Abstract

Artificial intelligence is a field of computer science that is learning about computer devices that can be in the program using the machine in order to do commands from a programmer using certain instructions. One form of Artificial intelligence representation is a game or game. With the science of artificial intelligence then certain games will be able to be easily solved using computer assistance. One form of the game that can be inserted in an artificial intelligence game is Sudoku. The game is a form of numeric play where players are required to fill a blank box that is already available using a random number of numbers starting from 1 to 9. Many players are unable to complete this Sudoku game. This research uses Backtracking algorithms in solving sudoku puzzles. Research results in the form of applications capable of completing Sudoku puzzles

Abstract

Image is an object that is most often used for personal or public purposes, but the image is very susceptible to interference such as noise or noise where the image is exposed to noise or noise will experience black spots attached to the image. The existence of noise attached to the image needs to be reduced so that the image looks clearer using the contraharmonic mean filter method that can reduce noise in digital images. The image affected by noise after being reduced using the contraharmonic mean filter method, the image is much clearer after being reduced.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in internet services make data security not guaranteed. To provide content authentication and duplicate protection from digital data, two complementary techniques have been developed, namely encryption and watermarks. Encryption techniques are used to secure digital data during transmission from sender to receiver. Because digital images can be easily reproduced, cryptosystems cannot solve this problem perfectly. The second security measure that completes encryption is to attach a secret signal, a watermark, directly to the original data so that it remains available during use. Watermarking cannot prevent duplication, modification and distribution of digital media by itself, so it must be combined with cryptography. Embedding is done by modifying the average pixel intensity value of each block in the range determined by the contrast value for a particular block. This reduces the effect of modification as felt by the human eye. The extraction procedure calculates and compares the number of pixel values for blocks of the original image and watermark. The results show the robustness of the scheme towards general image processing operations such as cropping, modification, low pass filters, median pass filters, minimized and lossy JPEG compression with various quality index factors. The results also illustrate that the watermark is safe, restored and recognized even after the watermark image has been damaged, forged and modified by a general image processing operation. A comparative study of the scheme proposed with the existing scheme has also been carried out to observe the strength of the scheme.

Abstract

Sistem pakar dapat dikatakan sebagai Ilmu berbasis computer yang dapat membantu pakar dalam memecahkan suatu masalah yang dapat dikatakan berbasis teknologi, oleh karenanya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, dengan demikian proses pencarian masalah yang ada lebih cepat dan tepat terjawab dibandingkan dengan pekerjaan manusia. Sistem pakar juga menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan meniru cara yang dilakukan seorang pakar ahli dalam mengatasi permasalahan di bidangnya salah satunya di bidang perbaikan komputer, permasalahan kerusakan komputer menjadi masalah yang cukup rumit, permasalahan ini secara umum dialami oleh individu maupun intitusi. Salah satunya di instansi sekolahan yang memiliki laboratorium komputer.untuk mendiagnosa kerusakan komputer bisa digunakan satu metode yang ada didalam system pakar, salah satunya certainty factor yang membantu mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada komputer dan menemukan penyebab kerusakan komputer dengan gejala yang timbul dan yang terjadi serta solusi perbaikannya.Certainty Factordapat digunakan dalam menentukan suatu permasalah yang timbul yang dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan dari gejala yang timbul. Dalam masalah yang timbul terkadang jawaban yang diberikan tidak akurat dan pasti. Ketidakpastian ini dipengaruhi dari kesimpulan yang diberikan sehingga tidak dapat memberikan jawaban yang pasti pada kerusakan yang timbul.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is intended to build a system of protection for the poor. In PKH, assistance given to very poor households is then obliged to send their children to school, conduct health checks including nutritional checks and immunization for toddlers and check the womb for pregnant women. In the short term, this assistance is expected to help reduce the burden of expenditure, while the long term is expected to break the chain of poverty between generations. Example: Jamkesmas, Apras (Pre-School Children, Toddler Children) The implementation of PKH carried out also by the Social Service Office in Karo Regency is still inadequate to provide assistance for poor funds, so that the system will be built using the AHP method. process or enter each specified condition or criteria and the weight that has been determined for each criterion into the system easily and quickly and make the report faster

