arise. To maintain data security, SHA-256 is used when transforming data bytes into string hashes. The system built has been able to implement the SHA 256 algorithm which can change the original image file in the form of unknown files and encrypted images that are difficult to know the original image, unless read using an application that has been built. the image when encrypted and used again at the time of decryption with as many as 45 characters and may be in the form of numbers or letters. The SHA 256 process when encrypted in only one round, can be played with decryption.

Juvenile delinquency is a very actual problem in almost every country including Indonesia. Outbreaks of cases of juvenile law violations such as robbery, robbery, fighting, theft, possession of sharp weapons and misuse of narcotics as well as various other legal violations. With so many cases of violations of the law it is illustrated that in the era of complete human development, it is expected that adolescents have the rights and obligations and responsibilities to develop the nation and state but many do unlawful acts. The Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is a quantitative method that uses "weighting" where in multi-factor decision making, the decision maker is subjectively subjective and intuitively required to weigh various factors that have a dominant competing influence on the alternatives of their choices. Decisions that affect strategic policy, it is recommended to use quantitative approaches such as MFEP, to make an appropriate weighting must be given consideration. The same stage must also be carried out on the alternative to be chosen, which is then evaluated in relation to all factors taken into consideration and determining which alternative with the highest or maximum value is the best solution based on existing criteria.

Anies Baswedan adalah seorang gubernur DKI Jakarta yang menjabat pada masa bakti 2017-2022. Pada bulan Desember 2019 ini nama Anies Baswedan hangat diperbincangkan di berbagai media karena pemberian penghargaan Adikarya Wisata 2019 sebuah diskotek yaitu ke Diskotek Colosseum meskipun pada akhirnya penghargaan tersebut dicabut kembali. Namanya juga hangat diperbincangkan karena dianggap cuci tangan setelah mencopot dua pejabat karena dua masalah yang berbeda. Kemudian juga mengenai masalah banjir yang terjadi di Jakarta, namanya juga disebut belum bisa menangani dengan baik banjir yang selalu terjadi di Jakarta. Media twitter memiliki tampilan simpel, topik terupdate, terbuka dalam mengakses tweet dan cepat dalam menyampaikan opini. Dari berbagai komentar dan tanggapan di Twitter diperlukan teknik untuk membagi ke dalam kelas opini negatif atau positif. Penelitian ini, menggunakan preprocessing dan melabeli opini kedalam kelas positif dan negatif. Sedangkan untuk klasifikasinya menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine. Data yang digunakan berupa opini tentang seseorang Anies Baswedan dari media sosial Twitter yang berjumlah 1000 tweet yang diambil pada tanggal 17 Desember 2019. Dari hasil pelabelan didapatkan banyaknya komentar positif berjumlah 429 dan yang berkomentar negatif berjumlah 530. Sedangkan klasifikasi metode Support Vector Machine mendapatkkan nilai akurasi sebesar 95,9%, nilai presisis sebesar 94,49%, dan nilai recall sebesar 96,4%.

ABSTRAK Keamanan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam penyimpanan data, khususnya penyimpanan data pada Database yang didalamnya terdapat banyak ancaman dari pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Kriptografi merupakan metode dengan menyandikan isi informasi (plaintext) menjadi isi yang sulit atau bahkan tidak dipahami melalui proses enkripsi. Untuk memperoleh kembali informasi yang asli dapat dilakukan dengan proses dekripsi, yang tentunya dengan menggunakan kunci yang benar. Untuk melindungi akses data dari pihak-pihak yang tidak berkepentingan tersebut maka sangat diperlukan enkripsi dan dekripsi. Agar dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dibutuhkan suatu algoritma untuk enkripsi dan dekripsi. Metode yang digunakan disini adalah Metode Merkle Hellman.

The concept of a program to assist decision-making is currently developing very rapidly. Many methods are used to assist in the decision making process. One method that can be used to solve the Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem with the SAW, Weighted Product method and others. This is because the method is simple, easy to understand, computationally efficient and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. The problem is that to solve a particular MADM case it may be difficult to determine which method is most relevant to solving certain cases. For the making of the system, it is necessary to pay attention to the interface that is easily understood by the user, but many researchers only emphasize how the method solves the problem, so that the results of the study are not optimal, because only limited to using software, such as excel and others. In this study the authors conducted a test of several methods in the SPK using Graphic User Interface based applications with MATLAB, this is because it makes it easier in terms of making input data in the form of a matrix. The application that is built consists of a Main Menu in which there is a sub menu file consisting of Form SAW and WP Form.

The internet has become a very important part of communication development in the world. Exchange of information over the internet has many advantages compared to other communication media, especially in terms of speed. But information sent via the internet, security cannot be accounted for. Tapping on confidential information, very often occurs in this communication media. Channels used by the internet are generally not safe channels. By using the lossy compression method, compression can only be applied to images that have similarities to themselves (self similiarity) so that the size of the image gets smaller and saves storage space and accelerates the sending of the image using internet media.

Analytic Network Process (ANP) algorithm is used to find optimal alternatives from a set of alternatives with certain criteria. Selection or process is carried out by evaluating promotional media by distributing questionnaires to students to find out the media to be evaluated next by selecting 4 promotional media, determining criteria and sub criteria by distributing questionnaires to the Chairperson of STMIK Pelita Nusantara, Puket III Student and Promotion Section, and The Chairperson of the Promotion, then processes the data using Super Decisions Software 2.4.0. The highest rating results obtained from the analysis and discussion show that the Internet (0.329). from the results of the distributed questionnaire data processing to the management of STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan, namely the Chairperson, the Third Bouquet and Promotion Section, and the Chairperson of Pelita Nusantara STMIK Promotion, and the application of the Analyst Network Process (ANP) method with the Super Decisions 2.4.0 Application producing cracking the highest media is the Internet (0.329), followed by School Visits (0.274), Radio (0.213), and Banners / Billboards (0.185).
