Abstract

UD. Anugerah Sukses Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi food dan non food. Transaksi barang yang berjalan terus meningkat, sehingga perusahaan mengalami permasalahan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan barang, dikarenakan jumlah permintaan barang yang dibutuhkan selalu berubah setiap waktu. Persediaan barang merupakan suatu aktivitas lancar yang meliputi barang-barang milik perusahaan dengan maksud dijual kembali pada suatu periode usaha normal. Data mining merupakan proses yang menggunakan teknik statistik, matematika, kecerdasan buatan dan machine learning untuk mengekstraksi dan mengidentifikasi informasi yang terkait dari berbagai warehouse. Tujuan penelitian ini dengan memanfaatkan data mining yaitu untuk melakukan pengelompokan barang dan meningkatkan akurasi klasterisasi data persediaan barang dengan menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Dengan metode K-Means ini dapat mempartisi data ke dalam kelompok sehingga data berkarakteristik sama akan dimasukan ke dalam satu kelompok yang sama dan data yang berkarakteristik berbeda dikelompokan kedalam kelompok yang lain, karena metode ini menggunakan centroid (rata-rata) sebagai model dari cluster. Hasil penelitian yang didapat berupa pengelompokan data menjadi 2 kluster yaitu data dengan kluster terendah/sedikit dan kluster tertinggi/terbanyak. Sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa clustering persediaan barang dengan menggunakan metode K-Means ini cukup baik dari sisi nilai average within distance dan kompleksitas waktu. Abstract

Information systems are the most important part in a company or institution, one of which is an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements, which are usually used as support for decision making by management. BUMDes Agung Mandiri, which is engaged in services and trade, where the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements is still manual, therefore a computerized information system is needed to make work easier. The method used for reference in this research includes data collection techniques and system development techniques. Data collection techniques were observations, interviews, and literature research. Meanwhile, the system development technique uses a waterfall development model which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. This research resulted in the design of cash receipts and disbursements accounting information systems that would facilitate the finance department in processing reports and also be used as a support for management in making decisions.

Abstract

The Wedding Organizer package ordering information system is made by utilizing web-lined information technology, with the aim of expanding the area of promotion and sales of wedding packages and simplifying the ordering process. so the author tries to make a Final Project on the Website-Based Website-Based Information System for ordering wedding organizer packages. In the process of collecting data with the aim of solving problems, the authors use data sources (Observation and Interview). The authors Wedding Organizer package ordering information system uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages. For system design, the author uses the Prototype method. The final result obtained in this study is a website-based Information System, which can provide information about several wedding organizer packages, wedding organizer package prices and the contents of wedding organizer packages available at Cahaya Bridal Decoration. With several advantages of website technology as an information medium, the Website-Based Information System for ordering wedding organizer packages is expected to expand the reach of information dissemination to all aspects

Abstract

Product availability is one of the important factors to increase sales and maintain customer satisfaction in meeting their needs. With this, the company needs to analyze sales data, both for the best-selling products or those that are not selling well from sales reports every month, especially for food products. Of course, this is not easy, especially for a large enough retailer such as the Yogya Siliwangi Toserba which has thousands of product items and thousands of sales data every month. The above problems can be solved by grouping the data using the k-means clustering algorithm on rapidminer with variables taken by the name of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods and stock. The goal is to maximize sales and maintain product stock availability to meet the diverse needs of consumers. From the calculation of the k-means algorithm using the rapidminer application, the results obtained are in the form of three clusters, cluster_1 3 items, cluster_2 13 items and cluster_0 454 items with Devies Bouldin results being 0.478.