Abstract

Graduation rate is one of the main problems in a college foundation. The higher graduation of students in an educational institution will further increase the popularity of the foundation. Likewise, if there is a decrease in graduation rates, then the foundation or school experiences a decline in popularity, thus allowing the decline of interested persons / candidates to enter the foundation in the following years. The purpose of the study is to find out which factors are the most dominant which influence the graduation rate of a student, so that in the future it is expected that the school will be able to see the final results of student graduation in the following years. Abstract

COBIT 4.1 is a standardization of framework mapping using a balanced scorecard that aims to implement information technology governance performance in UKMC. Information technology carried out in UKMC must be monitored and managed properly so as to avoid problems such as disrupted data security, data leakage, and organizational losses. Identification results obtained from COBIT 4.1 mapping obtained 21 sub domain processes that must be applied in UKMC such as PO (PO1, PO2, PO4, PO8, PO10), AI (AI, AI2, AI4, AI6, AI7), DS (DS1, DS2 , DS3, DS4 DS5, DS7, DS8, DS10, DS13), and ME (ME1, ME2). The sub domain of the process must be implemented and implemented in UKMC to support the achievement of the realization of good university governance and ensure that the information technology system that has been implemented in UKMC is aligned with the organization's goals so that the vision and mission of KSITK will run effectively and efficiently for UKMC development

Abstract

Fuzzy logic has long been an important issue for in the field of computer science, computer vision, image processing, machine learning and control theory and mathematics. In this review paper, we also see that the basics of fuzzy logic as well as fuzzy logic system (Fuzzy Inference System) use as decision making technique under a linguistic view of fuzzy sets. Abstract

ABSTRAK Paroki Santo Fransiskus Assisi Padang Bulan Medan dilayani oleh pengembalaan Ordo saudara dina Conventual, saat ini memiliki 6 Stasi, yaitu Pasar VI, Pasar baru, Simpang kuala, Gedung Johor, Perumnas Simalingkar dan Simpang Selayang. Dari sekian banyak pelayanan yang telah dilakukan selama ini tentu saja didasari pada kehidupan kerohanian keluarga. Peran Orangtua menjadi penting terlebih lagi pada Ekshortasi Diosesan Uskup Agung Medan bahwa “Tridarma Orangtua dalam Keluarga ebagai Gereja Rumah Tangga” meliputi Orang tua sebagai Guru pengajar, Orangtua sebagai Imam Pengudus, dan Orangtua sebagai Gembala. Hasil Analisis tingkat keharmonisan keluarga katolik di Paroki Santo Fransiskus Assisi Padang Bulan Medan dengan logika Fuzzy diperoleh sebesar: 78 %, dimana peran orangtua sebagai guru pengajar memberi kontribusi terendah

Abstract

The development of technology and information, especially in the field of information communication, is very rapidly developing, one of them is the communication media of smart phones. one of the facilities provided by smart phones is the exchange of information in the form of sending text messages through Short Message Service (SMS). This information can be in the form of important data that not all parties can find out. Some risks that can threaten message security in SMS services include SMS Spoofing, Snooping SMS and SMS Interception. The message security system in the form of text is one of them with a cryptographic system. Cryptography is a message security science that aims to maintain the confidentiality of information contained in data so that information cannot be known by irresponsible parties. Cryptography changes the meaningful writing to be meaningless by using various kinds of cryptographic algorithms. The algorithms used are ElGamal and Vigenere Chiper. The ElGamal algorithm uses 2 different keys in encrypting and decrypting the public key for encryption and the private key for decryption. While Vigenere chipers only use one key that is the same for encryption and description. With the text message encoding application using the ElGamal and Vigenere Chiper algorithms, it is expected to help smart phone users with the operating system.