Abstract

Nancy toys toys that deal in retail sales for children/hobbyists have more than 90 regular customers outside the area, so there is a system of sales information needed to help the customer buy and receive the product information from the store. The web based retail information system aimed at helping the customer at Nancy toys can make online purchases without having to visit the store directly. In addition, this information system can be used as a platform for the promotion of child toy products/hobbies that can be easily transmitted directly. In this study using a qualitative type of descriptive research using the data-collection methods of observation, interviews and library studies. The purpose of this study is to design a system that can improve quality and bookmaking services as an effort to support the online business process. The design of the system USES PHP programming language, and mysql for its database and for testing it USES the black box methods. From this study results in a bookmaking system application, and it can be summarized to design and build a web-based bookmaking service system that can help Nancy toys to improve the quality of service and business from the effort.

Abstract

The Cirebon Regency Youth and Sports Office (Dispora Cirebon) is a regional work unit that is given the mandate and duties and responsibilities in handling development in the Youth and Sports Sector in the Cirebon Regency environment. In this day and age, a touch of Information System technology such as a website must have become a necessity for government agencies, as a support for more centralized, accurate, and fast information. However, there was no website-based information system at the Cirebon Dispora as a medium for disseminating information at that time. The writer uses primary data sources (Observation and Interview) and secondary data sources (Documentation Study). For system design, the author uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The final result obtained is a website-based Information System, which can provide information about profiles, activities or articles about Dispora Cirebon to the wider community. With several advantages of website technology, the Website-Based News Portal Information System is expected to expand the reach of information dissemination to all aspects of society.

Abstract

The transaction data for the purchase of the distro's cost of selling is quite stable but its sales are less than the sales target, so it is necessary to manage sales data. The focus of this research is focused on the management of purchase transaction data that will be used as a dataset. The management uses the FP-Growth algorithm which takes from the item set, from the algorithm it gets a buying pattern that will become information for making a decision. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that the pattern of purchases by consumers gets a pattern of sales, namely, consumers by buying 1 item of T-shirts from distributions will buy back one item of T-shirts from 26 different distributions. consumers by buying 2 items of t-shirts distributions will buy back 1 item of t-shirts from different distributions as many as 72 patterns, and consumers by buying 3 items of t-shirts distributions will buy back 1 item of t-shirts with different distributions of 25 patterns.

Abstract

In the sales process carried out by batik craftsmen who are in Trusmi village, namely still selling their batik cloth to the sorum of batik sellers, so that the craftsmen take profits from selling their batik cloth only slightly, because the batik cloth will be resold by the sorum of batik sellers. In terms of application development, the author uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) model with an approach using the waterfall method, while the stages use the waterfall method, namely communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Therefore, the author makes an application for selling batik cloth that aims to break the chain of batik cloth sales, so that craftsmen can get greater profits because they directly sell their products to consumers without going through a batik seller sorum. Abstract

DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon is an association consisting of Entrepreneurs and or Companies domiciled in Cirebon City. Every member registered with DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon has a certificate as proof that the company has become a member. However, the creation of this membership certificate is still manual so that in the creation of the certificate takes a long time and is inefficient, for that the author tries to make the final task regarding the e-certificate application of membership in DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon. In solving this problem, the author designing the application uses prototype development methods. E-certificate membership application was created based on the website in DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon by using the PHP programming language with mysql as a database and And FPDF is a PHP library that serves as converting PHP syntax into PDF.

Abstract

TB. Kariman Jaya is a shop engaged in the sale of building materials and tools. The transaction process carried out still uses conventional methods, starting from recording in books and calculating using a calculator as well as searching for data that is a problem. Based on these problems, a Web-based Cashier Information System was designed using a Visual code application with the PHP programming language. The development method used is the Waterfall method. The purpose of this research is to produce a Web-based Cashier Information System. With the Web-based Cashier Information System, it will be easier for the cashier in terms of transactions, data collection of goods, and sales reports. The results of this study are a Web-based Cashier Information System with the functions of logging in, adding data, editing data, sales transactions and sales reports and logging out. With the Web-based Cashier Information System, it is hoped that it will facilitate data collection and sales reports on TB. Karim jaya.
